This was the 1st time to AnTeRa Indian restaurant, and I left throughly impressed, from the movement I walked in ambiance n staffs were very welcoming. I have ordered Bang Bang Cauliflower and Cashew chicken both were amazing n unique in taste I am impressed now with appetizers, was waiting for my main course Street chicken fried rice n chicken keema dosa, trust me both were amazing n specially chicken keema dosa was a bomb. My recommendation for must try items are bang bang cauliflower n keema dosa trust me you would love those 2. The first thing you'll notice is the greasy floors that your chair slides around on. Then you'll be greeted with Kirkland water bottles. The food was ok. The chicken in the tikka masala was very dry and had a weird texture. The butter chicken had bone fragments throughout making it tricky for eating. The garlic naan was amazing and the highlight of the meal. My husband also tried the street noodles and he liked them even though I thought they lacked flavor. Our meal for two of us was $59. Service was good, but I thought it was very overpriced. On the way out we notice their restaurant rating was not in the window which is not very comforting. We had to ask for napkins several times and still none given. This is a small restaurant from the outside that almost looks like take-out, but when you enter the restaurant is small but welcoming. I love Indian food. So, I was excited to try a new place. The menu had items I had never heard of. We had the fried cauliflower and the Rasa flatbread stuffed with potatoes and onions. Both were so good and something I would order again. I have dined at this restaurant many times, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. I visited with my wife and our 8-month-old baby yesterday while the restaurant was half empty. Several large tables and a corner table were available, but because we had a stroller, we politely asked for a suitable table. Instead of acknowledging us or making any effort to accommodate, the staff member rudely and abruptly told us to leave, saying they couldn't accommodate us. His behavior was obnoxious, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. No attempt was made to offer a larger table or rearrange chairs. If this restaurant does not welcome families with children, they should state that clearly. I would strongly discourage anyone with kids from dining here. A truly terrible experience. I wish there was an option to give zero in here. read more
