The third time I ordered it, the rice had almost no flavor at all... it was basically plain white rice with the vegetables, nuts, and no seasoning. I let that experience go and decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, this fourth order went in the complete opposite direction. Instead of being under-seasoned, the rice had such an unpleasant taste that I couldn't eat it. This wasn't just "different"... something was clearly off. Unfortunately, the customer service was just as disappointing as the food. No one offered to replace the dish, refund it, or even seemed concerned. I mostly received silence and was told they didn't know what to do. When I said I'd have to leave a review since nothing was being done, the response was simply, "Okay." I'm disappointed because I've supported this restaurant several times and expected much better. Every other item I ordered was good, but the rice was inedible, and the lack of customer service made the experience even worse. If you're a regular customer, especially if you order the vegan options, just be aware that the quality may not be as consistent as it used to be.
