We had our large white sectional cleaned by Anthony in Long Island City. We had a few other companies stop by to take a look at the couch for free estimates, but most other technicians took one look and immediately increased the quoted price by hundreds of dollars saying it was going to be a really tough job. But not Anthony!! He arrived smiling and got right to work! In the end his total price was almost half what others quoted, and he got all the stains out. This is the difference between supporting a small business owner like Anthony, versus a large, industrial upholstery cleaning service. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about the outcomes. We saw him put the time and effort into making the details count, and the end product really showed his expertise in thjs field. He was honest about the stains that might not come out, but did his best and in the end they did come out!! I would like to point out, just like all the other reviews, customer service was impeccable. Last minute, Anthony had to attend to a family emergency and asked us to reschedule our appointment. Our mattress was in need of a clean too, thankfully our dog hasn't had an accident on it but general everyday use for a year has made some stains. This is the second time Anthony Peters has steam cleaned my couches. The first couch he steam cleaned was 2 years ago I was ready to throw it out, but after it was cleaned it looked brand new. I was thrilled. I just had him come back this past week to steam clean my couch and loveseat. We have 2 dogs and it was very overdue. You know how dogs have an odor and I have a puppy who splattered some pee on the bottom of the couch. The couches now are so clean and smell wonderful. I am very happy with this company. Anthony did such a fantastic job on my white microfiber couch & 4 dining chairs, that they all look nearly brand new. The chairs have to be 13 years old, the sofa is about 10. We recently renovated our kitchen and the contractors forgot to cover our carpet runner on our stairs on the first day. Needless to say, the rug became filthy with dust from the renovation. I rarely write Yelp reviews but Anthony did such an amazing job. My dog had gotten sick on a white wool Moroccan rug. I soaked it right away but didn't have the opportunity to schedule a pick up as I dealt with the sick dog. When I eventually found Anthony on Yelp, he happened to be in the neighborhood and picked up the rug within an hour. He quoted me and kept me updated as he assessed the extensive damage (some of which I caused in the soaking). He even consulted with a color consultant though thankfully the service wasn't necessary.
