We have had their pizza at other locations and enjoyed it. An ice storm just came through and thousands of people are without power. I called to make sure they have power and were open and was treated extremely rudely by an employee for asking such a "stupid" question. I requested his name, and he hung up on me. Unfortunately, we will never get to try this pizza, because I can't bring myself to eat somewhere that is so insensitive and rude. read more

I'm shocked to say this but it was really good. Not ok good but really good. Had the house salad. Cold crisp. Oil and vinegar dressing. The pizza a large with fried hots pepperoni and sausage. I love this place. I know it's a chain, but the experience is really unique. It's a restaurant, not a typical pizza place, and the pizza is amazing. I love the eggplant pizza - there's barely any cheese on it, but I didn't miss it at all. This was my first visit. I was surprised at the limited menu. It has the look of a somewhat nice restaurant but doesn't have any appetizers and minimal things on the menu besides pizza. The pizza was ok. Drinks are served in the bottle. The poor older woman at the table next to us had to as a gentleman at another table to open her drink for her. I was encouraged by the reviews on Yelp and this place has been recommended by friends so my daughter and I decided to give it a whirl today. There were very few patrons in the restaurant when we arrived which wasn't surprising because it's summer and it was early for dinner (5:30pm, maybe?). We were seated fairly immediately at an awkward spot near the front of the restaurant. The hostess handed us menus and kind of tossed the drinks menu on top of the condiments. I guess she figured I wouldn't want a drink because I was with my daughter? Odd. A young server came over, gave us silverware and plates and left. We waited. No one came to ask if we wanted anything to drink. No one brought us any water. No one came by to introduce themselves. We decided what we wanted and waited some more. There were three young people who I assumed (by their dress) were the servers sitting near the bar, chatting. No one stopped at our table. We eventually decided - despite the fact that it was pouring outside - to leave and take our chances elsewhere. As we left, the hostess saw us and didn't say a word, didn't ask if there was a problem, didn't ask if she could help. None of the other servers budged. I noted in one of the reviews below that the service was a problem here. That reviewer found enough reason to remain. Sadly, since we never got any food, I can't say the same. read more

My husband and I don't come here very often but when we do we ALWAYS have a fantastic time! Our favorite is the meatball ricotta pizza and wings, try the wings!!!. We had the white pizza this time, so good! The service is also amazing, the servers take time to chat and make you feel comfortable. The one I wanted was a small offering of Meatballs( $4). I love Meatballs and why not try them for an extra. Love this place. Small and sometimes a short wait because it is so good. Coal fired pizza has some black spots (coal fired - duh) but the final result is some of the best pizza you will have. Absurdly good for a chain. The roasted cauliflower pizza currently sits atop my "favorite foods in the world" list. We order takeout from here weekly and they almost never make me feel weird about it. I would love a slightly more expansive salad menu, but other than that, no complaints whatsoever. Who's not a sucker for PIE! I love pie, thin, deep dish, Sicilian, Neapolitan.. And of course charred!!The chicken wings with caramelize onion and wedges of bread are the perfect trigger of the back yard BBQ memories, big and meaty and with enough burnt so it's not offensive. The small salad of romaine hearts, olives, chick peas, tomato and egg was cold and crisp and lightly dressed with a red wine vinaigrette was perfect. I could have finished there, but I LOVE PIE! Prosciutto, mushroom pie.... Charred bits of crust topped with my fixings and the $22 large was delicious, and Joey has a couple slices to take to school tomorrow ( Bishop Shanahan). Seated at a table and told that happy hour prices only apply to high tops and bar. Really????? No where does it say that. Called to inquire if I came to the restaurant with a friend in 2 days, would the chef be able to accommodate my allergies. The man who answered the phone said he was busy (I called 2pm to avoid busiest time) & i have to come in and talk to the server. I asked if I could talk to a chef & he said no. He told me that by calling ahead, I was "putting the cart before the horse." I usually try to contact establishments in advance to determine if I can eat anything there rather than show up & have to leave. I'm not allergic to gluten like everyone else so my allergies are unusual (garlic, onions). So I didn't get a chance to sample the food but the staff member was not friendly, professional or helpful ! read more

The restaurant is nice, the food is good and the service was fine. The only issue I have is they serve soda in bottles and there are no free refills. We ate lunch on opening day - the entire team and managers were well prepared! Food was great, service was prompt and accurate, and the place was nearly full... So great job for a startup!! Our group had two pizza's, drinks (soda and beer), and their signature marinated chicken wings - total bill around $70 before tip... which was a bit pricier than expected. There was a bar near the door, and they have what appears to be an outdoor seating area (which will be a nice touch when spring rolls around). We'll definitely be going back to try more of their menu. read more

The worst pizza I've ever had, hands-down. I have had better pizza at Dominoes and Pizza Hut, which says a lot, and I don't even prefer big brand pizza. But at least a brand-named pizza will be edible and taste like an actual pizza, and will not overwhelm my mouth with char. I got a margarita pizza for pick-up and when I tried to eat it, almost two-thirds of the pizza was burnt. Not grilled--burnt. I know this pizza is coal-fired, but when almost the entire pizza is burned black, you're getting ripped off. Every part of crust was fried to a crisp, and the burnt flavor was so disgusting I could not finish one piece of the EIGHTEEN dollar pizza that can barely feed two people.
