We liked them when we first started ordering from them a couple of years ago, but they've gone downhill. The pizza's pretty basic. Second time now they sent only a partial order (we usually get a pizza and the fried ravioli or other appetizer). So we have to wait - an HOUR additional this time! - to get the rest of our food. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Been coming here for years and just love the old school neighborhood vibe this place has. The slices are enormous and still use real italian sausage out of the casing instead of those rabbit pellets some of the fast food chains use. The crust is super thin and has just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The prices are extremely reasonable and I get great coupon deals pretty frequently. Only occasional issue is usually when I place a pick up order they will quote me a certain time to pick it, and I get there and it's usully not ready yet. read more

Have ordered a number of pizzas from this place, typically when friend are over. They've all liked it a lot. For price & flavor it's a pretty good deal. I've twice ordered the 'broasted' chicken...possibly because I got amnesia between the first & second times. It smells and tastes like it's been deep-fried (not sure where the 'broasting' comes in) in very old oil. It is really good going down, but possibly better off being used as a laxative. Next time I (like Homer Simpson) need to do some Spring Cleaning, I will order this chicken.--What a waste of a good bird. read more

All I have had from Anthony's is the thin crust pizza, so that is what I'm reviewing. My wife and I have had the pepperoni pizza twice and thought it was great both times. The crust is thin but not super thin and crunchy like some thin crust pizzas. I like that it's not too thin because the crust still adds flavor. They were very generous with the pepperoni and it had a great flavor. We will definitely order again. read more

I just called today July 26 at 6:18 PM, it was the first time I called this restaurant (recommended by a friend). They respond and I asked about their combos or specials and they said you couldn't tell me that on the phone that it would take you all day to tell me wtf? Deep dish Pizza here is amazing! They sell pizza by the slice at a competitive price of $2.75. It's a grab and go type of place. The service is fast and the workers are polite and attentive. They have a broad menu, however I only get their pizza. I highly recommend this place. read more

For yummy cheesy cheap pizza in Berwyn-- Anthonys is the spot! Whenever I come in & catch the owner, (Anthony) he's always very nice along with all the workers! I've seen reviews that the employees are rude but every time I have ordered over the phone or in person they are super nice, it feels like everyone is family! Delivery guys are awesome and always quick-- my pizza is hot and delicious! They have good deals the best is the huge $3 slices with a small drink :) Pan or thin crust you can't go wrong! My personal fav is their thin crust w roni/sausage & mushroom yumm. Oh yea! And their cheese fries are fire! I would really like to give Anthonys 5 stars buuuuuut I wish their dine-in area was better maintained & a tad bit cleaner, I would prob come in more often if it was. Other than that.. Ordered from here for the first time earlier this week. Delivery was faster than they said it would be. Pizza came with a small part of the cheese partially sliding off the top of the pizza. Went here last night to grab a slice of pizza, it can't get better when your whole meal rings out to $6.50 for 2 slices and 2 drinks, pizza was hot but extremely burnt, I got sausage my boyfriend got cheese. We decided to eat inside the establishment, personally I like to take things home to eat but he insisted so I gave in. I wish I would've taken it home, the staff was friendly, but, all I heard was swearing from behind the counter, the language and the way there were acting was inappropriate, especially with customers in the establishment itself, there wasn't one minute where the F bomb wasn't said, they acted like animals, I think I'll stick to my carry out.
