Do not and I repeat do not use this service, First and foremost who is ever the receptionist is who costumer service skills are very horrible and she needs to be removed from this company immediately, I thinks she's the wife of one the tow truck operators, But anyways yesterday my car got towed to me from the repair facility to my home address , my insurance company covered most of the payment but I had to pay $45 out of pocket. My car was delivered so I paid by card over the phone, these stupid F***ks doesn't know what pending purchase means, they went back and forth with me and made me pay out of pocket. 1 star is too good for this trash service. I was given this company through allstate roadside. When the address was wrong for y destination this company charged me for the extra mileage at regular price even though Allstate pays them and I pay for mileage at a pro rated rate. This is fraud! Allstate charged me for the extra mileage as well. I was threatened that if I didn't pay them the money now, my car would be towed to their yard. I will be filing a law suit along with a complaint with BBB. I am also going to file a complaint with Nevada Transportation. I won't tolerate theft nor the disrespect. Recently used this towing company as a suggestion through all state. Worst mistake ever! I needed to tow my car twenty minutes away and after waiting about two hours the car was still not at the requested location. I called to find out what was happening and they informed me there was a shift change and that's why there was such a delay. The employees were super rude and unprofessional. They did not inform me at all of the delay until I called. I highly recommend using a different company and have also complained to all state about the horrible recommendation. read more

I sold my car to this company and they sent me a letter almost a year later saying the car remained "unclaimed" in their lot and I owe them 4,220, but the car is not unclaimed if they own it. So they are basically acting like i didn't sell them the car and it's just been sitting there even though i sold them the vehicle. They gave me no warning that i would supposedly owe them money. This company is sleazy and dirty and will take your money. Don't trust them and use a different company. Had to tow my bf's car to an auto shop about .6 miles from my house. Their shop is about 10mins away from me. Called on a saturday morning right before noon, requested a pick up, they said they had another person right after me and that they would be at my place in 20mins. They arrived in about 15! I was surprised especially with tow/auto shops being so busy during COVID. On time, very nice, and hopefully I won't need a tow again lol but if I do they will be my go to! Brian helped me on a Sunday morning and was in a great attitude, even suggested it would be better to take my car to a mechanic then my original location based off of his knowledge of car repair. He called his dispatch and they found an open mechanic for me on a Sunday! On the way there he had a friendly and helpful conversation with me about cars and was HONEST! Once he took my car off the bed and before he left he remembered to write down my tire sizes for me (part of something he said he would do on the ride to the mechanic). He didn't just leave! Our rental tire popped on the highway and the rental company was of no help at all. Thankfully I carry roadside assistance that put Anthony's Towing in our path. We were called with an updated ETA, picked up from our location, and dropped off at our destination within 30 minutes from start to finish. This is the fastest towing service I've ever experienced and it was very much appreciated in the brutal Las Vegas heat. I got a flat on the freeway during rush hour. What should've been an easy fix with my spare, turned into a couple hours of frustration once I learned I didn't have the right tool, and neither did anyone else, so I would need a tow.
