Scammy. One star is too much. Guy was extremely rude picking up my car. Snatched the keys out of my hands. I tried to tell him you couldn't unlock the car with the keypad he still tried to and ignored me then gave me attitude when I tried to help him unlock the car. And said "I GOT IT!" The whole interaction with him was AWFUL. Second I went through my insurance for this tow, paid my insurance (who in return pays the company). The driver tried to tell me it was $100 and that I can pay him directly and that he only accepted Zelle or cash. He started trying to load my car up and I told him that's not right I paid my insurance already and I wasn't paying another $100 let me call them. He then gave me attitude, said "so are we towing it or not," walked off and got in his vehicle. My insurance ended up having to call this company to figure out why they were trying to charge me anything. After that the driver then gets out doesn't say a word to us, loads the car up, and just drives off without saying anything. Clearly mad he didn't get to scam us. Proceeds to drive 85+ miles an hour on the freeway swerving in and out of traffic with my car on the back!! I don't leave reviews but I'm dumbfounded at how this driver acted. 1 star is too good for this trash service. I was given this company through allstate roadside. When the address was wrong for y destination this company charged me for the extra mileage at regular price even though Allstate pays them and I pay for mileage at a pro rated rate. This is fraud! Allstate charged me for the extra mileage as well. I was threatened that if I didn't pay them the money now, my car would be towed to their yard. I will be filing a law suit along with a complaint with BBB. I am also going to file a complaint with Nevada Transportation. I won't tolerate theft nor the disrespect. Recently used this towing company as a suggestion through all state. Worst mistake ever! I needed to tow my car twenty minutes away and after waiting about two hours the car was still not at the requested location. I called to find out what was happening and they informed me there was a shift change and that's why there was such a delay. The employees were super rude and unprofessional. I sold my car to this company and they sent me a letter almost a year later saying the car remained "unclaimed" in their lot and I owe them 4,220, but the car is not unclaimed if they own it. Had to tow my bf's car to an auto shop about .6 miles from my house. Their shop is about 10mins away from me. Called on a saturday morning right before noon, requested a pick up, they said they had another person right after me and that they would be at my place in 20mins. They arrived in about 15! We were called with an updated ETA, picked up from our location, and dropped off at our destination within 30 minutes from start to finish. This is the fastest towing service I've ever experienced and it was very much appreciated in the brutal Las Vegas heat.
