Roadside assistance saves me once again! I was disabled on the 215 and Town Center basically two exits from my house in rush hour traffic so by default not in a good mood. I did have to wait about 30 minutes later than the arrival time that was promised but the driver, John, was pleasant, friendly and quick so that made up for it. I was just having my vehicle towed to my house, and I was worried about being able to get it in the driveway while still being able to get my other vehicle out. I live in an HOA and no street parking is allowed. John got my car positioned perfectly in the driveway and gave me a couple of possibilities of what could be wrong with it. Nothing too major it turns out. Hopefully, I won't need a tow anytime soon but I'll keep their business cards in my vehicles as it's my understanding you can request through your insurance who they send. read more

I had an absolutely abysmal experience with the inaccurately named 'Phenomenal Towing' earlier today (seriously, NEVER use that company) and called my insurance to get a different tow truck and received service from Anthony's. I was sent a text message at 11:20 saying they would be there within the hour, the driver arrived at 12:40 and immediately shook my hand and apologized for the delay. (a good sign right off the bat) I filled him in on what was going on as well as the terrible experience I had with 'Phenomenal Towing' earlier. Louie kind of chuckled and said it sounded like that guy was either lazy or stupid.... or perhaps both. Louie then took great care to gently remove the destroyed tire from the rim without damaging my car (something Phenomenal couldn't do) and he then used a couple of skid plates type items to get my car out of a tight situation at what seemed like an impossible angle to his truck. Anyway, he quickly had me loaded up and on my way to get a new tire. Long story short, I cannot say enough good things about this company and the driver I had the pleasure of dealing with. If you need roadside assistance as your company if they use Anthony's and if they do don't settle for anyone else. I know I'll only use them even if I have to wait a little longer for them to get to me. read more

Not only did they give me a great price, the dude showed up earlier than expected, had a great friendly attitude, and at the end he help me push my car up my driveway, and he also helped me with a few technical issues with my E-Brake. My roadside assistance sent me this towing company. F*** if I'll ever use them again. Victor showed up to tow my jeep with a flat. He insisted on driving my car up onto the bed of his truck instead of using the winch. "It's all okay." He tells me. No worries about bending the rim. Just drove it like the tire was all good. He also insisted on plopping my car under the repair shop's open bay doors halfway in before I even had a chance to talk to the guys. Yeah, they weren't too happy about that either. He was also speeding while on the way to the shop. I understand that my insurance is taking care of the bill, but really? Are these the kind of people you employ? I have to worry about my car getting even more damaged in the process? I should have just driven it on the bad tire and I might have had the same result. Towed us almost 30 miles more than necessary. There were 3 service stations within 5 miles, but Anthony towed us 30 miles to a friend's station after offering to "do us a favor." Cost us over $300 unnecessarily. Stranded us in a dark alley in a bad neighborhood. So bad that the taxi company couldn't find a taxi willing to come get us. read more

Great service I would like to start off... I got screw by construction zone on Durango and Hacienda, there was a big dip and there was no sign to warn you, I snapped both side of my axel and probably crack with my oil pan or some shit I was furious so I sat there for awhile to calm myself down so I came across Anthony's towing company give em a call for a flat bed cause my car is semi low. The lady on the phone said they could tow lowered cars cause they do high end vehicles and such plus she could get someone over within an hour. So I had no choice at the time, plus all other place I called the wait was much long. About 40mins later victor show up. Super cool dude, he knew exactly what to do, I had me drove the car up slowly while he was adjusting the bed of the truck. Surprisingly my bumper didn't even touch the bed, neither was the center of my car. Pretty good stuff, not your basic flat bed truck. The price was on the ads so that was pretty straight forward. Anthony's Towing saved us! Literally! We had broken down 19 miles south of Las Vegas and called AAA and Allstate (we have 2 different towing packages) to get towed. The first company they tried was Larry's towing who, after making us wait 5+ hours in the hot sun on the side of 1-15 by continually delaying our pick up time, convinced both AAA and Allstate that we were not covered because our van was loaded with boxes. They tried to charges $250 to tow us 19 miles. We finally got Allstate to call another provider, and that is when they called Anthony's Towing. They arrived within 30 minutes. Saw this ad on Craigslists a few months ago and the company offered a $50 flat rate tow, I kept the number and needed it today. When I called the receptionist and ordered the service, I was quoted a price of $60. The driver was prompt and a very nice guy.... After assessing the position of the car, the driver then said it will be an additional $60 to get it unwedged and loaded. He then tells me that any other tow company would charge hundreds more for this situation, the vehicle would have to go to their yard, and storage fees on top of that. I'm not in the towing business so I don't know prices and additional charges. I've dealt with towing companies in the past, and I personally feel they are the biggest bunch of rip off artists on the planet!! I felt I was at the companies mercy with NHP on scene, and were threatening to have the vehicle towed through their associates. Although I should feel ripped off, I was ripped off by an honest, experienced driver. it ended up costing me $120 bucks vs. a possible $300+ dollars, storage fees, weekend rates, and fines, I feel a quote should be a quote! I will continue to keep this number handy and use them if needed due to the promise of being there in a timely manner and a really bad location of the needed tow. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!! 90 minutes later than promised. Was told by tow driver who seemed to be under some type of influence that my vehicle would arrive at dealer before 10 am the next morning since dealership was closed for the night. Found out at noon the next day that car was still sitting in their storage yard. I had to get my insurance company involved again. The "female" that answers the phone for Anthony's Towing lied to me and to my insurance company that the vehicle would arrive in 90 minutes. After 2 1/2 hours I called the "female" back and she actually told me she DID NOT CARE WHEN MY VEHICLE WOULD ARRIVE AT DEALERSHIP!!!! I called my insurance rep back to tell them her response. They called her and was lied to again. She stated that the vehicle was being dropped off as they spoke. At 4:20 my vehicle finally arrived at dealership. I don't know who this so-called (Customer Service) LOL rep is but Anthony, if you are out there, you might want to check in on what your customers are having to deal with. As for the "female" you have a lot of nerve treating hard-working people in stressful situations like you do. Shame on you. What goes around comes around and you are in for a rude awakening. read more
