We are filing a small claim today against Chris of rev and rescue, because that's who YOU sent out to do the job, he's a contractor it's his problem. Mike or "Steve" whoever you are brother, your employee broke my pulley, lied about where my parts were for two weeks, misquoted me, and left me stranded in a parking lot because I was on the phone with you ! Cussing is freedom of speech , and it's not any sort of reason to tell your mechanic to leave, we were calm the entire time with you and Chris it was only until you tried making excuses after everything you have put me and my family through , that I yelled at you ! We are pursuing this by the end of this week we have it lined up, whether we win or lose we don't care we have more then enough evidence, we want you guys off the street and not able to take anyone else's money again ! 300 in labor sent back to my payment methods by the end of this week for not completing my power steering pump, or we gonna have some legal fun ! read more

I am so lucky I called Mike. I had taken my old van to a highly rated shop I found on Yelp & left with a two page print-out of what needed to be done. I was aghast! I have had my van in so many shops the past 2 years, surely someone would have noticed it had so many issues? In an attempt to resolve the problem myself I changed the spark plugs, air, & fuel filters. Nothing worked! At my wit's end I found Mike on CL & gave him a call. He was working on my van within the hour. He has the exact same machine as the reputable shop but when he hooked it up to my van it gave one set of readings, then when he did it again, it gave different codes as the issue. When he said, "It's your computer" - both relief & excitement washed over me. That makes so much sense! He told me it's an easy part that I can change myself & I did! My van runs like it should & I couldn't be happier. He charges a nominal diagnosis fee but he won't give up until he's figured it out! I even tipped on top of that for doing such a great job! I called Mike last June 5th 2018, he agreed to come and forgot about me, I waited over an hour and then called him, he apologized and said he would come as soon as he's done.. I waited another hour. Then I called him and said to come the the next day. Again After agreeing to 1 pm on the following day. He failed miserably for not showing up, knowingly that he could've done a courtesy call. Which he never bothered from day one, let alone his co worker answered and said that he's so busy that he will come when he is ready. I said I don't think so. Its based ON MY schedule not his. So then again, After my niece spoke with him he hemmed and hawed on compensation for failing to do any of those things. Then on the third day, I called at 7 am and left msg requested to be seen at 10 am, then called again before 8 am and left a msg again requesting at 10 am. Hoping that he would do the courtesy of showing up while I wait at a NON wifi location, since he failed all of those things and again he chose not to call let alone TEXT. Understand this, Im deaf. So what does that tell u? His co worker hung up on me on the 2nd day not letting me finish what I needed to clarify. But that didn't matter because he did NOT do any courtesy calls at all, not even once. VERY disappointed and aim to divulge with the deaf community to not to use his services. For he has discriminated against the deaf. Most vital part is that courtesy calls are considered professional and respectful. Its just plain rude let alone not offer any compensations such as discounts for failing on the first two days. The worst part was that He neglected 3 days in a row, Really?
