I stayed here because I had my two doodles with me and Hilton accepts dogs. The large pasture was perfect for walking dogs versus a tiny strip of grass out back that most hotels have. It was fun watching their reaction when they saw the horses. The two horses belong to the manager that lives on the property. They are in excellent shape and are friendly. The front desk, lobby and restaurant are impeccable and up to date. The service was excellent. I didn't go in the pool or jacuzzi but it sure looked inviting. They were beautiful, clean and well maintained. The room was lack luster. Maybe I got a room that wasn't updated because I had the dogs? The carpet was old and the ac make grinding sounds at different hours of the night. The refrigerator was barely cold. There was no freezer and no microwave. The furniture was worn out but thankfully the mattresses were heavenly! Hope and her husband were kind to give me more information about the hotel restaurant. I met them when their doodle puppy came out to play in the pasture. All in all, it was a good time and I would stay here again.
