Hey Antica Forma, when your customer orders and pays for a GLUTEN FREE pizza, she expects a GLUTEN FREE pizza. Check your processes because someone f**ked up in your restaurant and my gut suffered the consequences for two days. (Been GLUTEN FREE for eight years, and no, I do not have celiac. Have ordered GLUTEN FREE pizzas from many many other places in these eight years and have NEVER received a regular crust and have NEVER had a problem with any of the orders.... until this one.) Another person in my party ordered a regular pizza crust from this restaurant at the same time, tasted my supposedly "gluten free" crust, and said it was the exact same crust, NOT a GLUTEN FREE one I ordered. I have NEVER been so badly gluten-bombed by a restaurant before. CUSTOMER BEWARE!! My experience at Antica Forma Moab on August 31, 2024 @ 6pm was abysmal. The food arrived cold, which is unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone one specializing in pizza. However, the true low point was the atrocious service. The staff seemed completely disengaged from their jobs. Throughout our meal, employees were glued to their personal phones, texting away instead of attending to customers. I had to ask multiple times just to get a simple water refill, which should be a basic part of restaurant service. The combination of cold food, inattentive staff, and the need to repeatedly request basic service made for a frustrating and disappointing dining experience. There are numerous better options in Moab for those seeking quality Italian cuisine and even a modicum of professional service. I strongly advise potential diners to look elsewhere. read more

Coming from a current employee, this is the cleanest restaurant I've ever worked in and I've only ever worked in restaurants. The management is involved and is willing to get down on the floor with us servers when we're in a pinch and do anything from being head honcho to polishing glassware and silverware. We're constantly praised for our good work and if you're like most people, appreciation goes a long way. Their food REALLY is fresh and you can taste the difference. The restaurant grows their own tomatoes (about 60 plants out back!!!) and make all our deserts from scratch. A lot of love went into what they represent at Antica Forma and I know it shows. Their food is off the charts amazing. My favorite salad is the Val Gardena and probably the Montanara pizza with buffalo mozzarella!!! You've got to try this place if your in Moab! read more

The food is good, but the staff is totally incompetent. I waited a hour for a pizza and salad to go. Then they had the audacity to double charge my credit card for the wrong amount both times. They couldn't figure out how to issue credits to my credit card, so I paid with cash and left. I'll be disputing the charges with my credit card company. On top of that, they claimed I ordered a tiramisu, when I did not. You would be better served ordering delivery from Dominoes or Pizza Hut and skip this place. They clearly cant do anything right. Overpriced as well. $28+ dollars for a small 12 inch pizza and side salad. Not worth the hassle. read more

Meatlovers We had high hopes for the pizza here considering it's the top rated pizza place in Moab on Yelp. They managed to do the impossible: making a pizza absolutely inedible. The bottom of the pizza was completely black and burnt to a crisp, while the top of the pizza with the meat toppings had congregated together, leaving the rest of the pizza bare and also caused the pizza to be extremely soggy. The middle of the pizza was watery, almost as if to put out the flames that burnt the pizza in the first place. We've had gas station pizza that was better than this. Very disappointing considering the prices were not cheap. read more
