Super unprofessional. Really wanted to leave a good review as everybody there seemed helpful but all they've done is give us the run around for weeks now. Bought a car end of March, they told us they would have the replacement handle painted before buying. It wasn't done upon buying and I didn't notice til I got home so I emailed back asking when that will get done, they said they'd be in contact. Call 4 days later, said the same thing. Week goes by, no contact. Called again they said they'd be in touch to set up an appointment. No call again. Honestly wouldn't be a big deal if they hadn't promised to fix it in the first place. I doubt I would've even noticed it nor would I have cared. It's the fact they can't stick to their word over something they agreed to do. Reallly sad customer service read more

I bought a truck back in October of 2024 with a 2 year warranty. I took it to a certified mechanic for a diagnostic, it needs a new transmission and has a few other issues with the engine. The warranty Allstar Motors sold me is not valid due to the oversize wheels that were already on the truck when I bought it. Since contacting them last week about this issue I've received little support from them and little contact from them. They sold me a warranty that was not valid, and should have never been sold to me. They are doing the very minimal to make things right. I would sway away from shopping here, and any other private dealership for that matter. I thought they seemed reputable, but it looks like I was wrong. read more
