The service representative, Mauricio, informed us repairs would take about a month and promised us an update by mid next week (around 05/13). That date came and went with absolutely no communication. By 05/18, after multiple unanswered voicemails and no callbacks, I finally asked to speak to a supervisor. Suddenly, Mauricio was available to take my call. When I asked for an update, I was told the exact same thing we had been told two weeks earlier: "Ford hasn't approved it yet." I then asked for Ford's direct number so I could understand why my repairs were delayed. Mauricio provided me with a customer relations number and a repair reference number that he apparently knew would not work. After realizing I had been given incorrect information, I went into the dealership frustrated, understandably so after weeks of poor communication and feeling ignored. Instead of helping resolve the situation, Mauricio's attitude was essentially "back off and leave." I later contacted Ford Customer Relations myself and learned the truth: Ford Warranty was actually waiting on the DEALERSHIP to send photos of the motor. In other words, the delay was not Ford -- it was the dealership failing to do their part while I was repeatedly being told otherwise. Customers should not have to chase down answers, be ignored, or feel lied to. Communication, honesty, and accountability go a long way, and unfortunately I experienced none of that here. Very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

I asked Arlene if I could speak with her manager. She then asked if this had to do with me wanting to return a vehicle. Mind you, this was the first time I had ever called this place, and I thought that was a red flag. I responded that no, it did not, and that I simply wanted to speak with the manager in charge. She then changed her tone with me and said he was not available at the moment. I said okay, no worries, and asked if I could get his email. She then asked what this was about. I told her the issue had nothing to do with her, which was why I was asking for a manager. At that point she became aggressive with me and said that if I didn't give her my name and number, she wasn't going to help me. Before I could get a word in, she transferred me to a line that rang twice and then asked if I wanted to leave a voicemail. I decided to call back. This time, the phone was answered by a man named Dennis. He seemed polite at first, but his tone gave off a bad demeanor. I asked if I could speak to the manager in charge, and he asked what the call was regarding. I told him the same thing I told Arlene, but unlike Arlene, Dennis was beyond rude. He said that if I didn't give him my name and number, he was just going to hang up on me, and that no matter how many times I called, he would continue to hang up. When I asked if he was a salesman there and why he cared so much about why I needed to speak to his supervisor, he simply hung up on me. After calling a third time, Dennis was treating the entire situation like a game. At one point, he kept cutting me off and repeating, like a lunatic, "No name, no number, I'm not going to help you." After saying that about seven times, he hung up again. I called back a fourth time, and now they just hang up every time. Based on the way both Arlene and Dennis handled my calls, it's clear this dealership has serious customer-service issues and an unprofessional internal culture. Their hostility, refusal to provide basic information, and repeated hang-ups weren't just rude--they signaled a place that has no respect for customers and no interest in resolving concerns. If this is how they treat someone simply trying to speak with a manager, I can only imagine how they behave once they've already taken a customer's money. This interaction alone was enough to make me completely lose trust in this dealership.

Met my salesman Pouria who was easy to talk to and wasn't pushy or ask for my number. I told him I would be back. When I came back I went to him and told him I wanted a test drive. We test drove 2 different vehicles with no pressure. Came back a couple days later and purchased due to the friendly staff and no pressure. Pouria is awesome and works hard to provide excellent customer service. I would trust him again and recommend him. Moe the manager was very helpful and upfront with stuff and was awesome. Gino in finance helped us get many rebates that we qualified for and was also easy to work with. Service department here is outstanding. Luke the service advisor is the best I have ever worked with and he's him regularly. Gina the cashier is always friendly and outgoing. The overall experience here was outstanding 5 stars. We will be buying from here again and continue to get service here as well. Way better than when it was winter.

Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling like the name on the building changed, but the customer service didn't. My history with Winter Chevrolet wasn't great. It was bad enough that they eventually bought back one of my vehicles after it turned out to be a lemon. So I went into Delta Chevrolet hoping things would be different. I brought my 2026 Yukon in for a steering concern. My advisor made it sound like the vehicle had been worked on all day and then told me they needed to keep it overnight because they didn't have enough time to finish. The problem is that wasn't what actually happened. After reviewing the timeline, it became clear the vehicle didn't even make it into the shop rack until around 3:00 p.m. So it wasn't a case of them working on it all day--it sat for most of the day before anyone started on it. Mind you a made an appointment days well in advance to not have them over booked. I dropped it off at 0800. To make matters worse, I was verbally told they attempted the alignment multiple times and that a steering angle sensor was the issue. Yet none of that appeared anywhere on my repair order. If that's truly the diagnosis, document it. If it isn't, don't tell customers that's the problem. Accurate communication matters, especially when you're asking someone to leave a nearly new vehicle overnight. What disappointed me most wasn't that repairs can take time--I understand that. It was feeling like I wasn't being given an honest explanation about what actually happened. A little transparency goes a long way. I genuinely wanted Delta Chevrolet to be different from Winter Chevrolet. Based on this experience, I left feeling like the apple didn't fall very far from the Winter Chevrolet terrible customer service tree. To note: Lehmer's is my usual dealer for issues and repairs but due to my lack of common sense I opted to go somewhere closer since this was under new ownership. Doh!

Is this too good to be true, I thought to myself? They had it listed for a price that was cheaper than anywhere else in the COUNTRY! This isn't the cheap 6-cylinder Quattroporte, this was the turbocharged V-8! Wow! I called and was very demanding right off the bat because I wanted to see if this was real. It's a dealership in Antioch and they probably don't even have this car, I thought. After I called them, I went in to see it. I drove 1 Hour in traffic and was prepared to be disappointed. I was not! In fact, I was blown away by the car (was in almost perfect shape) and by the professionalism of the dealership. After the test drive, I asked them to take the car to Walnut Creek to have it inspected prior to me negotiating with them. They did so without complaining. Mind you, this is at least a 30 minute drive from where they are and could have easily said no to me. After the inspection, I told them what my mechanic found, and they negotiated for me. I barely had to say anything. They gave me more than I expected including two new front tires, a set of OEM rear brakes and even some money off! These guys are legit. I cannot day enough about my experience there and would recommend this dealership. If I bought a Maserati from here, you can trust that all of their other cars are just as good!
