AVOID THE DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS . I purchased a slightly used (1450 miles) 2025 Chrysler Pacifica from them March 2, 2026. I was advised by them and the Carfax that it was involved in a minor incident (superficial scratches), but during a random hot day a week later, it was determined the air-conditioning didn't work. I brought it to a Chrysler dealership closer to me and found out that it was involved in a major accident with the undercarriage being incredibly bent and parts haphazardly replaced. I emailed pictures and wrote up an email of the laws that were broken, so they agreed to give me my money back. I was able to finally get my money back in May 2026. Here are the issues I had: - When I went to pick up the vehicle a week after purchasing, it was not ready for me (even though they said they would have it ready). I had to wait quite a while for it. - When I finally got the vehicle, it was not fully vacuumed and there was sticker goo and a black X in the corner of the windshield. I had to ask them to take it back to re-vacuum it. -When working with the manager (Don) and the general manager (Kip), I was told that they would call me back, text and or email a few different times during the disaster of getting my money back and they never did. I had to contact them or track them down each time. - Yes, this car was used, but when buying from a certified dealer, you expect quality and truthfulness. Supposedly they do a quality inspection prior to putting their cars on the lot, but somehow the vehicle I bought made it out on the sales lot when it absolutely should not have. Which makes me wonder if I brought it to them to have the air conditioner fixed that I never would've found out it was involved in a major accident and I would be driving an unsafe vehicle. The only reason I am giving this dealership two stars is because they did take the van back and I got my full money back. They also gave me a van to use while I waited for my money. Except for the use of a van while I waited for my money back, everything was difficult/ a disaster, and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. read more

Called the dealership and spoke with Dean Driver saying I was looking for a used Nissan Murano. When we went in he had three of them lined up. We took them for a test drive and decided on a 2020 model with only 18K miles. It was like new. We also traded in our 2009 Murano for a fair price. The whole transaction only took a couple of hours. Negotiated with this dealership over the phone and email. They ran my credit had the deal paperwork done up made an appointment to go get the car then found out that the car was on recall. They agreed that they would sell me the car but give me a loaner until the recall was fixed. The next day call to confirm cuz I was supposed to get emails about this and never did, and they basically lied me since oh we can't do that and then when I asked to speak to the owner I was hung up on. Very disappointed with how we were treated. The dealer threw out our personal belongings before the final sale of our vehicle, without notifying us. Initially, they acknowledged the mistake and offered to compensate us. However, after we followed up and posted a Google review, they completely denied responsibility. Avoid this dealership - they violated federal warranty law and returned my vehicle in unsafe condition. I brought my vehicle to Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM with a blown head gasket and a mixture of oil and coolant in both the engine and the cooling system. They performed the engine repair under warranty but then refused to clean and repair the cooling system, even though the contamination was directly caused by the head-gasket failure and is clearly part of the same warranty repair. The dealership demanded additional payment for restoring the cooling system, claiming it was "not covered", which is a direct violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2304) - a federal law requiring dealers to return vehicles after warranty work in safe, operable, and fully repaired condition without charging extra for related or resulting repairs. Despite completing the engine work, they returned the vehicle with the cooling system still contaminated with oil and coolant, a broken 12-volt battery that no longer charges after their repair, and missing parts (engine under-shield, clips, bolts). This means the vehicle was returned in a dangerous and non-functional state, which is illegal for a warranty repair. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and the dealership ignored all communication, showing their lack of professionalism and accountability. Because of the severity of the violations, I will be submitting formal complaints to the following agencies: Illinois Attorney General - Consumer Protection Division; Federal Trade Commission (FTC) - Automotive Warranty Violations. Drove an hour to take a look at a truck they had and when i took it for a test drive the DIESEL truck had 30 miles worth of fuel in it and on top of that the truck was so dirty. after coming back from the test drive the salesman was not able to comprehend that we wanted to see multiple different finance options with out a trade and looked like a deer in the headlights when we told him this he proceeded to get his manager jeremy (with the knuckle tattoos) who was very disrespectful and tried to bully me into giving him my trade information after very clearly telling him i want to see numbers without a trade on top of him being disrespectful he also lied about all of the finance options we had saying we had to have 20% down that he couldn't run the price without a trade and assumed because i was young that i didn't know what i was talking about and that i had substantial negative equity. Had to take a rental because they won't give customers a ride home. When I completed all the paperwork and signed the contract to complete my purchase the salesmen (Pete) hands me one key fob and says, "I don't know where the other one is located, I'll call you". He calls and says, "can't find the second key fob, it's on you to purchase one" and he gives me the number for a locksmith. Of course, I was pissed, but WAIT.... Horrible experience. I found a New 2018 Blue Jeep Compass on Cars.com. it was about $18,000. I contacted them to see if was still available and I recieved a call from Kayla last week saying it was. I scheduled a test drive for today at 11. She texted me today at 9am letting me know it is available. I texted saying we would be a little late because my dad had a dentist appointment. I kept her updated on when I was arriving and she was very responsive. I finally get to the dealer and a male employee (aka not Kayla) says he would take care of us because Kayla is business development so she isn't selling the cars. I thought that was weird because she told me to ask for her and I had texted her saying I had arrived. The guy ends up telling me that they sold the car this morning and then he tries to show me a pre-owned 2018 with scratches on the outside and food crumbs and dirt all over the inside. I told him I was offended that they lied to me and didn't tell me beforehand that the car was sold because I was driving for so long so they had lots of time to tell me the car I wanted was sold. Then he tries to tell me they have another car similar to it, but refuses to tell me the price on any of the cars that he's trying to show me. Destroyed the rim completely and then took 4 days to get a new one in and fixed. They then tried to blame it on the vehicle...as if the wrangler forgot to tighten its own lug nuts. Then took my Ram there for a software update. Got there 5 minutes early for a scheduled appointment which I was told was needed to find out they didn't have a technician who would be able to look at my vehicle for an hour. Started having some engine issues with my car took it to Antoich Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Antioch and Frank the Service Manager told me they would have to do and entire Engine teardown to dtermine what was wrong with the car.He also indicated it showed in their system that I had and Extended Service Policy. They called the service policy company and I find out that their F & I Manager didn't even sell me an extended policy that would cover any mechanical issues with my car, it didn't even cover the engine or drive tran it only covered the wheels and rims. This was a total Rip Off. I went to talk to the General Manager at the dealership. His solution was for me to purchase another newer used car that would have a 5 Year Warranty. I considered the option, but backed out of the deal the very next day. I Did not want to rush into another purchase and wanted to discuss the transaction with business associates and that is when we went on the Internet and read the reviews. Also The Dealer wanted to steal my tradein since the check engine light was on and basically offered me fifty (50%) of the tradein value on my Grand Cherokee. Backing out on the puchase of the 2020 Grand Cherokee was the best decision I ever made! RUN FAR AWAY, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! My husband and I have bought not one or two but FIVE brand new vehicles from them since 2019. Always thought we had a good deal and were treated fairly but now, looking back after the way we were treated the past couple of days I have my doubts. We had bought a 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk last year and, because we like to personalize our vehicles, added aftermarket lights to the underside of the vehicle in early January. A few weeks ago we noticed that they weren't working as they should so took them back to the shop that installed them and they immediately came out and asked if it had been on a lift because the lights and wires were crushed, frayed and portions of the segments were melted. The answer was yes, Antioch Jeep had it in later that month for a routine oil change. We called and talked to the service manager (Frank Raszkowski) yesterday afternoon and he told us to bring it out this morning. We drove an hour each way to have them look at it and come up with what can be best described as excuses for the damage. He said there's no way that their lifts could have done the damage so it must have been a result of a pothole or a speed bump. There was no discussion of how much it would cost to fix the issue (less than $300). We then spoke to Pete Hall who sat us down and said the same thing and basically threw up his hands saying "I don't know what to tell you." We feel like they didn't take responsibility for the damage they caused and didn't even attempt to make a good faith effort to fix the issue, basically felt like we got the big middle finger from them. read more

When we got there the car was covered in dust and mud, and even the inside was dirty. Moving on to negotiations we were able to get in and out in a relatively short time. Jalen was an excellent associate who advocated on our behalf and helped us find the truck we wanted at a comfortable price. All questions were answered quickly and if he didn't know he was able to find out in a timely manner.
