We were long distance buyers and saw the 0% APR loan and thought "what a deal!" Right, so we got into contact with them and did the online finance form which you give them your age and SSN,and after a little communication we were told that we were approved for the loan, so we drove there, about 2 hrs and then we meet with our salesman and we go through the whole process test drives, both keys and negotiation and all was going well until we got into the finance managers room and that's when the deal died we were told we in fact were not approved for the loan after 4-5 Hours spent negotiating and waiting. Thankfully we are able to pay it all in full whenever we want, but not everyone is so fortunate enough to do so, take our mistake and use it as a lesson. Zero stars. Worst service experiences ever. My advice - DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE OR EXPECT YOUR CAR TO BE SERVICED PROPERLY HERE. Bought a new Kia Seltos here. Had a AWD warranty issue with the car. They claimed it was a software issue - not a gear actuator. Left dealership after it was 'fixed'. Warning lights came back on just down the road. Back to the dealership. Then they said, they were wrong. It was the actuator but didn't have the part. Come back a third time to the dealership to have a new actuator installed. After the third 'fix', the car is now leaking gear oil from the dealer installed actuator. Notified the dealership multiple times, with photos and they are not appropriately responsive at this stage. Terrible service and dealership in my opinion based upon these multiple negative experiences. The car is still not fixed and no return call after multiple attempts to resolve the issue. read more

If I could leave a 0 star, I would. Truly disappointing performance with Raymond Kia. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, nothing else. When I got the call that the car was ready for pickup, I went and got it. I couldn't even make it out of the parking lot due to a strange rattling noise I heard. I brought it right back and grabbed Cory and asked him to take a listen. Once he heard the noise, he said to me "oh it could be the spare tire loose". I asked if they touched it to check the tire pressure and I was then told they don't. An hour goes by and I get a call back saying the entire spare tire mount was broken, almost as it was stripped due to over tightening it. They tried putting the blame on me that "I caused it". When the car was dropped off, there were 0 issues, and now when it's done i'm having issues. They ordered the mount under warranty, but I realized there were cushion pads that are stuck on the frame to prevent rattling and vibration that were missing. When the mount came in, I dropped it back off and mentioned these pads to make sure they get installed again. When the car was ready, I went and picked it up and still heard the rattling. Dropped it back off and proceeded to be told to my face "There is no pads because they aren't showing up on the kia parts form". I had to call a different dealer that gave me the part numbers within 5minutes. This is truly disappointing considering i've been here 6 times now within a month when it should have been a one and done deal. They are not the #1 Kia dealership, not even remotely close to this statement. read more

Angelo was great at providing me with all of the information i needed to make an informed decision on either the forte or K5. I ultimately chose the K5. He took the time to make sure I knew the bells and whistles. He also took the time to try to polish out a scratch, it didn't work so now I am going to go in to their service center to get it fixed. I called the dealership to see if an SUV was still available. I was told the SUV was available. I made an appointment to go and see the car. I was a little confused as to the availability of the SUV as an email stated that it was in transit, but would be there at noon of the day of the appointment. I inquired as to the availability with 2 emails and 2 telephone calls. The first 2 emails were ignored as well as the first telephone call. For any potential customers, if you care about your money and time, PLEASE read below: During my purchase of the car: On 2/21/2023, I visited Raymond Kia to check out a 2023 Kia Stinger GT2 Touring Edition. I called the shop before coming to see if there was any availability to see the vehicle (i live 1.5 hours away). I was set up with an appointment with Dogan. When I arrived, I was greeted by Dogan, but before talking about the car, he blatantly asked me if I was even "eligible" (if I got the money) to buy the car. What an extremely unprofessional comment to make when I drove a long way to see the car. Why would I waste my time? I put up with the statement from Dogan because I liked the car, but this is not how you start a conversation with a potential customer! I am a 23-year-old, and I could understand why he would say that, but I would never make that comment if I were a salesperson. You never judge a customer. Ultimately, I bought the Stinger because I loved it, and it was hard to come by with all those packages. When I saw the finance employee (Jason), Dogan kept bringing up the dealership review that I would be getting in my email to my girlfriend, and he kept pressuring her to make sure I put down that the dealership did a good job selling me the car. A week after my purchase, I did the dealership review, and I put down that I was "satisfied" but deep down, I wanted to put an "okay" rating. On 3/22/2023. I had to return to Raymond Kia to fix some paperwork (Warranty Coverage and Rider Agreement), and there were paint chips on the hood before I purchased the car. When I bought the vehicle, the finance employee (Jason) entered my name wrong for my warranty coverage and the rider agreement. I went to a different dealership before coming to Raymond Kia. When they pulled up my warranty coverage; it said I was the secondary owner of my car, which was impossible because it is a new car. So I had to drive to Raymond Kia, which is 1.5 hours away, so it was such an inconvenience going back to fix something that should've been correct the first day I bought the car! The paint chips on the hood were there because either a porter put up my wiper blades on my car, which you are not supposed to on the Kia Stinger (it says it on the owner's manual). I only had the car for a month and was trying to contact the salesperson (Dogan Gregory), but I had no communication back. So I had to come to the dealership to get this solved because nothing was being done. So when I was fixing the paperwork with Jason, my car was in the bodywork department so they could fix the paint chips. I was told the paint chips were covered, so I came out to check, and they only put paint over the paint chips when they were down to the metal. That's not going to work! I asked Jason if he could work out a deal and give me a good quote to install an exhaust that day. He did, and my car was taken to the service department. It took over 3 hours which is fine, but when I received the car back, there were more paint chips/scratches on my bumper, and there was damage inside the upper trunk (the plastic mold). As of 3/24/2023 - I am working with Jason to cancel my extended warranty Raymond Kia doesn't care whatsoever. This is not how you are not supposed to conduct business, significantly when I invested so much money and time in doing my business with them. I was patient, but I am no longer coming back. If you want the classic used car dealer slime feeling, stop by. Besides Libby (Libby was great!) it was all used car tactics, stalling, and avoiding telling the truth. My wife and I were looking for a Sorento SXL (stock K9990) and I started contacting Jon from the online sales department. This car has 4,000+ miles on it so we were hoping to get a little bit of a deal. Jon and I got to a price, and told us to come in. We actually set an appointment time to come in on Monday to test drive the car and hopefully go home with it. My wife and I left work and each drove an hour to get to the dealer, she arrived first and after standing around for 5 minutes, had to go ask for help. She mentioned our appointment to test drive the car, only to find out the car was in the body shop. A new car in the body shop? I arrive at the dealership shortly after to learn the car had been in the shop for weeks, waiting for an insurance claim to replace a piece on the car, since "somebody backed into it on the lot". This was the first time we heard about any damage to the car, and we were expecting to test drive and take it home. Anyways, I asked if we could see the car today, i was told no problem, the body shop is walking distance, almost attached to the dealership. But, they wanted to work on some numbers first. I told them Jon and I already worked out numbers, so the on site sales rep, Gary, took those numbers to the manager. The manager came back and gave me a number that was $120 a month higher than was was discussed with Jon. I'm frustrated because the payments are jacked up, the car is damaged, and the overall feel of the dealership was not good. Finally, after running credit and haggling, we get to the payment that I was expecting. Now it's time to see the actual car. I should have guessed, but the body shop JUST closed. We can't get on the lot to see the car, because it's locked. My sales rep Gary tells me they can hold the car if we put down a refundable deposit, and first thing the next morning he is going to send pictures of the damage to my phone. We also wanted the repair to be completed by Saturday, because we were leaving for vacation on the following Monday. The manager Anthony said he would put on a full court press to get that done. Tuesday morning rolls around, no pictures from Gary. I called the dealership and was told Gary was off on Tuesdays. Gary told me that, but he said he was coming in for the morning to take care of something else so he would take these pictures as well and send them to me. I text Gary on the cell number he gave me. No answer. Call him half hour later, number is disconnected. Try it again to be sure, disconnected. Now it's Tuesday afternoon, I have no pictures of the damage, they have my money for the hold fee, nobody can tell me if it has remote start (gary was going to check that too). So I called the dealership again, and Libby answered. I explained the situation, she walked to the body shop and had pictures texted to me within 10 minutes. There was more damage to the car than a ding from getting backed into. So now i'm really offset by the whole deal. I'm so frustrated at this point, i don't know when the car will be ready (the manager or Gary never called me back on that), I don't know if there is remote start, and Im shelling out close to 40k for a "new" car that has 4,000+ miles on it and already in an accident. Gary called me back Wednesday morning saying he would have the remote start information, the repair completion date, and the pictures in 10 minutes. Two hours later i called him to follow up, and he said he got caught up in something and was heading down there in 5 minutes. Shortly after 4:00 PM i received a grainy video that barely showed the damage. Good thing I had the pictures from Libby already. I made one call to kia schaumburg and got an SXL for a BETTER price with a remote start AND I was able to add an extended warranty all for a few dollars under what I was going to pay at this kia. I was working harder than any of the sales reps (minus Libby) at kia antioch, and I was trying to spend close to 40k on a car with an accident already. Raymond Kia is not going to give you a good deal on a new car. I've been to this dealership twice: once looking at a Rio for myself, and recently looking at a Soul for my wife. Erica, our salesperson both times, did not respect our time or what we were interested in. She kept trying to show my wife something different than the vehicles we came in to look at. The manager, Victor, is nice but not in a genuine way. He's a businessman obviously, and said he would beat any offer we would bring before him. When I brought a better offer, to his credit, he said if we were willing to buy right then and there he would honor it. He wouldn't bring up any of the paperwork though, so I assumed the worst and left. Unfortunately, we weren't willing to work with this dealership because of their poor service. Every time I brought my 2013 Kia Soul into their business for maintenance, I would find myself with out a car for weeks and sometimes months at a time. When I come to pick up the vehicle the job was either done wrong or not done at all . It got so bad that I decided it would be better to just sell the car to them instead and start new . When selling the car they could only buy the vehicle for a quarter of the worth of the vehicle . And on top of that, when I came today to pick up the check for the vehicle, I am told that they where unable to give me my money because the person responsible for signing the check left home early . So I now find myself without a car, no money , and in happy . If this is the type of service you are looking for then Raymond Chevy and Kia is the dealership for you .
