I would not recommend Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram based on my experience. I brought my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica in for a warranty repair due to engine problems. The dealership performed major work under the powertrain warranty, including cylinder head and gasket repairs. When I picked up the vehicle on September 12, it was not in proper working condition. The cooling system had no flow because it was clogged -- something clearly documented in their own service report. They stated the heater cores were clogged and quoted me $2,021 for repairs, claiming it was not covered. This makes no sense because the issue was a direct result of the engine failure, where coolant and oil contamination affected the system. Instead of fully repairing the vehicle under warranty, they returned it in a non-working condition and tried to charge me for the remaining damage. Additionally, the 12V battery stopped working after the repair, even though it had no issues before. I tried to resolve this directly with them and also through the Better Business Bureau, but the issue is still unresolved. Very frustrating experience. Bought our first car from Dean Driver in 2014. I was my Mom's caregiver and it was hard for me to get out to test drive cars at dealerships. Told him what I was looking for and he brought a car to the house for me to test out. It checked all my boxes and bottom line I bought the car that day. We bought another one about 1 1/2 ago and I will be calling Dean the beginning of next year to replace that 2014 car. He is great and goes above and beyond. The stress of buying a new vehicle at time makes you want to pull out hair out. Darrin is the man that works for the customer. After making sure he knew what we needed then we went to our wants. I was impressed how he took the time to negotiate a price all of us could sleep well at night. While doing the deal my phone died and another sales man named Jeremy made sure I was able to sit comfortable at his desk and charge it. Kevin the sales manager was kind and not pushy.We are now driving a way in a new truck with a payment that we can afford ... thank you for bring back great customer serve ! Update ... Not even 24 hours later the back window won't go down !? Not to mention we made an appointment to go down to the dealer and they don't have a loaner and wanted us to pay 50 to borrow one. Not to mention we priced a remote start and another Dodge dealer that has it price for 200.00 less then this one ! I mean come on why ripe off your customers ? After having to call and express my anger they have my husband in a used car to use while the fix the window on the new truck. We don't live close at all and that was a waste of time and gas. 5 Stars for Joanne Stickels In July 2017 I brought my 2005 Dodge Ram Daytona in for a safety recall on the rear axle pinion nut. After a couple thousand miles, I noticed a howling from the rear end & It was rapidly getting worse. I brought it back into this service center to go over their recall work & they insisted the howling noise was not caused by their repairs because it was a 1-1/2 yr later, but I very rarely drive this truck. I called corporate & went over this situation with a few individuals but they just did not get it - they were no help. Frustrated I spoke to another Dodge dealership & a local mechanic, I was told that this could happen if the tolerances on are not set precisely on the recall work they did. I went back to this dealership explained this but they still denied this problem could be caused by an error in their work. Finally I spoke with Joanne & she listened & tried to understand. She took initiative & contacted corporate to have this error fixed free of charge. Thanks Joanne & I hope this positive feedback finds the right people. read more

Antioch Dodge will only service warranty work if you purchased from them. When I brought a fleet vehicle in for repairs 4 months after purchase the service manager said it would not be covered. The repair would cost $190.00. I asked to speak with the service manager and he stated 'that is me' I drove down the street to Gurnee Dodge and Ken said it would be covered NO problem. He would need to put me into the system since I didn't purchase the car at Gurnee Dodge. NO problem. They had to order the part as it was on BACK ORDER a known problem. 2 weeks later ken called the part was in. Replaced the part, performed a service notice to program the computer and even washed the car NO CHARGE. read more

I see the bad reviews and understand that this dealership had some issues in the past, but under new management they have turned the sinking ship around. The guys in the service department are always very friendly and helpful. I went to three dealerships before I bought my Durango and Antioch Dodge is the only one that allowed me to keep the vehicle overnight to make sure it was right for me. Needless to say I became a customer. I have no regrets and urge everyone to give them another chance. Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep are leading the pack in sales growth and customer satisfaction. Second time having issues here. The first time (4 years ago), they had my car for over 3 weeks. This time though, I had to call to find out about my car. They said they'll call back the next day (which they did). They said it would cost $4000 to fix my car. Wow. They didn't offer anything else until I told them I couldn't afford it. Then they said they'd get a quote for a rebuilt part, and asked if I wanted to trade in car. We'll call you back they said. Service nor the sales person called. I called service to find out about the quote. This person said I'll have to get back to you. I called the following day (it's now been 7 days), and this person said I never asked for a quote. He asked if I still wanted it. I said yes, could you please hurry. They next day rolls around. So, I'm not happy. I had to take off work a couple days, I had to borrow my wife's car for a couple days. I went to go get my car around 10AM. He looked suprised when I wanted to get my car. I told it is was ridiculous that I had to wait so long for this. I called a few other repair places, and they gave me a quote in under 5mins. All I have to say is, enter at your own risk. read more

Extremely disappointed !! Had set up an appointment 1 week in advance for some warranty work on my Ram PU with Chris in the service department. Told them I would be there at 12:00 pm on a Wednesday & would need a loaner . Was there on time only to be told Chris was off that day & there were no loaners available. WOW!! My dad called their service department today and asked if they would do an oil change for our fiat, and unfortunately got a sarcastic response from the guy, "fiat? We are NOT a fiat dealership!" with such nastiness. WELL DUH but fiat happens to own Chrysler now and uses mopar parts, so we figured we would ask! Geez louis! Their service department (while competent) is prone to recommend work that you don't need. ALWAYS take your car to another mechanic for a "second opinion" estimate before you let these guys work on it. They overcharged me at least once, and I caught them recommending that I replace a bunch of seals under my car (at a cost of almost $2000 that turned out to be fine) that they sprayed oil around so they looked like they were leaking. I had another mechanic check it and they were fine. read more

I would never, ever use this dealership for the way they treated me. From the service department making false committments, not calling me back when they said they would NUMEROUS times to the manager named Frank, who obviously did not think i would probably write a review. They led me on for over two months not wanting to help me, but leading me to believe they were trying to. When I went to Dodge corporation directly, i found out the dealership never even contacted them like they told me they would. I will make sure to let everyone know how I was treated, or I should say not treated. You guys are the reason that many car dealerships have a bad name. i am in sales and would never, ever treat a customer or let alone family member like you treated me. Good luck, i look forward to the day when you guys close your doors from all of the bad reviews you have besides mine.
