This use to be one of my favorite restaurants. During corvid I came and ordered takeout food (that I didn't want) to make sure it remained open. Recently the quality has gone down. Friday night I went in around 7:30 pm after the concert crowd had left. I ordered 1/2 dz oysters that took 1/2 hours to come out. For dinner I ordered the steak (medium well) with potatoes and broccoli. After 40 minutes I asked about my food. The potatoes and broccoli were cold. My steak was rare and cold inside. Instead of discounting my meal I was asked if I wanted to take it home. Absolutely not! I understand that it under new management. I will not recommend this restaurant. From the outside you wouldn't expect much from this humble looking restaurant. Inside gives this cozy at home vibe. Relaxed atmosphere, feels classy, but casual. The waitress was amazing! She was so friendly and warm. It brightened our delicious meals even more. Also very considerate, she gave us time to finish out apps before putting in the mains so by the time we finish our mains came out at the perfect time. Bread 5/5: One of the best breads ever had in a restaurant. Warm and fluffy. I could just eat this for my whole meal. It is to die for when paired with their delicious and refreshing dipping oil. Mussels in garlic white wine sauce 5/5: Equally delicious! The mussels were sweet and when paired with the subtle flavors of the sauce it highlights the sweetness even more. A must get! Fried Calamari 4/5: solid fried calamari, but not my favorite dish. Done very well, but it could be crispier and the dipping sauce wasn't my cup of tea. Slightly too acidic for me. Carbonara 5/5: Hands down the best carbonara I've had. Even better than high end ones in New York! Creamy, cooked to perfection noodles. I love how they put the poached egg in the middle! Classic! The prosciutto bits were used instead of bacon. Delicious but I wish there was more. Light dusting, but a bit more to complement the overwhelming amount of pasta would have been the icing on top! Creme brûlée's 5/5: amazing dessert! A must get and a great way to end the dinner. Made to perfection and flavors are on point. One of the best Italian restaurant I've tried with reasonable prices. For appetizer my husband and I ordered meatballs with red sauce and clams with wine sauce. For entree we ordered the seafood pasta with spicy red sauce and bolognese. Meatball app - I can taste that it was definitely homemade meatballs along with the sauce. The size of the meatballs were huge, which is a good thing. Clams with wine sauce - fresh clams with a very yummy wine sauce, no bitter after taste from the wine. Seafood pasta - Highly recommend this dish for seafood lover, lots of fresh seafood. The ratio of seafood and pasta was awesome unlike some other places that cheap out on the seafood. Their spicy sauce is to die for, it's so flavorful yet so light! Bobognese - there were plenty of meats in the sauce and pasta cooked just right. Came here on a Monday around 5 pm in which it was almost empty still. The hostess informed us it was going to be busy and to make reservations in the future but we're still able to seat us. I ordered the di marre in white wine sauce, my sister got the scampi a little spicy and my mom got the chicken Marsala. Staff was a little scrambled as we had to ask for bread a few times. We came knowing that our favorite chief Johnny was going to be working. But I thought our entrees were subpar compared to what they are usually. Given the di marre is almost $30, it was a small portion of pasta. The sauce was watery and wasn't as aromatic. The scampi was slightly spicy since he made it a little diavolo but was still kind of bland. Same goes for the Marsala in which the mushrooms were sautéed well but the sauce itself was lacking. The brownie was ice cream however was great! I'm not sure if it was fresh from the oven or microwaved but it's warmth went perfectly with the cold ice cream and whipped cream. We were then handed our plates. Much like Applebees. · The food was very good. · Kiki came back and asked about dessert and coffee and we placed our orders. · Our dessert and coffee came out but our dinner plates were still in front of us. · It fell upon us to stack / hand plates to staff. Again, Applebees. · Dessert and coffee were fine. · My dad asked for another napkin. He got a cheap paper napkin. I did not want to make this post. However, I have left unanswered messages, including filling out the contact form on the website. I flew in to MA for the weekend a few weeks ago. Brought a friend who had never been to the area. Stayed with best friends. These friends raved about Antique Table, as they had been going there for over a year, at least twice a month. So off to dinner we went. When we arrived, it was clear my friends knew everyone who worked there. Friendly, family type atmosphere. We ordered appetizers, main entrees, four desserts, and drinks. The waiter was very attentive to us, and other waitresses stopped by. At one point, I "snuck" away to give the waiter my credit card and told him to add 20% for his tip. When I came back to the table, we continued to enjoy ourselves. At one point, one of the waitresses came by again to say "hi" and chat. My friend reached out to touch her back...however, since we were sitting down, he touched the top of her butt. After she talked to us at length again, she then left (my friend did not keep his hand on her, and she seemed fine, laughing and engaging with us). Immediately, my friend leaned over and told me he had "missed her back" as she came by our table and felt horrible and pulled his hand right away. I said I was sure she was okay because she stayed so long at our table and did not say anything. My friend wanted to find her and say he was sorry, but I, once again, thought it was not necessary because of the lovely conversation we had with her. The waiter comes with the bill. I signed the almost $400.00 bill, and he left to process it. When he came back, the waiter proceeded to tell my friend what he did to the female waitress was inappropriate, which made her very uncomfortable. The four of us were a bit shocked this waiter would do this in front of the three of us. The waiter went on and on. My friend explained what happened and felt horrible about it. The two other people did not know what had happened until the waiter spoke to my friend at the end of the meal. We were very uncomforatble for our friend as he was clearly remorseful and totally embarassed. What I wanted to tell the owner was the way the waiter approached my friend, in front of the rest of us, especially after taking MY money for his tip, should have been done differently. If the waitress, who my friends have known for well over a year, felt too uncomfortable to address my friend in person (which we could understand), the waiter should have asked my male friend to speak to him privately. The other two people at the table did not know what had happened, by mistake! My friend was very upset as this was clearly an accident. At the end of this uncomfortable discussion, in front of all of us, the waiter said, "we really hope to see you back again soon, and this is over." I want to say again that this was something my friend never intended to do. I understand the waitress did not want to confront my friend (although all my training has been to address the situation right away). My biggest issue is the way the waiter handled the situation. Humiliation in front of three other guests is not the proper way to handle this type of situation. Since no one bothered to return my voice mails or the contact form online, I felt this post needed to be written. Needless to say, we will never be back. read more

Great family vibe, fun decor (always something to stare at, beautiful light fixtures, paintings, awesome tree they made themselves). They follow strict mask/distancing protocol without issue or really thinking about it. The food was incredible!!! Great portions, great prices. Get the grand marnier shrimp!!! It was our favorite! The lobster ravioli and filet mignon was awesome. The drinks were also really really tasty. Red Sangria was well rounded, the old fashioned was strong and fragrant...we also had a nice bottle of Chianti that paired well with our dishes!! Ask you waiter what they have! Almost forgot to mention the creme brûlée and tiramisu. I'm not a fan of dessert or sweets in general but these weren't too sweet and had a delicate touch to them which made them perfect after heavier, pasta dishes! Def a place to go! I walked into the Lynn location today with a guest whom I was treating to a birthday dinner. There was a birthday party underway for the daughter of a friend of my guest. We were seated, served water and bread. While enjoying the bread and olive oil, a server advised me she would NOT be serving us today. I mistakenly believed being seated and served bread was a commitment to service. I was REFUSED service in front of 15 people whom my guest was acquainted with! There was a couple who was not a member of the birthday celebration who also was served bread and water who were NOT refused service as well as a full bar full of patrons. A member of the birthday group attempted to persuade her to allow us to finish our meal. Humiliated, I tried to discuss the incident with the manager who was uninterested. There are many competitors who would welcome my hard earned money and treat me with dignity. Apparently, Antique Table does not want the few hundred dollars I would have spent there. I wish the owner would reach out to me to discuss who you have out front representing your brand. I cannot imagine the manner in which I was treated and singled out is a measure of how your staff treats your customers, particularly in FRONT of your other patrons is the image you want to portray. read more
