This place is pretty excellent. The food. The service. The ambience. Need I say more? A must visit. I originally wrote four stars because I wish they had more gluten free options. But I felt bad about that cause it really is a great place so I upgraded to five. They'd have a lot more of my business if they had more gluten safe options. But if gluten/celiac is not much of a concern for you, it would get my top recommendation. I was HUMILIATED by a server when I was treating a friend for lunch on her 60th birthday. We were seated, given menus, water, plates, utensils, and bread with olive oil. I thought those actions constituted a commitment to service. A server came out of nowhere and loudly announced: "we will NOT be serving you today"? not once, but TWICE! A member of another party attempted to intervene and asked that we please be allowed to finish our meal. There was a party in progress of approximately 15 people, however there were others in the restaurant who were NOT REFUSED service who were not members of the party. No sign on door indicated 'closed for private function'. The manager was defensive and also rude when I explained I was extremely embarrassed by a server. We were singled out and refused service. Nothing in our appearance not demeaner warranted such ill treatment. Owners are unresponsive to contact. There are plenty of places I can spend $200 plus on lunch and this is not one of them. When such behavior is ignored by owners/management, it is condoned. Refusal to correct allows such abuse to continue and alienate more potential patrons. read more

I came to this restaurant for a birthday celebration and they accommodated the party of seven very well. I loved the atmosphere and the nostalgia of the restaurant, the fixtures and architect seemed original and antique. I felt like I was in Italy! The staff was pretty much on point minus a few long waits for my warm water with lemon request. She was friendly, but I think she was new and should have written down our orders because she needed one or two to be repeated. The food was delicious! They start you out with bread and an oil and pesto dip that was just perfect together. I couldn't stop eating it. We also ordered a pitcher of red sangria and that was pretty tasty, with fruits on the ro I ordered the chicken, ziti and broccoli dish with garlic oil and fresh tomatoes from the menu, it was steaming hot when it came out and looked beautiful. Once I tasted it and realized it had nice seasoning, I was even more satisfied. The other plates in my petty looked great as well and the birthday guy loved his chocolate mousse cake that was on the house. It was my first time going to Antique Table and at first sight it looks small. But some of the best foods come out of small places. They really pay attention to every plate they prepare, the food was amazing. Everything had great taste and the portion sizes are spot on. I attached a bunch of photos; I got the Seafood Risotto and I was very satisfied. It was creamy, delicious and the amount of seafood (scallops, shrimp and lobster) was very generous. I can't wait to get it again! We also started off with the Fried Calamari and Eggplant Rollatini and no complaints there, lots of flavor! I highly recommend this place but make a reservation for dinner because like I said it's a small place and fills up. read more

We had been to the Antique Table in Winthrop a couple times now, so I sorta knew what to expect. This one in Lynn...larger space but same awesome food and service! I had the Lobster Ravioli and my sister had the Di Mare. We both enjoyed our selections! The portion size was perfect considering the price. The bread was also wonderful to start with! I'll make sure to ask for a second serving of that next time. Service was top notch even though they were pretty busy when we arrived at 7 pm on a Wednesday night. Parking is tough in front, but they do have a lot in the rear and there is some street parking available. Make sure you DON'T park across the street...as that is not "free parking"....always check the signs. Haha. We'll be back for sure! read more

Food was very good. Not a fancy place, a bit rustic. You may drive by and think it's a hole in the wall, but make sure you stop and go inside and give it a try. I had baked haddock with roasted vegetables, very good. Everybody else had either chicken or veal parmigiana which they liked very much. What a lousy lunch. I haven't been to Antique, or as my family and I call it, "The Table" since Covid and so today, while I was on a self-care solo day, I was excited to have lunch here. There was one couple in the entire place, yet when I walked in, I stood there for nearly 5 minutes waiting. A waiter walked behind the bar, picked up his phone and started texting as I waited. He then looked at me, no greeting, and I said, "Can I sit for lunch??" "Sure. Sit where you want." was his reply. I quickly ordered the Chicken Florentine and learned they no longer serve lunch portions, which is fine, because I love this dish and can have some for later, right? Nah. The dish I received left so much to be desired. The chicken was burnt on the outside, and maybe even reheated? The pasta wasn't tossed in the sauce, as you can see on the sides of the dish in my photo, and was overdone. My family have been coming here since it opened. Legit like 10 or more years. My kids grew up going here; birthday and recital dinners. We would even walk here after trick-or-treating in the nearby neighborhood every Halloween! We always joked that we could drink their Alfredo sauce by the glass because it was SO flavorful and rich! Today's sauce was so thin and bland, and when I asked the waiter (Roberto) if the owners changed because the food was so bland and bad, he just laughed and said, "Oh, really?" On top of the food and experience being so shitty and disappointing (and on a rainy, self-care day!), when the bill came my dish was $2 more than noted on the menu. I did ask for broccoli, so I'm wondering if there was an upcharge that wasn't noted? $2 for 3 pieces of frozen broccoli hardly seems like a good price. Such a disappointment. Not only for the day, but because I'm not sure if I can see us coming back for family meals anymore. We'll have to find a new Italian place Open to suggestions! read more

Came here for a 2nd time with babe and idk if it's possible to say it exceeded my first experience but it definitely was another stellar visit. Our server, Tiff was so sweet and attentive! To start we had the El Fuego & Pom martini drinks and they were good and strong, the way we like them. The BF got chicken parm with linguini & I had the penne vodka. OMG! Best choices ever! You can't go wrong with those dishes. The penne vodka sauce was sooooo good and had a really nice kick to it...the chicken was so tender. The chicken parm....superb.
