As soon as you walk in, you want it all! The food as soon as you walk through the door makes you want to try the good smelling stuff. They have ice cream, paletas, fruit and tons of snacks. Service was great, the 2 ladies at the front were nice and helpful. Affordable and tons to choose from. It was pretty empty and the music was good too. No signage of pricing or sizing displayed. My only concern was when we were handed the order we were given an item that wasn't part of our order. The lady at the counter took it back after 5-7 minutes after we got our food. (That's a safety hazard even though we left the item alone) I don't think it was appropriate or safe in this case. Maybe a skip? Maybe come back. I don't know.

Went to this cute little shop for the first time and the cashier working named Marie was very lovely and kind. I ordered a mangonada and it was absolutely delicious, she explained a few of the differences between things to find what I'd like the most. Beautiful presentation and delicious food. Will hopefully stop by again!!

White hole and black marks on mango

The mango was not good at all it had black spots and some white stuff on it like it was left in the refrigerator for too long.. no bueno I got to excited. Don't get your hopes up

New place in Mesa and I don't know where to start because we loved everything about it!! Great snacks, cute environment, and friendly staff! They have so many different options on their menu, our favorites are the elote cup with nacho cheese and mangonadas!!

AGUA FRESCAS I have found my new summer hang out. This place is Legit! Amazing Aguas, Paletas, Elote, etc. You name it they have it and it is probably over the top. We had, -Mango Agua Fresca w/ Chamoy and Tajin -Sandia Agua Fresca -Elote con maiz blanca They were all fresh and delicious. The music was pumping, the vibe was happenin, and the selfie stations were in full effect. Come show the ladies at @antojitoslindamar_ some love and be cooled down and refreshed at the same time. They can also provide your fiesta with paletas with an authentic carito. See you soon for more cosas frescas!!!!!! #aguafresca #elote #chamoy #tajin #paletera #icecream #sandia #mango #mangonada #igfoodie #instafood #foodstagram #wheretoeataz #azfood #arizonafood #phxfood #foodpic #food #foodlover #foodphotography #foodporn #delicious #dinner #restaurant #foodie #foodblog #azfoodblogger #foodinfluencer #azinfluencer #azfoodie IG @charlies_culinary_chronicles

First time there and I will never go back: After going to the back to make an ice cream cone(suspicious) They tried to give me a cone with light brown stuff and who knows what it was but them, cone broken, time to make a cone 20 minutes (smh) Horrible service I will not recommend this place go somewhere else I've cream was not close to been good, save your money and go to Dairy Queen hahah seriously this place sucks.

We came 9/07/24, the woman working was super friendly and helpful. We came here all the way from Texas and had to experience this place, my daughter and I have both seen this place on TikTok several times and it looked like a must have. Everything tasted wonderful and was pretty well priced. The music really brought the mood together and the decor was absolutely adorable, we had to take photos. The place was also very clean and well kept. I loved the place and recommend it, if I lived here then I would be coming a lot more!

You know when you bite into an elote and it's just so juicy..well unfortunately you won't get that here. I haven't had the best luck with elote here in AZ so I even asked for their softest corn they had :/ My seven year old bit into his corn and was like "mom this is so hard!" The only reason I gave a three star rather that a one was all for how sweet the cashier was. Oh another thing, I ordered two elotes on the stick and one mangonada and it took 40 minutes! She had to take all the orders and prepare everything so I was understanding but that's way too long, especially for it not being good. Lastly, jeez. I'm sorry but how I mentioned I ordered a mangonada..or looks nothing like the photo...I will attach what the menu looks like and what I got..I have no reason to alter or make anything look worse. Needless to say, I'd say save your money.

Place is overly hyped spent about 30dollars that of only three out of the six items were edible. We were super excited for the fruit specifically the jicapaletas but we were unable to try it due to dropping it after almost slipping because of something on their floor. After I told one of the employees about the spill and hoping they would replace item she stated "ok so do you wanna bye another?" I just walked away. When I ordered I asked for tostilocos and same employee said "oh we don't have any more cheese" even tho we witnessed several other people purchase things with nacho cheese after the fact. Im assuming it is a profitable business do to the amount of people that we saw come in and out of the door but it is a shame that there customers service is crap in every which way. Water are super artificial, ice creams were all soft not your usual ice cream texture, nothing fresh about it and the fruit that they do have was old and slimy. Super sad about the experience. Hope they do better. If you do come here op for the hot items on the menu. *Be ready to wait in line as well they take your order, make order then charge you. Took us about 30 min just to ORDER.

We were excited to try this place out after seeing them in Instagram but it was definitely not good and they are expensive.

The staff were very friendly and definitely on top of their game. My partner ordered a chocolate peanut butter ripple malted shake and was mightily impressed. We cannot wait to return to taste other flavors amongst the long list of ice creams on offer. First, the location itself is very small and cramped inside, and there isn't any outdoor seating, which made it difficult to enjoy our ice cream. The biggest disappointment here was the customer service. My friend ordered a milkshake for her two toddlers to share and politely asked if the extra half could be poured into a second cup. The employee had to ask the manager, who immediately said no. My friend explained that other Handel's locations have happily done this before, and even offered to pay for the extra cup. The manager still refused and told her she'd have to purchase two separate milkshakes instead. The request wasn't for extra product--just a second cup for two small children to share. What made the experience worse was the manager's attitude. She came across as rude and dismissive rather than trying to help find a reasonable solution. We understand that every location has its own policies, but customer service goes a long way. Unfortunately, between the cramped space and the poor experience with the manager, we won't be returning to this location.

What I like about creamistry is that you can basically make any ice cream base vegan. Since they use the liquid nitrogen thing, you can have ice cream that tastes pretty close to the real thing. Two thumbs up. It's a tiny place with like only 5 tables, but it's cool to watch the liquid nitrogen process, especially for little ones who get excited by the excess gas flowing out and making it seem like they have smoke machines on their ice cream machines. Lots of options for flavors and toppings, so you'll find something for everyone here, including those croffles (waffle ice cream, but I have not tried nor have seen anyone else try). It's a bit pricey, but you pay for the experience. I've paid more for a lot more mediocre ice cream (that wasn't vegan) so ultimately I think this is a good place. TLDR; vegans rejoice--we have ice cream!

As we walked in, we noticed it's a nice large open space very bright in there. The decor is cute and calming! The girl that was at the Front did not greet us. She was on her phone. I had to go ask her for samples she handed them to me, but didn't ask if it was our first time there if we needed any help or anything, we tried some of the yogurt samples, but ultimately we ended up getting some chocolate covered strawberries, the pecan clusters, and the peppermint bark chocolate bar! As I was taking pictures, the girl was still on her phone! We did interrupt her by asking her for the strawberries and the other stuff. She was just very quiet, not very friendly, which is OK I guess for a young teenage girl. The other girl came out of the back and that's when the one that was originally up there was a little bit more chatty with her coworker. The other one was way more friendly because as more customers walked in she greeted them, gave them samples. She was just a lot more friendly than the first original girl that was standing up there! But as I said, we went in for the delicious chocolate covered strawberries, and we will definitely be back there again!

We arrived a few minutes after they opened on a Friday morning (Juneteenth). The woman behind the counter was extremely friendly and was so kind to suggest ice cream flavors for both of us. My kiddo is a chocolate fan, so he went with a small size chocolate with sprinkles and I went with their popular Blue Coconut dipped in Dark Chocolate Sea Salt. When she brought out our ice cream, I thought "oh, how simple" but the moment you take a bite of that ice cream, the flavor is far from simple. It's like that McDonald's ice cream soft serve style creaminess texture and flavor, but slightly richer. The coconut flavor with the sea salt dark chocolate crunch for me was exactly what I needed on that hot desert morning. Seating was plentiful inside and the customer service was definitely on point.
