Finally got to bring in a vehicle for service last week, the a/c was not as cold. Antonio ran a very thorough leak test and nothing was showing. But je stated if it did have any issues there would be no problem finding it as he used plenty of leak detection fluid. Car was putting out 35° air. Definitely happy about outcome and service. ------ 04/10/2020 quick update: I've been going here ever since the time in 2018 that I wrote about below, and Fred has been STELLAR the whole time! Definitely don't hesitate to get your car work done here! ------ Wow, gotta say this seems to be the most honest and helpful shop that I've ever taken my car to! After going to another shop first and getting a ridiculous estimate for a repair, I looked around for a few more quotes, and Antonio's contacted me quickly with one of the lowest prices. He would also check it for free just to make sure the repair was actually needed (the first place charged me $60 to check). My problem was hard to reproduce (intermittent, happened maybe once a week the past two months), but he worked with me for 45 minutes until it finally happened again, and gave me my options, clearly explaining what he thought the issue most likely was. Instead of telling me I needed to just pay for the full repair, he suggested I could try replacing a part that was still under warranty, just to rule it out and it would be a free fix it if worked. Basically my experience here was 45 minutes of Fred helping me for free, telling me a possible free fix that would earn them no profit, and even messaged me the next day to check and make sure my car was doing okay. I've never gotten that anywhere else, most places seem to just try to milk you for money. I ended up not getting my actual repair done at Antonio's though because I stupidly kept driving around and my car finally decided to die the next day (I hadn't tried any fix yet). I would have come back here for the repair, but they were closing soon and I would have had to tow my car, it would probably have gotten there after hours, plus towing fees, so I got a mobile auto repair done instead. I highly recommend Antonio's though! Fred is very friendly, explains issues very well, and seems to be one of the most honest mechanics I've met. I'm sure the repair work would have been great as well based off all the other reviews, so definitely give this place a try! read more

One shop said they'd look at my car but would cost $500 just to have them look at it! At Antonio's, they diagnosed my car at no charge and gave me all the options and the straight truth about my car. Having just moved down from the Bay Area where I had a shop I trusted, I'm so thankful that Yelp listed Antonio's! I came into this shop for a second opinion regarding a power steering system noise after getting a pricey estimate from a different shop. I was ready to put down a significant sum to fix the problem. I have to start this review by first saying thanks to Fred and Kenny who took in my car even though I was pushing it close to closing time. I would have come back another day but them accepting the car was so kind. I super appreciate their time, and it is clear they value our time too. I was in and out in about 30 minutes for an oil change! During those 30 minutes, Fred was having upbeat, jovial conversations with each customer. He has pictures of his family near the counter where he works, and he mentioned his kids and family throughout our conversation. He asked about my family as well, and that was the icing on top. Fred, the owner, quickly responded suggesting I bring the vehicle by so he could take a look to provide an accurate estimate. The long of the short of it, I just returned from that appointment and I am thoroughly impressed. Fred demonstrated thorough knowledge of my vehicle and didn't just tell me what was wrong or what he thought might be the culprit. No, he actually showed me on my car what he suspected was the issue and explained his rationale. He loves what he does and working with the public and it shows.
