On vacation and ran into this small pizza place and by far the best..Amazing is an understatement!

Good location and quick service but Pepperoni pizza was overpriced and almost inedible.

We were staying at the Marriott Courtyard and our pizza deliver guy brought the pizza directly to us by the pool. He was very friendly and professional. Then we opened the pizza box and I have to say this is the best pizza that I have ever tasted since I visited New York. The pizza was fresh, hot, the perfect amount of sauce, the perfect crust!!! I ordered a spinach and eggplant calzone, wings and pizza. The calzone was oily, and white milky stuff came out, there was no ricotta cheese in it, no spinach, and it tasted horrible. The wings were black, and burned . Called and complained and was told to drive back with it. Brought the food back and the cook stated there was nothing wrong with it and that it is how it is prepared. They refused to give me a refund and told me too bad. The staff was rude. I asked them if this is how they do business? Is this how you treat the tourists? I advised them that I live here and I will be writing a bad review. Stay clear, awful, awful food!!! read more

Thought the place was fantastic! Small place, can be a little wait but the pizza was WAY better than the pizza down on St George street that is Allegedly "the 2nd best pizza in the USA", which we were not impressed with. The pizza dough and gyro wraps are made in house--and freshly made makes a difference. Even better: I asked about the ingredients because I have a soy allergy and soy protein or soy lecithin is common in baked goods -- the bread is just flour, water, salt, and yeast. Whenever possible, I do try to patron smaller locally owned restaurants. I decided to order some to go from Antonio's on A1A, next to Ritas. We ordered a small white pizza, a large regular pizza with 2 toppings on half and 2 orders of wings. 46.00 The wings appear to have been boiled then thrown into a to go container with sauce on them. The white pizza was horrendous. It was like cardboard with the thinnest layer of ricotta, no marinara. (Not that it would have helped.) The regular pizza was edible , nothing spectacular. I don't make a habit of giving bad reviews. This is my first one. But I feel really ripped off!! I get that with Spring Break you can get away with serving crappy food and can make a living but , it would be helpful to have the support of locals in the off season. I will not be back. read more

I was not impressed with this pizza. The pizza arrived over-cooked. The bottom was very deal, almost impossible to bite through, and all the sauce had disappeared. The flavor of the crust was ok if you could get past the excessive corn meal used. We ordered plain pepperoni and there was also an excessive amount of cheese. We also got cheesy bread. It is made of a French bread loaf. Again, very hard to bite through due to over cooking. Dipping sauce was good. This place doesn't even deserve the star I had to give. I placed an order for pick up tonight and they told me 20 mins. I get there and the place is dark. They closed down for the night I guess. I wasted my time going to pick up food they probably never even prepared for me. This website states that they close at 10p. If they were going to close down at 9p they should've at least told me. I was looking forward to eating pizza with my S/O on Valentines because we really like their pizza and garlic knots. But they just lost my business. I do not understand why they couldn't just tell me they were going to be closed by 9p. It's not that hard to tell that to someone over the phone. We had a great experience today! I was thrilled to find GF crust and it was very tasty! So much so, my husband at my other half of pizza I couldn't finish! I'm confused about the negative reviews here. Its a pretty standard pizza place, nothing fancy but good fresh, hot New York style pizza. The kids and I split a large cheese and pepperoni pizza and gobbled it up. Service was friendly and quick. My dad ordered a sub sandwich and it was fresh and tasty as well. Romaine lettuce, fresh tomato and turkey on a good quality sandwich roll. I'd gladly go back. read more

Best pizza by the beach!! We have been regulars for years. While we always get a plain cheese pizza, it's the best damn cheese pizza! Its always fresh whenever we pick it up and most of the time its ready earlier than promised. What else can you ask for?! Sure the college kids who work there can occasionally have an attitude but the friendliness of the owner makes up for that in my book! (And the college kids seem to be like this everywhere nowadays so we dont mind.) This is our go-to pizza place we use on a weekly basis! We LOVE Antonio's! During the summer, we even have a pizza routine! Our ideal day is ordering pizza, enjoying it right there by the beach, topped off with ice cream from Rita's with a stroll on the beach. Antonio's has been incorporated into what we picture as our little slice of heaven. There's nothing more American than that: besides perhaps a slice of apple pie! read more

We ordered takeout from here on 6-22-19, we were staying in a condo across the street from this establishment, I've got to say it was one of the biggest pizza's I've ever seen. My husband and I were wanting pizza on our trip to st Augustine and Antonio's was within walking distance of our hotel so we decided to give it a try. We were very pleased. I ordered a calzone with mushrooms and my husband had a small meat lovers pizza. The calzone was so big I couldn't even eat it all. We will definitely be back! read more

Although the sauce lacks in extra flavor. A combined bite with everything works decently well. Crust was ok, nothing too special. Eating alone, so I ordered a small veggie pizza based on a previous review. It was $13 and change. Upon opening the box, it looked and smelled wonderful. Upon picking a slice up, however, the crust was so thin and soggy that it didn't hold the weight of the toppings. Very disappointing. The taste was ok, no better than a chain restaurant though. First try for pizza here. Ordered Antonio's Supreme style nice tasty toppings on their pizza. Crust center definitely needed about 5 more minutes baking. Worst pizza ever! This restaurant was awful. It was not very clean and took over 45 minutes for a small 12 inch pizza. The pizza was alright minus the hair. The customer service was terrible and they did not check up on us once. It wasn't until we were ready to pay did they know about the hair. To compensate for the hair on the pizza they offered a free drink when we never got our original drinks in the first place. How they've been in business 33 years is beyond me, definitely won't be going back. read more

Pizza, and the rest of the food were delicious. The delivery was mixed up, and instead of receiving a Stromboli we received spaghetti and meatballs.
