CHEESE SLICE $2.50
Daren R.

UPDATED REVIEW: Not a secret that I absolutely love the pizza here and went in for another slice of pizza for a pre-dinner snack. During a weekday around 530pm the clerk advised that after 4pm no slices are sold. I left with my tail between my legs still hungry and sat in the parking lot trying to find the store policy or at least anything about pizza slices from their menu in general but was unsuccessful. Turning away a loyal customer and a legit pizza conniosseur was strange. Can anyone out there verify if the No Pizza Slice after 4pm is a true directive?

Finally decided to try Amore from friend's recommendations. We live nearby and have never been. Decided to do takeout. Service was very attractive and place was nice and clean. Ordered wings, soup and veal Parmesan. Everything was very good! Order came with garlic rolls. Wish it didn't because we couldn't stop eating them! Next time will try the pizza, which looked and smelled delicious.

Margherita Pizza 12" with pepperoni and extra basil.

Italian restaurants need to have a great sauce recipe to start with first...check Food, is always fantastic. I usually get Margherita Pizza with pepperoni and xtra basil...5/5 stars Service, friendly and fast. Everyone there always welcomes you when you walk through the door. They're always checking on you for refills, or anything else. Ambiance, is relaxed/casual. It's a small location, but it's clean and cozy.

Ok. So I'm not a huge pizza fan but was craving it for some reason. Hubby has been talking about this place and we were in the area so I gave it a go! A woman behind the counter greeted us upon entering. A couple of people were already either eating at a table or waiting for their order. Simple seating, for different size parties, and inviting wall decor. I ordered a slice (crispy), which was $2.60. OMG! Literally the best slice of pizza I've ever had! It was cooked to perfection and had a delicious tomato sauce and cheese topping! I'm now liking pizza again and will have to travel here to get it!

A nice refreshing Chardonnay at a fair price point!!!

Just a clean, warm, friendly place with excellent service and good food!! We'll definitely go back! My only suggestion is adding some diced tomatoes to the Margherita Pizza! Salad and pizza paired nicely!!! Our sever Deanna was delightful!!! Nice place!!!

Spinach and feta pizza (was on special)

Everything about this place is great. The food, and the service. I have never tried anything bad here. My family and I order take out typically and every time we order the specials that change every couple of weeks, they are a home run. It is a small restaurant but the staff and service is always wonderful. The ambiance gives a homey vibe. I highly recommend starting with some pull apart rolls if you are a garlic bread fan. Spinach and feta pizza, and Oreo tiramisu were on special and were soooooo yummy!

18 inch sausage pizza

We came here based on Yelp reviews. We were in the mood for pizza and haven't really found our go to pizza place yet. It was busy and there must have been a game nearby as there were about 12 kids and 5 adults happily eating and drinking. The menu had a variety of choices, ( including 25 + different pizzas) as well as soup, salads, subs, calzones and pasta and entrees. The prices are very reasonable and they offer lunch specials as well! We ordered the 18 inch cheese pizza ($18.00) with mild Italian sausage ( traditional hand tossed NY style) and it was delicious! Not too thick, perfect ratio of sauce and cheese with a good amount of sausage on it. It came out piping hot. The sauce was good - not too acidic and the cheese was very fresh. The server was pleasant and checked on us frequently and then brought a box for us to take the rest home. They are very busy with lots of takeout orders, and it filled up pretty quickly for lunch. We definitely enjoyed our pizza and will be back! I am definitely looking forward to trying their lunch specials and garlic rolls

We have passed by Amore about 100 times when we have gone to Kristof's for breakfast/brunch. We kept saying we need to try this place. Friday night, my husband and I were wanting pizza. The place we were originally going to had a very long wait time. While deciding were to go, I thought Amore would be perfect to try. We were happy that is how our night went. So happy we went the next day with our daughter for lunch! Dinner: we started with fried calamari. It was perfectly breaded - the calamari was tender and the sauce was so good. It wasn't sweet or chunky - it was perfect. I had the shrimp parmigiana. The shrimps were huge and perfectly cooked. The spaghetti was sauced perfectly. My meal also came with 3 garlic rolls. So good! My husband had a chicken parmigiana Stromboli. He enjoyed it and said it was very good. We didn't have dessert. Lunch the next day: my daughter wanted pizza for lunch so we decided it was a good opportunity to try the pizza. We started again with the fried calamari and like the night before it was perfect! Perfectly tender and breaded. We had to fight our daughter for some. We had the XL (16 inch) pizza with artichoke and mushroom. The pizza was delicious. The sauce had amazing flavor and the pizza was seasoned so nicely. We loved it! We ended the meal with 2 mini cannolis. They were fresh and delicious. They have a large special board. We didn't have anything from it. The specials run for the week or until it runs out. Service was amazing and we had the same server both for dinner and lunch and she was super friendly. All in all we loved it. We are mad we didn't go sooner and we will definitely go back!

Came across Amore on accident. I thought I had called a different pizza place that was closer to me. I ordered a pepperoni "extra crispy" to go per my boyfriend's affinity to crunchiness. Funny enough didn't realize my mistake until I showed up at the wrong pizza place that didn't have my order. I retraced the number I called and went on my way to Amore (an extra 10min away from me). Pizza was pretty good! Picked it up and the staff seemed like friendly cool people. It's a restaurant within a larger shopping plaza with a supermarket and has dine-in seating. In the end not upset at myself for my mixup! I liked them!

The restaurant is inviting and spotless, with cozy booths on one side and tables for walk-in orders. The menu is straightforward: choose between half or whole fried chicken or wings, with options for bone-in or boneless, and spice levels ranging from mild to their special spicy sauces. The food truly impresses. The chicken is perfectly fried--crisp without being greasy, tender, and packed with flavor. It's a clear step above KFC, Popeyes, or any American fried chicken chain. If you're a fried chicken fan, I highly recommend giving this place a try--you won't be disappointed.

Who doesn't love Korean Fried Chicken?…read more We usually come here during the day, and end up ordering the lunch special of boneless chicken with fries. We are really surprised to learn that their boneless is not breast but pieces of thigh. The place is really spacious, the staff very friendly, and they bring the food to you if you are eating in, so it's a step above fast casual. There is also a lot of alcoholic drinks on the menu with daily specials. Our usual go to for fried chicken is CM in North Miami Beach, but my husband prefer this place for a cleaner, more comfortable space, and he loves not having to deal with bones. He really likes his chicken in soy garlic flavor with sweet potato fries. Me, I actually prefer gnawing on bones (guess I am a dog person alright). I also find CM's chicken has better flavor in the meat itself. Another problem I have with bb.q is that the quality is not quite consistent. One time the chicken barely have any coating it was almost like grilled chicken with sauce. Another time the coating was so thick it wasn't cooked through and the soft doughy bit wasn't exactly pleasant in the mouth.

First, multiple areas both inside and outside to enjoy yourself. The food is incredible!!! First, the wings are hands-down the best I had outside of update New York. Second the burgers are the perfect match to the ice cold beers. Their pizza is a contender to what I ember from Philly. But the "Dark Horse" is the fried fish sandwich! It's hard to call it a sandwich when the fish filet is SO big you have to eat half of the fish to be able to start to see the bun. It's perfectly made and NOT some crap frozen square fish filet. Always take an entire sandwich home because it takes you that long to even be able to assemble it as a sandwich. As for service, well that goes without saying. It's what you would expect from a local bar. Friendly service. Bartenders who remember you and your drink. LOTS of return customers. I was with a large 10 people group and so I saw a lot of different plates- only took pictures of mine and my nearby neighbors... everyone agreed that what they ordered was on point. But on the other hand it took one hour and a half to get our table served ..: and that was a lot of time! We were chit chatting... and at one point I realized I was hungry: and no food. Finally the food came for almost everyone. Then one more was served. Then some sauces arrived... then we noticed one of our friends over at the corner was still not eating and no one had come to explain why! One lady from our table got up to call a waiter and ask that they had forgotten her food, and only then the manager came out to apologize and actually comped her order of ribs. Actually we thought at that point that was the right thing to do. So... I have to add that when the ribs walked past me: they smelled and looked delicious!! So there's that. Anyway: then desert time came and we noticed that some people at the other end of the table were already eating (and finishing) their deserts... and we had not even been asked if we wanted any! Whoa: in the end, one side of the table finished their desert, paid their checks and left, while the other side of the table had to stay behind and keep our friends who were just then served their desert company... which is why this service was unsatisfactory- at best. Let me end by saying that it was a Friday night, so don't come here on a busy Friday with a large group cause they may not be prepared to handle it... but do come for the food. I may return: those churros she ordered looked spectacular! Enjoy my mixed review. I tried to be fair.
