This is the third and last time I tried to order something and they turned me away, claiming they were too busy to make a sub. I'm never going back to this rude establishment ever. Been eating their pizza every few months for the past year. The quality of the pizza is really good and comes with flavor that has yet to disappoint. The wings taste good but I would like for them to be crispy. The container that they come in may be trapping the moisture and the condensation gives them an almost soggy (but still edible) consistency. The owners seem kind enough. We had seen the restaurant opening announced on the Facebook page '92313' so my family decided to try it. We went over on a Friday afternoon about 10 minutes to 5. There were no customers in the shop when we got there. There was no greeting as we walked in the door, and no menu displayed. You can see through the entire shop, the counters are low and you can see the pizza ovens. There were pizza baking pans everywhere towards the back. On the counter we spotted menus and a flyer for specials. Once we stepped over to pick one up, a man behind the counter said, "I'll be with you in a minute," and then he turned away from us. Looking over the menu, we decided to order a large pepperoni and jalapeno pizza, along with a personal sized pizza with ham and pineapple, along with meat lasagna. The price was $32.77....which I thought was just way too much to begin with. We were told it was going to be about 30 minutes. We spotted some seating on the right side, it's all booths. No one wanted to stay, so I took my family home and came back later for the food. The pizza was ok, the crust was thin (I don't know if this is the only kind they have, they didn't ask us what we wanted). The personal pizza was good, was a pretty good size. The toppings weren't overly generous but the cheese was plentiful and tastes fresh. The lasagna was ok, too...nothing out of the ordinary, but had a good flavor also. My opinion is that the price was too high and the ambiance of the whole experience was "blah". I would rather give my money to someone who had the time of day to greet me and make me feel like I was an appreciated customer--especially since there was no one else anywhere near the place when we got there. We may have stayed and ate if we had a better customer service feel, but after just walking in the door everyone wanted to go home. I will say this, the place looked spotless. I remember loving them back when they were in Redlands. I got home and was so disappointed! Their pizza was bland, almost no flavor at all!
