Anytime Fitness Heath is a joke. I canceled my membership on July 7th with a doctor's note, emailed and showed in person. Winta and Natasha both guaranteed me it was canceled, yet they've kept charging me month after month. Winta and Natasha (when they even bother to be there) never answers the phone, never follows through, and keeps making fake promises about canceling. On top of that, the gym is always dirty and the machines are broken. Anytime Fitness is dishonest, unprofessional, and a complete scam. Stay far away. read more

Too many people coming in "illegally" without scanning . Every time I walk in, there is always someone that comes out of no where to come in with me before the door shuts. It's annoying. During weekday work hours where is the staff? Time and time again I watch people open doors for others and bringing friends to walk in without swiping. read more

Tremendously unfriendly gym. Have to wait on nearly every piece of equipment. Management staff NEVER present. Besides being the most unfriendly gym I've ever joined, I have had an awful time trying to speak to anyone on staff! I have been trying for a year now to cancel my membership and am told "we have processed an immediate cancelation" only to be charged again a few days later. This has been ongoing. I am not longer under contract, but cannot even get a return call. Today, I called their corporate office and shared my experience with them. Corporate assured me it would be escalated to the owners. we have not had a good experience at Anytime Fitness in Heath over the last 6 months. We have been trying to cancel a membership since December 2024. The office staff does not keep the hours posted. we have talked on the phone, texted, contacted corporate by phone and email and Anytime Heath is still charging us multiple times per month. my next step is to file a complaint with the Better Buisness Bureau. we have paid a lot of $ in the last 5 months for a membership that is supposed to be canceled. read more

I have been working out at this gym since it was opened because it is close to me. About 8 years. I have used their trainers and paid a lot of money to do so. It is expensive but at the time it was worth it for me to be so close to home. Well times have changed and I no longer wanted to pay $63 for a gym that really does not offer that much. Machines and free weights really. They removed the classes you could take and did a "remodel". So I spoke to gym manager who is nice enough and told her is there anyway we could get my membership down from the over $60 per month (plus some other fees during the year for I don't now what) and she was like YES! So the way it was put to me because I was on a monthly contract was she got it down to $27. Great really pleased. Well that was bi-weekly which I think is very shady and not expressed to me as I was wanting to get my monthly down to be able to stay and afford to keep coming. So in July I was charged 3x for my now $54.14 membership!!!! Called and manager said oh that happens 2 times a year because there are 3 cycles in that month??????? So now am I not only basically paying the same amount each month but this month I get to pay $81.20 for July. What a joke. Now I'm in a 2 year contract. Deceptive practices to say the least. Bad on me I should have not trusted and read what I was signing. I know better I am 61 Years old. Don't go here. Nothing special and certainly not honest. Plus there are always broken machines, no wipes now we have to use spray and paper towels(guess wipes cost too much). Before the remodel on the outside wall rain would come down the wall and into the room. Leak went on for about 3 years every time it would rain. So sad. read more

First this location is way better than the one in Rockwall. Way bigger and has great equipment. Point is to workout and be done and go.

Got a membership easy, manager is nice, people there are great, everything's clean, love it! And also people actually re rack the plates/dumbbells. read more

This gym is absolutely horrific. We have been members here for almost a year and it has progressively gotten worse. Starting as soon as school lets out, the kids start pouring in for social hour. They stand around in the middle of the equipment in groups, just socializing and keeping anyone who is actually there to workout, from doing anything. They leave equipment everywhere and are extremely rude and disrespectful. As soon as the staff leaves for the day, that brings in the kids without memberships. The ones in there either let their friends in, or they have learned if they just rip on the door hard enough they can break in. They are also locking themselves in the bathrooms for some "alone time". All of the issues have been brought up to management and they just shrug and say there's nothing they can do. Well we can, and we will be cancelling our membership immediately. Fed up with this sad excuse for a gym! read more

Front door is broken! Every night there's a ton of high school kids, that aren't members, that just rip the door open and fill up the gym! If you want a free gym that doesn't monitor who comes in and out, this is it! I am going to freeze my account next week and do the same thing, if this doesn't get fixed! read more

I'm excited to work out in this great gym in Heath, TX. It's clean, has great equipment and I especially like the studio where I can take my own cycling class anytime I want. Early or late it doesn't matter. That's fantastic. read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION OR OWNER WITH YOUR MONEY. I have written proof of putting my membership on hold yet they continued to charge my account, so I put a stop payment on it and now they have sent me to collections. In the middle of a pandemic when there doors were closed I contained to pay until it was no longer practical for me to do so. I was a loyal member from the first week they opened and this is how they treat people, no return calls, no honoring request to be put on hold and the first communication I get is from a credit collector.... read more

Love this Anytime. I drive out of my way from Forney to come to this location. Awesome range of equipment. Always clean and organized, and rarely super crowded. Management is extremely thoughtful- they're always doing their best to make sure members are well taken care of. read more
