After two years, this facility still meets all my initial requirements. When I joined, the owner of the gym, Frizz Poe, provided her cell phone in the event I ever need to contact her. I enjoy 24/7 access, and member safety is enhanced by 24/7 monitoring. If someone is looking for training assistance, licensed trainers are available for consultation. Unlike any gym I have ever joined, there is also a licensed physical therapist, Russell Darrington of Phoenix Osteopractic Physical Therapy, located onsite. This is not a "Big Box" fitness center, so like anything else, you get what you pay for. The gym is not overcrowded, and all the members here are friendly and courteous.

I was willing to drive 20+ minutes three days per week because I loved my trainer ! My trainer ended employment there recently and I called to end my membership . I received a call back from Frizz who proceeded to speak very negatively about my trainer . I was shocked and disappointed that she, as a business owner would speak so negatively about someone I hold in high regard! And I further discovered that Frizz spoke of me personally to several others when I barely knew her at all . Very, very weird experience!

As we saw people testing water after it finally reopened 12 days later. This closed the pool, hot tub, sauna, and dry Sauna. The mens bathroom is nasty and we have complained to no avail. I posted multiple pictures so if it only shows 1 image realize there were 6 uploaded. When I posted earlier it just showed 1. FILTH, DIRT AND GRIM WITH HAIRBALLS ALL OVER THE SHOWERS. THIS IS NOT NEW AS WE HAVE SHOWN THE FRONT DESK PRIOR TO TODAY (weeks and months ago) . SO I THOUGHT I WOULD POST PICTURES TO HELP THEM SEE IT. I had to go in to "sign my paper work" in order to cancel my membership and ended up leaving without a resolution. She then decided to called me afterward to 'be nice'--but honestly, it came off as forced and insincere. It only took about 15 seconds for her facade to wear off during that call. Aside from today's communication, I've had multiple interactions with her over the phone, and each time she was just as dismissive and unpleasant. Customer service is key, and unfortunately, Natalie completely failed in this regard. I won't be returning. Stacy, the owner, on the other hand was able to help rectify my situation.

I communicated to the manager that went on install the app. I had all types of unwanted ads and such popping up on my phone that I could not stop. It also affected other things I had loaded on my phone. I deleted their app from my phone and everything that was an issue stopped. The vending machine for a water bottle does not work and they do not have a drinking fountain that can fill your bottle like the rest of the world does, even the elem school where I teach has them and that school is 40 years old. Get up to date already. When you are all done you get to get dressed in a locker room with music from the cleaners personal phone competing with the sound from the speakers overhead.....great way to end your work out, said no one ever.

Def a no judgement zone! It's nice to see a range of athleticism from people who are "getting back into the swing of things" and people who are extremely fit. My favorite days are the weight/resistance days but after a cardio day I know it's what I need. I recommend this gym. Very clean too!
