A couple days ago I had inquired about hosting a birthday party here and they told me someone would reach out and they never did. So when I went I guess the front lady, not sure if she was the owner recognized my name because she asked me if I was the one who was inquiring about hosting a birthday party. I let her know yes it was me. She stated only members can host things like this which is totally understandable, just don't know why I was never called or emailed and told. After that I figured she would ask for my business or if I was thinking of signing up to be a member but nope none of that. Mind you, I already booked Carries Pilates to host the birthday so that is totally fine. Secondly the instructor didn't greet me when I walked into the class either, again this was all very different for me just because the other places have been so friendly. The class was awesome and I got a good sweat in. Once it was over I wasn't asked how I liked the class or if I wanted to come back, again all new I guess other Pilates studios have set the bar high for me when it comes to greatly friendly customer service. If the customer service was better I would deff give 5 stars. Will I be back? Absolutely not, definitely felt out of place and not wanted.

Nothing fancy here which is a valued quality I look for in a gym. I go to to a gym to workout not to socialize, flirt or look at myself in the mirror all day. The Lords gym is by far the perfect place to do this. This gym has all the free weights, machines and cardio equipment you need to get the job done. They even have a cardio room with a punching bag.

You get 8 workout sessions (each 1 hour long), meal plan and home workouts for $125. In this particular program you could choose between a 5am or 7pm session on Tuesday's and Thursday's. The evening option is great for me as I cannot do mornings - at all - ever - nope. On my first day I wanted to walk out during the warm up - it was so hard. Six laps around the building and 10 bur-pees in between each lap. The other boot camp attendees help cheer you on and support you. We did some partner work and individual stuff and always hit abs. Every time I am satisfied that I received a great workout, super sweaty and sore as all get out the next day. If I can end up with half the body that trainer/owner, Britney, does I will be over the moon. I cannot wait until her next 21 day challenge with a PM option. Highly recommend - she also does $15 drop in's on most classes if you call/text her ahead of time and payment is easy because she takes PayPal. Call her today! :D

I told the person where my issues were and he kept changing it and saying where he thought my issues were. My back and neck hurt, not my hips. Finally, after all the high-pressure BS, I signed up for one month of sessions to literally shut him up. I asked five different times during this that what I was signing up for was only a one-month trial, with no subscription at all and was guaranteed this. I signed the contract and they said they would email it to me. That never happened and now I am on my third monthly charge and disputing it with my credit card. They will not respond to emails or voicemails. They are a fraudulent outfit. I am so pissed.
