I was a bit leery of the earlier 5 star reviews so I double checked Pro-Plumbing. The owner has an A+ rating at the Better Business Bureau so we contacted Kemal. He was very responsive, gave us an excellent quote for replacing our water heater, and then was very flexible when it came to scheduling the installation. He handled all the city permit work before arriving at our house and then he and his helper got to work. They were efficient and professional and our new water heater was chugging away heating up the water in just a few hours. We had a question about an iron pipe requirement that the City of Davis had changed a few months ago so Kemal got on the phone right then and double checked with the building department and confirmed that his installation was up to code. I had an ABS pipe break in the wall below the shower on the first floor that needed to be fixed. I put in the add at about 10PM over a long weekend and within 10 minutes Kemal had responded. I showed him some pictures, he gave me a quote and I told him I would get back to him. I called him the next morning and he told me he could come right over. They showed up, put booties on over their shoes (my wife loved that!) and had masks on (my wife loved that too!). They got to work. Were courteous and thorough. They had the right tools and fixed the leak that a previous plumber had found. They tested the drain pipe and found another huge leak the other plumber had not even seen. They had to take apart the what they had just done to fix the other leak. But they did this in 10 minutes and didn't charge me more for the extra work. Very good team!
