I've been going to A&E for about 12 years for car repairs and services on 3 different cars after being referred to them by a Starbucks barrista. Their work is always excellent. My friends and family that I referred love them as well. My most recent great experience came when I need some major engine work done to my 2008 Infinity G37S coupe with 102k. It was significant enough that I was considering just getting a new engine. Everyone on a FB G37 User Group said to get a new engine, that the repairs wouldn't work, I'd need a new engine afterwards anyway. Mario explained everything that was wrong and gave me a better solution and estimate less costly than a new engine. It was against what the user group "experts" were saying. But Mario knows his stuff and I trusted him. Smart move. Everything worked out perfectly with the car now being "right as rain." I hope to keep it to 200K! My personal opinion is that Mario is just that much smarter/better and A&E is better than any car repair shop I've dealt with or heard of. On top of that, they're reasonably priced, very friendly and have the highest integrity and honesty. These guys did an awesome job on my 2014 Ford Expedition. Had some blown struts in the rear. They had everything swapped out quickly. Someone else was supposed to do these and had rescheduled last minute. They got me in same day and also pointed out some other items that needed attention. My rotors were cracked and it wasn't pointed when a company rotated the tires. Definitely will be coming back for sure.easy to work with. read more

The guys here are super nice and friendly. Girly girl and uneducated automobile owner that I am, they did not make me feel stupid or out of place at all. They joked around with us about my tailpipe (I backed into a curb/tree.... yes, it's true) and seemed VERY knowledgeable and unlikely to trick or overcharge you. They informed me that they give free oil changes with every tire rotation. NICE, no more driving to BFE Phoenix, using all my gas to change it at my dealership. Bonus points: I brought my car in with a dragging tailpipe 30 minutes before close and they fixed it no problem AND checked and filled the tires for 27 bucks. Amazing. I'll be back! read more

They did replace my windshield, so that part was good. However, I made it very clear during my initial call that I had a tint strip on my windshield and the woman verified it would be replaced on the new windshield and covered by my insurance. Before we finished setting the appointment, I confirmed with her again that this would be done. When the tech came to my work to replace the windshield, I verified with him up front that the tint would be replaced. He showed me the work order and said there is NO indication of tint being replaced or needed, but assured me that he would put a note on the account to have them contact me and get the tint done afterwards. I agreed to that, understanding mistakes happen. No one called me about it, so a week or so later I called A&E and spoke with a gentleman that said there were no notes made on our account and no indication that tint was to be placed; but ASSURED me that I would hear from either his manager or the 3rd party that they use for tint. He said it would be done on Monday at my work and that the tint company would be calling me to verify Monday's tint. Everyone catching on yet? of course no word from ANYONE. No tint. I called back a week later and was ASSURED that I would hear from "Anthony" the tint guy or the A&E manager. It's been a week now and (you guessed it!!) NO one has called me and there still is no tint on my window and here comes Arizona summer. Won't be referring this place to anyone. Terrible communication / follow-through and no apologies from anyone along this annoying road. There are too many companies out there for me to ever use A&E again. read more

These guys wanted to charge me $100 to change a cabin air filter on my Toyota. It took me 45 seconds to change it out myself in their parking lot. Then they kept hounding me about buffing my headlight lenses for $37 a pop. They used to be really honest and reputable. Now they seem to want to prey on female patrons. It saddens me. Don't do business here if you're a woman. They'll gouge you. read more

I had a windshield installed on 6/11/19 and the paperwork states we would receive a rebate of $120.00 30 days from the install date. It is now 7/22/19 and received nothing. I called into the company to see what was happening and they were indifferent at best if I had received the rebate or not. Use this company with caution!!!!!!!! read more

These guys are truly amazing. Chance one of their ex employees ( studying to be an accountant) helped us out in a walmart parking lot with our car that wouldn't start.
