Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . He got a quick overview of my accident and where I was in the insurance process, before assessing the damage. He thoroughly explained what repair would entail, the timeline to repair, and ran some quotes. My previous collision evaluator provided a similar repair quote, but Mike made everything much easier to grasp and comprehensively overviewed what each step would entail. Mike told me he operates the way he'd like to be treated, and that very much came through. He was extremely professional, approachable, and real, and talked to me like a human not a checkbook. He took the time to explain allll the nitty gritty and gave me all the data I needed to make an informed decision. I ultimately chose to let my car go (still sobbing!) but I felt empowered and comfortable to make that decision based on Mike's thorough assessment. The bumper mount screws have been damaged, which made super loose. I used duct tape to hold together until I reached the body shop. My first interactions with Ricky has been honest and humble. He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper. Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical.

Because of the poor workmanship, I'm now paying more than double the original cost just to fix the mistakes and get the bumper done the right way.
