I've called multiple times, left messages, and every single time I get the same scripted response: "They'll reach out." Three different employees have told me exactly that, and not once has anyone followed through. Service Department? Comical Jered at the Portland location has repeatedly failed to return calls or messages after saying he would. If you're going to tell a customer you'll call them back, then do it. It's that simple. I own a business myself, and I know customer service doesn't end when the payment clears. It starts there. Keeping your word and communicating with customers isn't optional it's the bare minimum. The ironic part is I actually like the car I bought. My problem isn't the vehicle. It's the people running this dealership and the complete lack of accountability after the sale. I'd love to hear from the owner, although it seems the dealership is much quicker to respond to glowing reviews than to customers who are still waiting for promised work to be completed.
