His name is Mauro Granziero (yup, definitely Italian) and he was all the things you want in a car salesman, and so very rarely get - urbane, intelligent, courteous without being too much so, helpful, patient and funny. They said because I was getting such a good deal on the price they could not offer me the 3 month warranty they usually offer all customers and insisted I sign an "as is" because of the price. Which was over blue book value. The next day I seen it was leaking oil. I take it to my mechanic for an inspection and to see where the leak was coming from. They referred me to Kia Service. I then took it to Kia where they informed the motor was bad. Bickmore was the first place I reached out to because they had multiple vehicles that fit what I was looking for, and they advertise that they work with bad credit which mine is definitely a work in progress. I knew this journey would be challenging and was upfront about it. I called on a Thursday, they said they could help me. We talked about what I was looking for and that I was needing to get into a car asap, and was told I'd hear back. After 6 hours I called back and was told I'd hear something the next day. Next day comes, same thing. I call shortly before closing to hear that they're still working on it and I'll hear Monday. Monday comes. Nothing. I Buaght a used truck from bickmoore and all was good until 3 months in. the engine starts taking a shit. So i started taking it to mechanics and was told its the timing chain and the truck needs a new engine. Another mechanic went in to fix the timing chain to find out the timing chain was just replaced recently..... whoever fixed that timing chain knew it need needed a new engine because everything inside that engine is in horrible shape.!!! Its a lemon!!!! Somone fixed it up just enough to make the engine sound good than sold it. The asc warranty i got with the truck only covers a verry small amount. I dont have thousands of dollors to reapair it So i called bickmoore to see if they can help me and all they said is ,its out of our hands and sorry it happened so soon.. soo now i am stuck paying over $20,000 over the next 3 years for a truck i cant evan drive. As to the maintenance; the check engine light that you guys "fixed" before we took the car home lit up again after we got possession of the car because all they did was make the light go off, not fix the issue. And the back brake pads were so gone that the rotors were damaged. Is that a safe car to sell to a young family? As to coming back so you can prove your service; I came back and voiced my concerns and was told that because the actual value of the car is so much lower than the loan I got to meet your "lowest possible price", my only option was to go somewhere else and buy a new car for more. Absolute waste of time. I was interested in a car they had advertised online, so I called ahead and let them know I had limited time on my lunch break to come look at it and take it to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. They agreed, but assured me their own mechanic had looked it over and it was in great shape. 2005 Pontiac Vibe. Based on previous reviews, I don't know why I was shocked when the mechanic told me the vehicle had been in an accident and hastily repaired. Carfax showed up totally clean - apparently it isn't super accurate, because he showed me underneath the car where the damage had been really poorly welded. Also, 3 of the 4 tires were so bald that they would be illegal based on federal government standards to drive it off the lot. Not to mention the 2nd Cat had huge dents and scrapes in it from some kind of off-road adventure. When I brought these issues back to Bickmore, the sales person basically said, "yeah.... we know about that stuff." They wouldn't negotiate the price considering the work I would need to put into it and basically blew me off. This car has been on their lot for months, and now I know why. They are waiting for some sucker who doesn't do their due diligence before buying. These guys ask way over Kelley Blue Book suggested retail price for cars they know are not in good shape, and then when you try to negotiate with them they make it seem like you're crazy. Don't waste your time trying to deal with these guys - I would suggest going elsewhere. read more

We recently purchased a used Ford F-250 for our family. After one week, and less than 100 mikes, the engine seized up & we are now having to replace it. We contacted our salesperson & the store manager and they are unwilling to provide any help. If this happened several months after purchasing, we would be understanding, but one week is very poor business. During the sales process, we were assured that Bickmore has excellent service and has been in business for years. Our 17 year old son, who was along for the experience was impressed. Now that he has witnessed several mechanics give estimates on rebuilding the engine, along with the lack of support from Bickmore Auto, he realizes that not all businesses are trustworthy. Was sold an unsafe vehicle confirmed by Kia. Brian (GM) told Kia to not tell me and to just get the check engine light off. The suspension, fuel tank, and tie rod are damaged and Kia advised me to return the vehicle back to Bickmore. Bickmore is claiming it will cost $40 to fix which is complete BS, they have the report from Kia. Yesterday ended in being threatened by the owner to get off his lot or he would call the cops because I was understandably upset. They won't trade the vehicle out or do anything. I'd been looking for a late model truck since September of 2020. According to my list I visited 37 dealerships looking for the right truck and more importantly the right deal. I drove hundreds of miles through 3 different states. Some of those dealers were unfortunately not on the "up and up". I finally found a truck on the Bickmore lot that fit my needs to a "T". I spoke to Michael over the phone and by text several times. Always responsive and polite. I decided to drive down and see if we could work a deal. They had all the Covid precautions in place. Face masks, plexiglass dividers etc. After the standard back and forth over trade value and purchase value we came to an agreement. After a total of 3 hours I was in and out on the road in my "new to me" truck. All in all I got a fair deal on my trade and a fair deal on the truck. I even brought my 85 pound shepherd with me who doesn't like ANYONE, but she warmed up to Michael pretty quickly. I trust her instincts more than mine... Buyer beware! We recently purchased a Honda from these folks. During the finalization of the sale the sales representative pressured my wife to give them a five star rating before we left. Within two days we noticed leaks were pouring onto our driveway and the brakes were mushy. After going back and forth with the dealership they took the car in several times to look at both the leak and brakes. They stated they couldn't find much with the leak, they told us they replaced a seal for the leak and rotors for the brakes. I seriously doubt they did either, within days the engine leaks came back and the brakes are still mushy. I have pictures of the leaks and it looks serious, so it appears we're going to have to take it to a place that actually does repairs by professionals. I wished I had checked their ratings out before purchasing, which is my fault, as I would have just bypassed this dealership altogether. I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I recommend everyone else that has had a bad experience do the same. Buyers, if you see a response to this post, just note they did not reach out to us to "fix" these issues, it's just a smoke-n-mirror attempt to justify poor product, poor integrity, poor business practices.
