They said they fixed my vehicle and within a week it stopped working. They told me I needed a new battery but I took it back to the auto zone I bought it at 3 months ago who tested it at 100%. Never once on the paperwork or via phone was it explained that they did a deep dive test that found an issue that might not register directly on a more surface level test by autozone but no one reviewed that with me or made any note about it on the original paperwork that I could show autozone relating to my concern. I reached out to speak with a manager regarding my concerns 4 different times and not once did they reach back out to me. I wish I could just ignore my clients I don't want to talk to - highly unprofessional. I will be complaining to Subaru corporate about my experience. Do not take your vehicle here. I will be going to Vancouver next time. I finally heard back from a a manager who basically didn't give a crap about what had happened. He said that I left messages with a third party call center so he never was truly notified about my concern and didn't seem terribly concerned and just got mad at me that he hadn't gotten contact as if I would know who is fielding my call when I dial the service information listed on the Gresham Subaru website.

We got right to looking at the cars I expressed interest in. Jeff didn't pressure me to buy a more expensive vehicle. He was sure to show me what I wanted to see. I looked at two cars and test drove one. I liked the car. They were able to get me financing at a good rate, took my trade in, and got me out of the door with a car, same day, which is what I asked for when I walked in. I like the Hertz prices its vehicles fairly, they are transparent about the vehicles they are selling, and I was thanked for my business. I wish car buying everywhere was this easy. They didn't play games - just sold me the car I wanted without a hassle.

His name is Mauro Granziero (yup, definitely Italian) and he was all the things you want in a car salesman, and so very rarely get - urbane, intelligent, courteous without being too much so, helpful, patient and funny. Sure wish I could have bought a car from him. The car-buying process in the U.S. is stressful, usually adversarial, and hardly ever pleasant. It's an unhappy process for the most part. Salesmen like Mr. Granziero are the solution.
