Juan and Eduardo were true pros. On time and courteous. The sink pipe was rusted straight through, which meant a piece needed to be replaced. They first tried to save me some money by cutting out the rusted part and adding a piece, but it didn't hold. I completely appreciated this attempt because I didn't balk at the original estimate. Rather, they took it upon themselves to try and save me money. When the pipe was replaced, everything worked great and they even gave me a $40 discount that I didn't ask for. I chose APlus Plumbing because of the high ratings on Yelp. They did not disappoint. My sewer was backing up and the first plumber (not from APlus) said that I should get a camera inspection because he couldn't get his cable out and would not be able to fix it. (I am glad he was honest!) After calling several licensed plumbing companies, I chose APLUS because their ratings were good and they responded the most quickly to my calls. It's nice that they can come from 4-6pm for working people who can't take the day off for some repairs. For longer repairs, they would probably need to come earlier. When they came (Juan and Miguel), the camera inspection showed roots and broken clay pipes. They gave us an estimate and we had them return for the repair. I took the day off for this one because they wanted to show me from their camera that the lines were clear after the repair. Both times they were very prompt and got to work immediately. They let me know when I could or could not use the bathroom or sink. They did a great job of digging out the pipe. After they replaced the pipe, they did another camera inspection, only to find more roots and broken pipe. There would be an additional cost but since everything was opened up, it was best to take care of that section of pipe as well. The owner James came out to help. They stayed another couple of hours to fix that and then did another camera inspection all the way to the main sewer line to make sure that everything was clear. Yes it was!!!! They were very good about returning the dirt and cleaning up the driveway. They also added another clean out which would be easily accessible for any future back-ups, which they do not really expect to happen because of the repairs. It's just nice to have it just in case. I would totally recommend them. They were very professional. I plan on having them back for some indoor plumbing repairs - slow drain, leaky pipe under the sink, and toilet that does not flush well.
