*Pedicure Review Only* Stopped in at 3pm on a Sunday and I was able to walk right into a chair for my pedicure. But not before stressing over the shelves of nail polish. Thankfully this salon didn't have an overwhelming amount of colors. the basic pedicure was $30 but I decided to upgrade to the $38 package which included a mask and longer foot and leg massage, which is totally worth it. This was probably the best foot massage I've ever had, especially combined with the massage chair, almost rocking me to sleep. When it came to my nails, the tech was extremely gentle but detailed. Horrible job. My gel nails have bubbles, and they are uneven in many ways. It's hard to tell from the picture. Also, they do not clean your cuticle, they go over it very gently but does nothing. I literally paid for a nail polish change not a manicure. The worst part is expecting a tip. When I paid, she asked how much I wanted to add for a tip, I said "no tip today" she then asked if I was going to give a cash tip and I literally said the same thing. I came in on Saturday, 10/22/22, to get my gel off on my nails, get regular manicure and waxed my lip and eyebrows. An older lady did my waxing first. She put the wax on my lips and eye brows and it hurt a bit which I though it was normally. She didn't really spend that much time working on those areas. I thought it was a bit odd she smeared Vaseline (I think that's what it was) on those areas and walked out to get my nails done. The other lady that did my nails did an alright job. I was bit disappointed she only put lotion on my hands, thinking I was getting a quick massage, and grab a warm towel to take off the the lotion. The pain from the waxing started to get worse. When I got home I looked at my bathroom mirror and to my horror she pulled skin above my lips, between my eyebrows and both side of my eye brows. I didn't want to go back to salon to complain because I was embarrassed for anyone to see me. The next day I peeled the skin off. I'm upset this is going to cause scarring on my face and it will take a long time until I can go out without makeup. Definitely beware of this place. read more

Well ... I am highly disappointed , Friday I spent 95$ On upgraded pedicure plus a full set for my nails . 20$ worth of tips . 4 days later one of my nails snapped off . Not too big of an issue . I went this morning and let them know I needed a repair . Mind you 3 ladies are sitting around doing absolutely Nothing and the woman speaking to me can't be bothered to get up out of the pedicure chair says they can't fix it no one is available to do so and no one other than one person knows how to do nails is able to work on me because none of her employees does nails . Ummm what ?? I explained the situation and let her know how much I spent in the salon days earlier . She simply continues to repeat she can't help me at this time . I'll never be back and suggest some training in customer satisfaction also some higher quality product. It was my first time back getting a full set after letting my nails heal for a while so I was excited to get my nails done. This was my first time getting my nails done at this salon. The lady who was doing my nails was super nice to talk to but she was going so fast and reckless almost. There were only two other people inside getting their nails done so I figured that's just her style but one of my nails was pretty crooked afterwards. I left in tears today . I walked in to this neighborhood nail salon to get acrylic nail done . Linda did my nails . The whole time she was kinda nice? But I definitely felt rushed . The end result was real bad but Linda says " wow it's beautiful " . I'm like , emm all my 10 nails are in different shapes and they are all thick and bumpy and uneven . I offered to pay in full and get everything removed due to how bad they looked . The shop owner I assume asked Kim ( which is super nice and probably the only reasonable person in the shop ) to fix my nail .after she buffed couple of my nails I asked to use restroom and came back saw her with a new customer already. I didn't know what to do , then the owner came to me literally said " you go to other place, find someone who'll make you happy , we can't do that!" I was like what ? Where should I go ? She's " I don't know, go where make you happy , and we can not remove your nail because it's going to hurt a lot " Balabalab .... I was like " feel my nails , see how uneven they are " she insisted this is how they supposed to be because " Acrylic nails are difficult to do " , don't even mention The whole time Linda was bitching about me in Vietnamese thinking i don't understand Viet . The whole time , i stayed clam and polite , said everything in a nice clam voice but nobody cared and I left with horrible nails that will need to be removed asap for my engagement . These green French tip nails still go down as my favorite set and it was the best thing to look at after leaving another salon with the blue stickered fall nails. Horrible. Rude and she called Me 'stupid' in her 'language' she thinks was a secret after I commented on the quick job ....they need to realize others can understand. Ugh..so had to run to Vons (near the post office off Santo)..so decided to run in and get a mani/pedi beforehand next door at Apollo Nails. I walked in and there was literally 2 others in the whole place...which is fine...but..then the guy doing my pedi was in an obvious rush. Whatever...but then same guy did my manicure (French polish/gel manicure)..& was even worse (in a rush!) I swear I'm normally not that person..but finally had to ask him if he was in a rush or something! He didn't get it.
