Went in today to start my Genius Bar appointment which I was assured would be short and sweet they were going to replace my phone my Apple phone 12 promax it was two months old it was under warranty was showing major defects with service and quality of the phone once there waited over two hours then was scarf that laughed at made fun of and told that they were not going to help me and honor my warranty and that I could do nothing about it and cards was going to call security I was then asked to leave the store after confirming with Apple did they receive the same notes that I had that they were supposed to replace the phone will never buy another Apple product again or deal with AT&T again after 17 years read more

I can appreciate everyone in this location working very hard to take care of customers during this tough time. However I do have an issue with this locations management staff not stepping up and making a decision to take care of a customer who has been to their location twice and spent over an hour each time only to walk out with the same broken phone. I have AppleCare and they simply refuse to replace the device even though they have not been able to fix the issue through all sorts of troubleshooting. So the end result of my visits to this location and several calls to Apple support, has been a complete waste of time. read more

I had an appt w the genius bar. Made an appt on line and went to the store a little b4 my appt time. There were always a lot of people at the apple store and had to wait in line for a few mins. But overall I love their products. I like their services. The staff are knowledge and helped me with any issues i have. I will def keep buying apple products. I had the first iphone that ever came out till the latest one. Dropped in the washing machine, cracked the screen etc, you named it. Terrible service. Was there for several hours last night and still did not get laptop fixed. The first person to work on my laptop lectured me about checking in ten minutes before my appointment. Told me I had "Jumped ahead" of two people waiting. Tried to guilt me. I didn't jump in front of anyone. I just followed the procedure. One person checked it, then tech came by, then sakes. Ten to 15 min wait between each tech. I requested my laptop be sent to me as I was going to have knee replacement surgery and cannot drive. They would not even let me talk to the manager. I have been to Apple stores in Manhattan and Pittsburgh and they were far superior. Do not recommend this store!! read more

On 12/23/14 I dropped my iPhone 5 in some water. I dried it as best I could and placed it in a bag of rice as advised on several tech websites. After that I waited about 6 hours before taking it to the Crabtree Apple Store. When I went to the Genius Bar and showed them the phone in a bag of rice and before explaining my issue, one of them laughed, asking if I was joking. (Actually I was asked if I was "trolling him".) Another one of their techs turned the phone on immediately even after telling him the phone might still be wet. (Instead of maybe opening up the phone to check if there was still some water inside.) This action appeared to cause a short in the phone, rendering the touch screen useless. Immediately after this, he declared the phone unfix-able and stated they would replace the phone for $267 with a reconditioned phone. Then he tried to sell me a contract for AT&T Next. I explained that I was leaving AT&T for Cricket and he bad-mouthed Cricket, saying it takes forever to activate phones there and they have several problems with their service. I asked for a phone to call my wife since my phone was now out of commission and was given a loaner. We decided to replace the phone as we did not want to start a new 2 year contract with AT&T. After the discussion with my wife, I told one of the techs that we were going to go ahead and replace the phone, and he said to speak with one of the other techs who had moved on to another customer. When I went to speak to him (I was still on the loaner phone), the tech at the desk snapped "That's our phone!" Was he accusing me of stealing the phone? I was very offended by this. When I finally had a chance to speak to the employee that would work with me on replacing my phone, he said I have to make an appointment and he was booked for the day. He stated I could come in the next day. My wife and I have gone to other Apple Stores before and had excellent customer service, some that go above and beyond. The Crabtree store, however, was terrible and I will not set foot in there again. read more

They sold me a MacBook Pro 2017 when I asked for a MacBook Pro 2018 in October 2018. I didn't realize it until 1 year later.

While I'm a fan of Apple products, I never really want to go their store in the Crabtree Valley Mall. It's small, crowded, and not a lot of fun. On my most recent trip, I showed up on-time for a Saturday Genius Bar appointment and it took about 20-30 minutes for my appointment to start. There's about three people standing in the center of the back of the store that check people in for appointments. There's no indication of this otherwise. I feel like they should wear shirts or something to let people know that they check in with them. The store itself is nearly always crowded whenever I go. I don't really understand the joy of playing with new iPads, iPhones, or Macs. People are everywhere, seemingly fascinated by the devices. As much as I love technology, I'd almost rather be anywhere else. On the positive side, everyone I dealt with was very friendly and seemingly knowledgeable. Also, I like the ability to use the Apple Store app on my iPhone to purchase things without speaking to anyone. I don't think a lot of people know they can do that, since it isn't really advertised. Overall, this Apple Store gets the job done, but that's about it. I've had much better Apple experiences in other stores - like on Boylston Street in Boston. We need a much bigger Apple Store in the Triangle... maybe a nice glass cube in downtown Raleigh? Please? read more

Apple store = epic fail. They told me to charge my ipod in one of the stations up front. While I was standing 3 feet away...it was stolen - no employee attempted to stop the guy from leaving. The mall security NEVER came. Raleigh Police came 20 minutes later. The manager ignored me the whole time and waited on customers - Oh, the cameras in the store don't reach that corner of the store, but in case it caught something...he would check it... later. First time I went to this store (used to go to the 5th Avenue NYC store when I lived in the northeast). I had an appointment at the Genius Bar for 12:20pm. Arrived there on time. There was just another customer at the bar. The "geniuses" were talking among themelves, showing their phones to each other and what not. None ever bothered looking in my direction, or better, asked me if I needed help. I left after 15 minutes. What is the point of having an appointment system if it is not being used? When I make a reservation in a restaurant, I usually don't have to wait 15 minutes for my table to be ready. Likewise, why do you need 30+ employees in a store if most of them seems to be on an "indefinite lunch break"? read more

I had been meaning to update my review for this Apple Store. I took my MacBook back into this store in the relative recent past (I don't know, time blurs together when you get old). Boot Camp wasn't working as intended, and I also had performance based issues (giggity). I know that I will have to replace my computer in the near future, but I wanted advice on how I could delay this process since I don't have money. The Apple Genius that I talked to during my last visit lived up to his name. This time, a different Genius helped me, but he also lived up to the name. While Boot Camp is not something that the Genius Bar typically supports, the genius was still willing to provide some assistance. We ultimately came to the mutual conclusion that I would need to manually partition my drive then boot directly from a flash drive. The Genius also walked me through the general idea of making .plist modifications to try to improve performance. This is simply night and day compared to what I have come to expect from the Genius Bar. The weak point of this Apple Store remains the salespeople. While many people only go into Apple Stores to play around with the gadgets, a responsible sales person should still greet every customer. At the absolute least, give them the standard, "let me know if I can help you in any way or answer any questions." The salespeople at this Apple Store spend time chatting with each other rather than with customers. It's an imperfect store, but the Apple Store at Crabtree Valley Mall has been the best Apple Store that I've dealt with thus far. read more

It was a Tuesday afternoon last May (2009). I knew exactly what I wanted (an iMac 24" widescreen computer) and was prepared to make the purchase... I went into the store and requested to speak with someone, told this person that I knew EXACTLY what I was looking for...he told me that I would have to wait to speak to a representative...so, I waited... Mind you, there were about 15 people working at the store and one standing at the door (I guess doing some sort of security work...he's the one that told me to wait). So I stood there in the corner, watching the people run rampant, playing with all of the different iPods and iMacs, etc... Two minutes into my standing there, the alarms started sounding...ya know, the anti-theft alarms that they have attached to the devices? Well, it wasn't just one or two, but ALL OF THEM, LOUD, BLARING whoops and sirens...LOUD. The 'security guard' walked over and noted that nothing was missing, so he disarmed them and re-armed them...but a minute later, they sounded again. I waited in that store for THIRTY MINUTES despite knowing EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED TO BUY while clueless people were being helped and the excess staff members stood around, chatting with one another. Finally, while on the phone with my sister, I expressed my frustration with the store (to give the security guard a reminder/hint that my transaction could have taken two minutes and I could have been GONE by that time)...he finally two-wayed the front counter to tell them to get my iMac... Also, at the same time, I was browsing for a new headset for my iPhone. The one that came with my iPhone had buttons on the microphone...so that you could raise/lower the volume. The clerk showed me the headsets and none had the volume control feature. When I told her that the one that I purchased weeks earlier with my iPhone HAD the controls, she looked at me and proceeded to tell me that I was wrong...a few weeks later, I purchased the headset I was talking about from a different store...thus proving the "professional" wrong. Epic Fail of the greatest proportion here. Let me disclaim - this is not a review of Apple or their products, this is a review of the Apple Store in Crabtree Valley Mall here in Raleigh. I've been wanting to run some video from the MacBook Pro to my HDTV, only problem is no one really seems to carry a MiniDisplay Port (this is a Macbook Pro output) to HDMI conversion cable. They are all over the place online but I wanted one for the weekend - so I gave them a call. Here's exactly how the conversation went. Me - 'Hi, I've seen the MiniDisplay Port to HDMI conversion cable online and was hoping you have that' Apple Store Employee - 'Yes, MiniDisplay Port to HDMI we have that here.' Me - 'OK Thanks, b/c .......' - click. Yes - I was quasi hung up on but I figured they were busy. I was going to say 'b/c I wen to Best Buy, they didn't have it and said you guys would' - but that's not the problem. So I drive the 15 miles from my house to Crabtree Mall - which I'm sure those of you who have been there know it's a huge pain to get in and out of. No worries, I knew that going in. I get to the Apple Store in the mall and it's absolutely slam packed - but that entire mall is always slam packed. I kicked around for awhile in the cable section and ...... they have the exact same cable selection as Best Buy. I finally get an employee to speak to me (after I had to stand their staring at him for about 30 seconds while he stapled some receipt to something....) and said 'hey I called and someone here told me you have the MiniDisplay to HDMI cable, I can't seem to find it.' Employee says 'uh, that cable doesn't exist.' Me, 'I called 30 minutes ago, someone here told me you have it.' Employee, 'oh, sorry, yes I know someone makes one and we don't carry that here' So I'm out about 30 minutes drive time and around an hour of in and out of the mall, not to mention gas ain't cheap. Make sure you talk to someone competent when you call the Crabtree Valley Apple store or you might end up on a MiniDisplay to HDMI wild goose chase....... oh well, off to order that puppy online and patiently wait until I can watch streaming video on the big screen! read more

Walking into the Crabtree Valley Mall Apple Store is like climbing into Satan's butthole. Let me begin with a little bit of context. While walking in a parking lot, my pristine rose gold iPhone 6S fell out of my pocket and onto the ground. Despite having an overpriced screen protector and a $40 case (also purchased from this questionable establishment), the whole freaking screen shattered. Destroyed. Eliminated. Therefore, I needed to get my precious cellular device fixed as soon as possible. My first thought was to head over to the closet Apple Store. This was a horrendous decision. When I walked into the Apple Store two weeks later, it was quite crowded. But I was ok with it. Whatever. Crowds happen. I found one of the ~technicians~ wearing an Apple t-shirt. He welcomed me to the ~Genius Bar~ and asked how he could help. So I was like hey can y'all fix my phone it's looking jank as hell right now. And he was like ya for sure but you have to make an appointment. So I was like ugh that's unfortunate. But I made an appointment for the following Saturday at 4:25. When Saturday rolled around, I arrived at the Apple Store on time. I found another useless ~technician~ and gave him my phone. He said my screen would be replaced by 7:00. So I was like geez that's a long ass wait. But I left and came back later that night at 7:00. I found the same ~technician~ who helped me at 4:25, and he said my phone was not ready yet. I was starting to get annoyed. My blood wasn't quite boiling, but it was getting there. Perhaps my blood was simmering. How can fixing a screen take more than two and a half hours? Anyways, I walked around Sephora for the next 30 minutes until the Apple Store texted my mother. After being summoned via iMessage, I returned to the godforsaken ~Genius Bar~ where I found the same ~technician~ dude. He glared at me and told me to sit on a wooden cube until my phone was ready. Apparently being prompt (and having decent chairs) is too much to ask for. After 10 minutes I parted from my cube to ask the ~technician~ whether my phone was ready yet. His thicc fingers typed my name into his fancy little iPad, and he was like yeah your phone is ready. I was like YES. This is the moment I have been waiting for. This right here is what success feels like. The waiting is over. But alas, I waited 10 more minutes. Then some skinny bearded guy emerged from the back room with a nerdy tech bag. After confirming that I am indeed myself, he whipped out a shiny new rose gold iPhone 6S and handed it to me. He said, "We couldn't actually fix your phone so we just replaced it. And everything is erased off the old phone by the way." Now I was fuming. Outraged. Losing faith in our society as a whole. Along with my will to live, all of my summer 2018 photographs and texts are gone forever. And I was still charged $159.99. Thank you Apple Store, very cool. Why can't the Apple Store complete a simple screen replacement? Why did it take three and a half hours to do absolutely nothing at all? Why was I never informed that EVERYTHING ON MY PHONE WOULD BE ERASED? In conclusion, I got played. The Crabtree Valley Mall Apple Store is a miserable establishment with rude, incompetent ~technicians~. The wait time is literally absurd, and my metal health diminished exponentially. I would rather shave my legs with a chainsaw than go back to this Apple Store. But that's just my two cents. read more

Very crowded- no matter what time you go. There are always a ton of employees working, but only a couple of techs that can actually help. We had a scheduled appointment for 11:30 (that we had to schedule a week prior when we walked in for an appointment but the wait time was 3-5.5 hours), was helped by a tech at 12:10 when our toddler finally became unruly, which only helped with being seen! read more

my Iphone 4 camera crapped out so I went to Verizon. No help there, they said go to the Apple store. I called the Crabtree location and they said go online and sign up for a appointment through the genius feature, which I did. I was surprised to see that they had openings for the same day pretty much all day. I got there at my scheduled time of 5 pm and the place was a mad house. I thought to myself after I checked in that I will be waiting for at least a half hour. Much to my surprise, James came up to and shook my hand at 5:08, I really dont know how he knew who I was, maybe when you check in they put a description of you so the employees know how to find you, small things like that put Apple eons ahead of other companies customer service. James listened to my problem, recommended a new camera and took my phone away and said he would be back in ten. About 15 minutes had passed so I knew something was up, so when James came back and told me that installing a new camera didnt work, I kind of shrugged as to what happened next. He warrantied my phone, swapped over the info and ten minutes later I was off with a brand spanking new phone. My phone was only 2 months old so it was under warranty. Apple wants their customers to be happy, and they want them to be rewarded with loyalty. I'm sold, I wont consider anything electronic without considering a Apple product. The Iphone and Ipad are just the most ridiculous pieces of technology I've ever used, and in a good way. The store was awesome, went above my expectations, and I left with a smile. read more

Let me preface by saying the only Apple product I own is an iPhone and the only reason I went there was to get a car charger for my iPhone. This place is way too small for the amount of traffic they receive, even on a weekday. It smells like a gym (sweaty/musky) and everyone is packed like sardines. Just maneuvering around all the people is enough of a hassle, much less finding an associate to check you out. Once I was able to get to the back of the store, the prices for a simple charger were really too high to warrant purchasing (I should have expected this, but I thought maybe they wouldn't charge $20-30 for a simple usb car charger). I went back home and purchased a highly rated usb car charger on Amazon with free 2-day shipping for $4 total. Waiting 2 days and saving $16 is worth it to me. I'm one to pay for convenience, but only if it is actually convenient -- this store isn't. I'll never be back to that store and will purchase any iPhone accessories online in the future. read more

INCOMPETENCE!!!! That would be the best word to describe my experience today. My wife walks in to buy a phone, that's it. She already knows what she wants and just needs to buy it. Of course you can't do anything simple at Apple, instead when she ask someone for help she's told she has to find someone to put her name on a wait list to buy the phone but the rep can't do...for the next 15 real min's all that rep did was play on a phone and stand next to a wall...so she did nothing but couldn't help my wife??!! My wife then goes to one of the 4 people standing at the entrance who weren't there earlier and ask to buy a phone, she is told she will have to wait 20 minutes...(20 min to buy a phone??!!) and for the next 20+ minutes these ppl just do nothing but greet the random person who walks in. Over 30 minutes later my wife ask one of those same ppl standing up front when someone will help her....come to find out they can't find her on the list!!! F***ing idiots!! So then they say someone will come out and she'll be next. What kinda disorganized mess does Apple run?!?! All awhile this place and the ppl have the look of chaos and uncertainty in everything they do, the place is loud as can be and some idiot is in the back on a microphone teaching ppl how to use the supposed easiest phone in the world. I won't even go into how pathetic the last few "upgraded iphones have been, an iPhone 8 is the exact same as an iphone 5s but more expensive & memory and speed....probably bc Apple is purposefully slowing down older models to force you to buy a ridiculously priced new phone. I'm the time I wrote this review my wife still doesn't have the new phone(???) and I took a break to play with my son. The Samsung s8 is a way better phone, more advanced with more higher quality components with less hassle and cost...can't wait to get a new S9 this year or S8 and take this iphone out like the printer in "Office Space" was! read more

I had to go to this location to pick up my new iPhone replacement and I have to say that the Apple employees were awesome. Even with the store having a crowd of customers these folks work hard to ensure that each and every one of the customers in there were satisfied. It only took about 10 or 15 minutes for the sales representative to get my order, email me a receipt and tell me to have a wonderful day..The employees at this location are wonderful..Keep up the great job guys. read more

The worst customer service ever, i bought new phone 10 days ago and it stopped receiving signal, i didn't have appointment and just tried to see if they would help me! There was no line and three of the customers servers were free and dancing instead of helping me then the manager talked me said i can't help you without appointment while his coworkers are dancing, then out of nowhere he said i can help you after 3 pm how does that even make sense why you can't help me now but after 3 yes without appointment oh i see playing around and dancing is more important than Apple customers. read more

My home away from home. As an avid tech and gadget nut my love for this store is immeasurable. From this location I've gotten my 3GS, iMac, external drives, iPad, replacement batteries and more. Every time I step in there the employees are friendly and eager to help when they are free - which is why a star has been docked :( On busy days finding an associate that is not busy can be a task - however, after speaking with many they often have 15 or more employees working at a time but the demand of the shop is just so high. Once you grab hold of someone they will be utterly and faithfully loyal to you, your needs and your purchase. Very one on one. If you head into this store look for Will, he's an absolute star and is such a fun guy to talk to! I've had a few encounters with the genius bar, once when my MacBook's battery fried. Luckily I had an AppleCare plan and the battery was replaced no charge ($130-something no charge!). I love Apple products and in turn, love their stores as well. However, I'm completely biased. I came here twice for technical assistance, and both time I left satisfied. First time I came here because my back then brand new MacBook Pro was not charging at all. I narrowed it down to the power adapter, but I desperately need to replace it since I have to leave on a business trip for two weeks and cannot live without the MBP. I scheduled the appointment with Apple Store app on iPhone, and luckily got a 5 o'clock appointment. Brought my stuff in, ran the diagnostic on battery, confirmed battery was good, so they replaced the adapter, no question asked. Second time I came here with a friend because she dropped her iPhone in the toilet (HA!). Didn't have appointment, but they were willing to squeeze her in. The problem with the phone was the battery won't charge, so it constantly shut off automatically. The "genius" gave their standard "we don't do this normally, but I'm going to give you a one time deal." In the end, new phone, good attitude, and everyone goes home happy. read more

I'm not the biggest fan of Apple Stores. I LOVE Apple products, but the shopping experience at apple is NOT enjoyable. It's always so crowded (to the point where you can't hardly move and look at everything, it's hot in the store and it's always so loud!!! Just an awful shopping experience. I think that for all the money your spending on your electronics here that the shopping experience should be exceptional. I have a mid 2010 macbook pro that needed a program on it fixed. I made an appointment at the Genus Bar (online on the app), and when I walked in they had me sit in a section for appointments only. I talked to a last who didn't make an apt for the Genus Bar and they said they "maybe" they could work her in. She had been waiting six hours, and they told her they they didn't have any cancelations, so they could not work her in. I can't imagine waiting that long. She definitely should have made an appointment. But I sat down for about 15 minutes waiting and just talking to that lady and then they called my name and then they began servicing my laptop. It took him like 25 minutes to fix it and I was out of there. It was great service and I was in and out pretty fast. The genus bar is great as far as that goes. I would highly recommend making an appointment prior to going though, so that you don't have to wait. As far as my apple purchases go... I buy them at Best Buy just because the shopping experience is more enjoyable and less crowded. read more

I think this store must have listened to the complaints on this site. If you read through the reviews, the biggest drawbacks are not enough employees to help you and not enough genius bar appointments. These are regular issues at the Southpoint store--so much that I avoid going at all costs. However, on Sunday night my computer screen went black and I couldn't get it to work. On Monday morning, I popped online (with a friend's computer :) to make a Genius Bar appointment, and like usual, Southpoint was booked up for days. I went on the Crabtree site and found lots of availability that day! When I walked into the store for my 2pm appt, it was PACKED. But they had a very friendly person at the front directing "traffic", and she took me right to the Genius Bar and checked me in. In five minutes, Katie called me over, and in five minutes she had diagnosed my problem--a fried logic board. This was a $900 part and my AppleCare had expired, but Katie found out that my computer was part of a batch that had been shipped with bad logic boards, so she arranged to have it replaced totally free. I walked out at 1:55 (before my actual appointment scheduled!) with the assurance I would get my computer back the next day. The most amazing part was that I got a phone call at 6pm--they had already fixed my computer! I drove back over there and they got me my computer in 2 minutes, with a smile on their faces the whole time. They're all awesome, and Katie is a miracle worker! read more

Up until Black Friday 2019, this was my Apple Store to go to in terms of brick and mortar locations. I've never had a complaint about my experiences there, especially when I got my brand new iPhone there earlier this year. However, when it came time to buy my mother a new phone to replace her vintage iPhone as a Christmas gift, they wouldn't release it to me because I wasn't the primary account holder or an authorized delegate to pick it up. When I brought up the fact that I got my new phone from the same store on the same account using the same online procedure, the mustachioed beta male holding the phone hostage said that I shouldn't have received my phone like that. Maybe Apple changed the fine print on their store procedures or maybe (and I suspect this is the case), that the morning crew at this Apple Store felt they had a license to act like big shots because they had just opened that day and wanted to follow "protocol" to an overzealous degree to suck up to the boss. My previous store experiences at this location have been in the afternoons with a more laid-back crew that has nothing to prove and willing to help someone who knows what they are there for. I'm waiting for my $$$ to be refunded so I can buy a new phone at a different location, even to the point of having it delivered to my house so I don't have to deal with the indignity of know-nothings wearing an Apple logo shirt and a white lanyard standing between me and something I know a hell of a lot more about then them. read more

After reading the reviews for this store i can fully understand how it can be frustrating to many. There isn't any clear direction where to go, and it is really crowded, but this review is about the people who helped me. First, I called in to make sure that if the website says its in stock that they truly have it, aka the iPhone 6. The lady on the phone was really great and answering my question and helping me with what I needed, so props to them for the huge help! Second, I ordered my phone online and went to pick it up at the store and I'll admit it was a little confusing for me and my brother at first. We got checked in and waited a few minutes. No big deal for me since I knew I had my phone so I wasn't going to lose it. The guy who helped whose name was Mickey was really awesome! He answered the questions me and my brother had without any snobbish attitude. In all my experience was really good there with the call in and with walking in. This store did not have any available Mac repair appointments 7 days out (the maximum) to book online; so my wife went in 1st thing on a Wednesday morning (10AM) as a walk-in. Three times they promised her a scheduled time in which they ultimately did not honor. By 12:30PM when my wife returned, which was the 2nd scheduled adjustment time, they said "sorry, we can't do it", and proposed that the next available time was 5PM, which my wife did not wait around for. That would have been 7 hours overall at the mall waiting to get a repair. Lastly, when they quoted to have her iPhone glass repaired at the same time for $129, they did the repair and said, "sorry, its $149." Not sure what's going on with this Apple store. read more

First time EVER using apple store. had an appointment for 6:30 pm to fix my 12 pro camera, they rushed me out the store hurried me out and signed my contract papers for a loaner phone. He VERY CAREFUL with this apple store they are VERY SHADY. They gave me a chipped screen and throughout daily use it tended to crack more. I am now responsible for apple's responsibility. lthey wanted to charge $170 for a new screen but went with a 3rd party. My 12 pro was covered in full. Big thumbs up. I always pre order through the app, drop in the store for pickup, and out in a jiffy. During COVID I'd do the pickup from the parking lot. Every time - great service, easy, and exactly what I wanted. They follow all COVID standards too which I appreciated. Great service and respectful of others. Well I have to admit that from the outside it looks like madness in the store. I couldn't for the life of me figure out what sane person would dare enter this store. I love my iPhone and I use it as an additional appendage so you know how serious I am. It seems as though the ciaos is just that...ciaos. However, it is organized ciaos. I dare not try to explain too much because I don't know it. From what I can figure out the best way to get service is to go online and make a reservation. Walking in and putting your name on the list is like going to Vegas and expecting the slots to always pay. Just go online, pick your service and time and you will be fine. It's that easy. Totally new to the world of APPL , inc so I don't know the ins and outs. All I can say is when I went in, I was so lost and confused with the madness of my phone and the things it was doing was worthy of a spot on tour with David Blaine. The first tech...who was an expert could not figure it out. She looked at my laptop then my phone and then my laptop and asked to take my phone to the back. I told her browbeating the phone won't help I did that already. Anyways, when she came back she came with some muscle. I was told I was not going to be able to sync my phone because I can't sync it to my mac because it was confused and thought it was still connected to my PC. I was told how to resolve it...however, after the fix my phone is still wacko. I turned it on yesterday and my phone is missing all my music and a few apps are frozen in the loading stage again. Went because my phone died and never turned back on. I bought the iPhone brand new from a retailer and went to the Apple store to replace with my warranty. About a month or so I noticed my phone being super slow and having technical issues. I went back to the Apple store and asked if they gave me a refurbished phone they said no re-manufactured and that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. ONE I paid for a brand new phone and they gave me used one they say is consider brand new well it was not it's a POS. Do to corona Apple closed its store a month before my warranty was up and was not able to go back to ask for another replacement and now they won't do anything for me. I do love my iPhone but the Apple store is a f***king joke!!! read more
