During the COVID-19 pandemic, I was getting ready for an important Zoom meeting when I accidentally spilled an entire tumbler of piping hot green tea on my MacBook Air. After a few weeks of my MacBook Pro (2011) slowing down to an unacceptable speed (you know watching the "beach ball a lot") I decided I was going to have to buy a new MacBook. This was after calling the Apple helpline and talking to the staff in a the local store. I really didn't want to part with $1k to $2k plus software plus time etc. but I thought I had no alternative. After a text and quick phone call Ahmed had it pretty much figured out and we set up an appointment where he went over the machine and explained a number of options. No pressure to do everything he just calmly explained it all. As an aside I also heard him with another customer and he was very patient explaining her issues as well. Long story short I agreed to have him do most of the items and about 5 hours later picked up basically a new refurbished / rebuilt machine.
