Matt is actually the goat. I walked into the Apple Store and they told me it was going to be like an hour to an hour and a half wait, so I was mentally preparing to just sit there forever. But Matt overheard what was going on with my phone and literally came and grabbed me right away. He listened, understood the problem immediately, and got my claim handled super quick. They managed to waste 3 hours of my life plus my fuel to go to and from the store. I walked in and talked to an employee right away who I told my problem (my camera glass was shattered) she set me up with an appointment. I show back up for the appointment time which was an hour and a half after I initially got there. I check in and get told to go wait towards the back until they call me. An hour went by after checking in for my appointment and they finally called me to tell me to sit at a different table and wait for help. The guy came around and asked what was going on and I showed him the cracked glass over my camera. He decides to run diagnostics on my phone and then takes it to take pictures with it. He said there was no problems he could find so I straight out asked him if they could fix the glass. He said yes but they don't have parts. I picked up my stuff and left. read more

The Salesperson was helpful, managed to get me locked out of my phone, thereby not transferring my old phone apps to new phone. Failed to inform that the new phone would need an upgrade to the charging system for rapid charging, thereby MISSING an opportunity to $$ sell me something functional, only sales suggestion was for a $50 phone case. When I contacted Apple support about my issues the AI was more courteous and helpful than a live person. My opinion of the Apple company is greatly diminished. I wanted 2 hours and 30 min for them to reboot my phone. I wasted so much time at this store all the team members are asking to go on lunch on the floor no one wants to work every one is all over the place not doing work. They take way too long with a single customer and it looks like they are favoriting who they want to work with. This was a complete waste of my time. It took 5 minute get my phone back on and I waited 2hrs for someone to help me. I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied with my treatment here. No one knows what they are doing. It looks like no one wants to work. I was around a bunch of h of people that wasted my time the energy in this place was so horrible. No one was professional and it was extremely disorganized. I was so overwhelmed after leaving I had to call out of work because I'm so frustrated from my treatment. This is a horrible store. No professionals are present. read more

Update 2 days later: You can not open the boxes in the store. Some rule... But when I got home I found out the portable charger can't. Be used in a purse or back pack or fanny pack. It's a heat and venting issue. Counter top only. We clearly explained our intent. In a back pack on a French Coast 2 week trek . And the cord connect is for a lightning connection phone and her's is usb-c. So we can't use the cord provided anyway. It's a good thing we tried a set up and did read the fold out. Totally unusable and all have to go back. And we had 2 genius people helping. Obviously no one reads the fold outs. I knew In 3 minutes this wasn't going to fly. So Back today for full refund. 2 week policy. So glad she didn't discover this in France. That's in a week. Whew!!! read more

I got an iPad Pro in Illinois and then went to Tucson for a vacation. While I was there, I realized I needed more space for videos and music. but it was just past the 14-day return period. I called the Apple Store at La Encantada and asked if I could trade in my iPad Pro for one with more storage. The manager was so helpful and said it was no problem at all. I then went to the Apple store, and the exchange was super easy. I was so grateful! The service was amazing, both on the phone and in person! This store has the RUDEST customer service team I've come into contact with. They decided to have a seminar and kicked us all out of our seating and proceeded to pull away the extra chairs that weren't filled. There's people with disabilities! The man who conducts seminars needs to be fired or suspended for his complete lack of empathy or respect. After 21 years with Apple, we switched to Android. This store is a mess. read more

Garbage service. The incompetence of this stores workers are unmatched. We sent in a an expensive 500$ AirPod Max which had lost its ability to connect to a device. It had some more time on its apple care so we sent it in hopeful that they would fix it and were messaged that they were going to give us a replacement pair. I decided to head to the apple store for a new screen protector for my iPhone 15 pro, but I went the day after launch day and lets just say it was a MAD HOUSE! First Impression: As per usual! The apple store is always clean, friendly and lively. Wouldn't expect any less :). Interactions: I was greeted at the door, and inside the store. They really do a good job at making sure you feel welcomed. The customer service at the store is top notch considering how hectic the store can be. Service: The service was pretty quick considering how jam packed the store was on post launch day. I probably should of waited a few days in reality, but I needed a screen protector on the new phone. Honestly was pretty shocked how fast I was able to get in and out since there were lines out the door (literally). Value: $42 dollars is a good value for a screen protector that holds up well and has insurance on it if it doesn't hold up. Long-term investment is how I look at it so the price may seem steep but considering what you get its worth it IMO. Mileage may vary on how you view the cost to ROI. Recommendation: I had a good experience going there despite it being extremely packed/busy. While I'd say I wouldn't go there during launch days, most days I've gone to the store its usually pretty busy. Aside from the visit, totally would recommend anyone visit for any needs/concerns they might have with there phone or products. Their customer service really is top notch. read more

My cell phone battery died and i went to the Apple Store to get a replacement. What an ORDEAL!!! It took me three trips to accomplish what took me one trip previously. Im disabled and it took much effort to get to the store half way across town in 110* heat. I had to make an appointment and return the next day. Then, I waited 35 minutes to be seen on the second visit even though i had an appointment. Finally, i was told I'd have to wait three hours or come back AGAIN later to pick up my phone. We went in on a Monday about noon without an appointment. This is not their quiet day. There were a lot of people there. There were also about 18 staff there assisting customers. Check in process was very good. We got checked in and headed over to check out the new iMacs while we waited for someone to help us. Cezar stopped by to see if we knew what we wanted and what kind of services we needed. He seemed to speed things up once we had spoken with him. Another team member came by and got us on the Genius Bar list. They were able to migrate much of our data from the old computer. We were fine with the 24-48 hour estimate for the migration. Our 13+ years old iMac needed all the help it could get after serving us well. Actually ended up getting the migration done in less than three hours! Matt B was awesome at the Genius Bar! Cezar was amazing throughout! Seemed he could not get across the room without a team member asking him questions. Incredible expertise in all that we saw him involved with. Everyone we dealt with was great! We noticed that all of team members dealt well with all the customers. Really interesting to see each of them being able to assist those customers who are older and perhaps struggling with the technology. Just an amazing experience! We were able to have our old computer recycled there. One stop shopping and incredible experience! Great customer service! Patient and friendly staff! Well worth the one hour drive from our home. I was having issues with my AirPod pros and found out Apple has a repair/ replacement plan for them. I was able to make an appointment at the Apple Store very easily online. Once I showed up for my appointment and check in I waited about 10-15 mins to talk with a technician and explain the issues with my AirPod Pros. AJ took my AirPods into the back and ran some diagnostic tests on them. Apparently she was having issues running the test so I waited for about 25 mins. Thankfully there's lots of Apple things to look at and try. AJ said the diagnostic showed my AirPods weren't working correctly so they replaced both free of charge. Really appreciate that Apple stands behind their products with this level of customer service. read more

Our representative AJ was very good at explaining what was going on with them. However, they are not quite two years old and failing already. Since I was out of warranty, I could have replaced each earbud for $89 apiece, which would come out to practically getting a new set. So I think I will wait until they both die. I am happy to have an apple store near me. I can see and try things before buying, take classes and get repairs done. It is usually crowded but they are pretty efficient. You can order online and pick something up in store or curbside. You will be checked in when you arrive. To pick up you are given a widow about 2 hours from your order. They have accessories like hard drives, cases, and more. There are a lot of helpers to assist you. All staff are wearing masks and are pleasant. I've found people to be very helpful. read more

My iPhone 13 was acting crazy. Siri was not responding. Neither was Google maps giving me proper directions. Also, I had some difficulty making certain phone calls. All of these problems were frustratingly intermittent. I took it into this Apple Store and spoke to a representative by the name of Erica. She first checked my AppleCare plus subscription. And then she told me that she was sorry to report to me that my subscription had lapsed 100 days ago. I asked her why I was not informed that my insurance was about to expire And her response was that it was an Apple policy never to notify customers that their AppleCare plus was about to expire. She then took my phone into another room. Shortly later, she returned with the phone and said that a diagnostic check had been done and my phone needed a new antenna to access data. The estimate for the repair cost was $500. I told her this phone was only about two years old and cost me $1000 at that time. And then took my phone to an independent repair man in town. He did a diagnostic check for $30 and reported to me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my phone. He recommended I call my carrier and get a new Sim card. After some lengthy phone calls with my carrier , they finally replaced my Sim card with an eSIM. When that happened all my problems were resolved with this phone. I will continue to buy Apple products because I believe their hardware and their software are superior to anything else on the market. But I'm very disappointed in the business practices of this company. read more

Wow! What an experience! And not a good one. Don't get me wrong....I absolutely love going in to Apple stores but I will be avoiding this one in particular. It was busy when I went and no, I didn't have an appointment. The staff was so incredibly rude. I walked in, they greeted me yes, with the "Hi" followed by "how can we help you?" There were 3 employees standing together. But the fact that I said "I was wondering if you have protective watch faces because my came off" (it never really stuck on right); one of the 3 employees said "Nope, that's why you should get Apple Care" and then hand signaled me to the door. Just wow! I just stood there for a second in disbelief while the two other employees just laughed at their coworker's comment to me. I thought to myself....I have to leave, I can't look around?" I mean, usually that should be followed with asking me if there's anything else I need or if I want to look around. For reference, I'll add that it was about 20 minutes before closing and there were still a lot of people inside. It's understandable that they want to get off work on time but this was very bad customer service. They could've also added that they were closing soon but you shouldn't signal your customers to the door to leave simply because they asked a question. I felt very unwelcome here. News flash: there's nicer ways to say things. And I do have Apple Care btw. But I wasn't asked if I had it, instead I was told what I should have. Terrible. read more

I had an excellent experience at Apple La Encantada. I went into the Apple store to upgrade my apple watch. I was really unsure on what new watch I wanted to get. Noa was very helpful! I loved how she gave input on what watch she liked and why. I found this very helpful! I personally have difficultly on choosing electronic products. So having someone like Noa take the time to explaining everything is fantastic! She made me feel very confident in my decision on my new watch.
