This past Sunday we had the pleasure of having Ivan and Abby serve our event. And what amazing service they provided. No frowns, no complaints, no attitude. Kudos to Ivan and Abby for the great service, smiles and beautiful attitude! They were on it! And they were fun too. Last year the service was so good we booked our event right on the spot. We did not want to lose our spot in having our event catered at Bullwinkles! And to top it off, it was a pleasure to meet with Tina and Courtney to go over the menu and any questions regarding our event. What a delight it was to sit with them and enjoy some good laughs. We also added some large games to our space as well. We then made it upstairs for our dinner program and the buffet was amazing! Delicious and tenor serving they have a very nice event space upstairs. The staff were very nice. Two notes would just be that they had our program run on a court back to back with another group so it was ackward since we needed all those large games set up, had preset beverages and appetizers. Plus a full check in table. The other court was empty so I'm not certain why we weren't just in the other space. Then they also only had the front bar open in the first hour versus the one right at the courts and bowling where we were and other guests enjoying their time. In the case of our group it also left us separated into two since as they waited for drinks then they just became comfortable in the front bar talking. They did open the upstairs bar once we moved up there. I would book an event here again I would just make sure to clearly note some of those details and/or even book the court an extra hour to ensure no crossover even though I was able to set up 15 minutes before our event start.
