I've been going here for awhile. The service and the food has always been good. That is about all I can say that's why it's four stars. I ate dinner at this Applebee's last night, and was really disappointed with the food and the service. It was a busy Saturday night, but there's no excuse for bad food. My fries were hot, but my chicken fajita wrap was cold, slimy, and disgusting. My drink was $8, but was mostly ice. What a rip off! Service was very slow as well. I won't be back! read more

Buyer beware...these bonus cards they are promoting are not like regular restaurant gift cards. They can only be used one at a time and not on alcohol. Would have been nice to know this prior to purchasing $200 worth of gift cards. Food is good, servers are always very nice, however the DM in this location is very rude and always has been. Not sure if she likes her job, but she has zero customer service skills. Twice we have dealt with her and both times she has been extremely rude and condescending. When realizing our "bonus cards" would not work unless used one at a time, we became obviously very upset because upon purchasing gift cards as gifts, we were never told these stipulations. The DM did end up taking them off our bill, however then returned to our table, and proceeded to lecture us on how we should have read the back of the cards to realize that they could only be used one at a time, etc., but that she would take them off just this one time. So my question is, when I bought the original gift cards, did the server tell me I should read the fine print on the back of the bonus cards before purchasing the gift cards? Did anyone ever attempt to provide me with the bonus gift cards to read prior to purchasing the gift cards? Is this information displayed anywhere on your billboards or mentioned in your commercials prior to people walking out your doors with gift cards. No it isn't and no they never mentioned it nor did anyone ever provide me with the bonus gift cards to read prior to purchasing the $200 in regular gift cards. So miss DM before you lecture me on what I should have done because you obviously hate your job and want nothing more than to be home with your cats, here's some tips to make your restaurant more efficient/better. 1. Hire a new DM 2. Help your staff more, instead of standing at the end of your bar and gazing around, clean off a table. We were there a month prior and the entire restaurant was covered in dirty dishes. You would walk through occasionally. Do you think you grabbed any of those dirty dishes..NOT. It made your customers feel like they were eating out of a pit. Your staff might respect you more as opposed to bad mouthing you when you leave the room. I experienced that upon the gift card experience. They would like more help and they even since the attitude oozing from you. 3. Smile..the perma B---- face isn't flattering 4. When you help a customer an apology goes a long ways. A simple hey we screwed up works. Here's what I can do for you..we'll work on that.. I wouldn't be writing this book and be more likely to recommend others to return to your establishment. However, that will never happen and I will NEVER be back. Hey Applebee's, work on hiring a new DM for this location. I realize I'm just a number and definitely won't be missed, but one persons word goes a long ways and I plan on telling everyone I know about this experience and posting this review on as many places as I can. read more

They turn down the music ever time you play a song and service is lazy and can't remember anything.

This is mine & my fiance's favorite Applebee's location. The food is great, hot & perfect portion sizes every time. Love the spinach artichoke dip & wonton tacos for an appetizer. The quesadilla burger & oriental chicken salad are a couple of my favorite entrees. I always ask for the spicy asian chili sauce to dip my fries in. Service has always been friendly, the last couple of times we went the severs were just a little slow to check on us & forgot minor things (lemon in my water & didn't bring out my son's chocolate milk with his meal, no biggie) but they seemed like they were new. I'm surprised this doesn't have as many stars as I'd thought, I've been to many Applebee's & this one is the best! read more

Good place to go for happy hour. After 9pm everyday they have $1.50 pints and half off appetizers. The service at this location is great. They also have trivia on Tuesday nights which is a blast. read more

Not sure what was going on Friday April 4th at this location but my friends and I were rushed by our server and the manager from the beginning of our meal. At one point the server put her hand on a dinner plate and tried to take it away as my friend was attempting to take her last bite. The place was not busy at 5:00 and still wasn't busy when we left. I had a to go order that I waited for at the bar..... the balance difference between when the bill hit my hands and came back after ringing up increased $5.66.....I missed this and when home to pull all receipts for work called the manager who "due to a third party" could he settle this other than dealing with the credit card. States he just emailed me a $20 gift cert and of course nothing came my way. So I'm out that money as the auditors here at work won't pay it. Watch your tickets at the bar! read more

I've been noticing a steady decline in the food quality over the years. I asked for malt vinegar and was given a bunch of plastic packets like what they give you at McDonald's. What happened to a bottle of malt vinegar? You do have ketchup in a bottle. I ordered the half slab of ribs with fries and grilled veggies. The ribs bones were really small and the meat didn't even compare to other competing franchises. The grilled veggies had a weird taste as if they had been frozen, thawed and then grilled. The fries were not cooked properly and were a bit soft, not crunchy. Overall the veggies had no flavor and the fries tasted bland. The booth looked really busy with different types of menus to put a newspaper stand to shame, and now at every table, there are tablets flashing all kinds of commercial advertisements and games designed to lure people to play and swipe their credit cards, to order appetizers and desserts, waitress be damned. read more

I've been coming to Applebee's for years. I absolutely love the food and normally the service is great. But this time, I don't think I've ever been so profiled in my life. My friends and I are younger, but that doesn't mean you should automatically assume we're not going to tip well and in return, give us bad service. Our server forgot about us while being very social, nice and paid close attention to the other tables around us. We waited for a very long time for him to come take our orders and I waited for at least 15 minutes for another refill on my drink. When he would come over, he was not smiley and social as he had just been at the table next to us. He was very short and honestly acted like he didn't care. Felt like he had taken one look and decided we weren't worth his effort. We decided to leave a note expressing that we were not happy. As we're leaving, he came outside to tell us thank you for the notes and that the notes are why we got bad service. It was very unprofessional. I felt extremely judged and uncomfortable. I am a server. I know when there is good and when there is bad service. read more
