I've been to probably 20 Applebees locations in my life, and I have to say that this one ranks pretty average. The service is always pretty attentive, and the food is always good. I usually order something new each time I go, but lately I've been ordering their sirloin off the 550 calorie menu. Most places fail at cooking a steak to my liking, but this Applebee's was spot-on with my Medium-Medium Rare. Due to its close proximity and my good experiences, I'll keep going back. read more

I tried, really tried to like this Applebees. 4 visits in the past three weeks (business trip). Extremely poor service as s single diner. One night it was the 20 minute wait to have anyone ask for a drink order (while I saw multiple other tables get seated, drink orders taken, and their drinks delivered). Two different nights I was brought the wrong food. And another I practically had to tackle a waitperson to get my bill. All seemed very strange given this is a restaurant surrounded by hotels with single dining business types. I observed a manager only once in the four visits. The wait staff all seemed inexperienced. And they didn't help or cover for each other. I saw one poor gal working madly, while a couple others stood around chatting with each other for lack of anything to do. Mostly mediocre bar food. Heavy fried foods, greasy burgers and such. Weak attempt at regular entrees - very low quality steak, barely cooked veggies, heavy sauces and cold hot food. Only reason this place gets two stars instead of one is the wings. I'm a fan of the double crunch bone in wings with spicy Asian chili seasoning. They are excellent. Not excellent enough to make up for the other problems, but dang, I like those wings! So, bottom line think of this place as a bar and it makes more sense. If you're looking for a beer and some bar food, this place is okay. If you're looking for a meal at a restaurant that happens to have bar service, it's a disappointment. I'll only be back if I'm going to the bar for a beer. read more

It's a chain restaurant so I don't expect things to be perfect. People around here talk down on chains because it's all about small business and buy local which I do strongly support. I give every business a fair shake. As for this Applebee's, the staff, servers/hostess/bartenders/curbside to go are always friendly and fast. Drinks are always mixed well, foods never come out messed up and if there happens to be any kind of issue, which rarely happens, it's attended to pretty fast. The managers walk around and check on the customers and we love that they offer a kids eat for .99 night. They've had a balloon animal guy that makes the kiddos happy and he works for tips. To start with, the mozarella sticks were the bomb. I could eat only the mozarella sticks and be satisfied already. As for the main course I ordered a medium rare steak. Sadly, I got a well done steak instead. I immediately asked the server to replace it and they seemed to make uo for it. As for the steak's taste it doesnt really seem high quality to me for its price. The more I ate the more basic it tasted. But overall service is good and food is okay I guess. Came in on a Friday, after grandma gave me some gift cards for my birthday--i haven't stepped foot in a bee's for years, so I didnt know what to expect. Was definitely suprised with the upgraded food menu and more diversity in the menu. Friendly service and great chicken tender platter! Typical Applebee's fare. No better. No worse. Decent employees but nothing memorable. This restaurant is very conveniently located to four enormous hotels all sharing the same parking lot essentially. It can get busy the later you wait to go. I suggest having dinner right at 5pm or so. Personally, I'm a huge fan of the Bourbon Street Steak plate. Total calories are 720 which isn't horrible. read more

We had an excellent experience at this restaurant. We came here for a pre-flight meal and let the server know that we had a limited time. My daughter's kids meal was ready within a couple of minutes of ordering, as was my cheeseburger and fries. We were told that ribs may take longer to cook, but it was only about 5 minutes more of a wait. Our waitress, Sheyenne, was considerate and efficient, and brought our check without our asking as we were finishing up. I paid for the meal and tipped with my credit card using the on-table card reader, which was fast and easy. We finished our meal with over 45 minutes to spare! The food was good as well. I brought my father to Applebee's because he wanted a margarita we ordered our food and ordered salads and an appetizer platter. They brought our salads and appetizer and the bam they brought our entrees and mine was cold. My nephew is a manager of an Applebee's and would never send food out without a QC making sure the food is the best it can be. Shane in Applebee's for sending out this food. Our waitress was great! Helped us through the menu and with selecting the right thing. We asked for a ton of ranch and the manager. Brought us out four big ranch cups and conversed for a little, he was super friendly as well! Definitely a good choice for the happy hour drinks and great entrees !! I have not been to Applebee's in years, and ordered them through grub hub. After delivery fees my total came to $55, I recieved the wrong order and what was delivered came to $34 according g to the receipt which reflected an entirely different order number. I contacted Applebee's regarding the order error, and the difference of what I paid. I was told I would recieve a $25 gift card via email after things slowed down, and the error was caused because my driver took the wrong bag, He explained the orders were messed up because there were two Tanya orders, a Tanya C & Tanya F ( the receipt from the To Go ticket just says Tanya by the way) but, ok the email should be recieved in about an hour. After providing my email address several times I waited the hour, no email. I called a couple of hours later, the manager lied and said he tried to call me because he had the email wrong. He asked someone else to take my email address, and I provided a different one to try and make things easier, after giving my email address and my name several times to the managers employee, she states I should get the email within the hour. Now, 2 more hours later no email. A $21 difference is a big deal to me, but keep your gift card, I won't be returning. With restaurants struggling to stay afloat, it would behoove Applebee's management team to do a better job at sticking to their word. read more

I really like this Applebee's because they always get my order right guy and the temperature of my food is Hot! Not like warm room temperature like other chains. I order takeout through yelp and the app menu prefer format is easy and simple. Open late night and friendly staff. I drove over from a near by motel, Ted's Montana Grill had a 45 minute wait, so I settled for Applebee's. I was surprised to see how slow it was considering the neighboring restaurant. It didn't take long to figure it out. Most of the staff didn't seem to care, I mean not very enthusiastic about customers coming in. I ordered the Quesadilla burger no fries I substituted for a side salad. Which they explained would be a $1.69 up charge which is not uncommon. I don't get it though I mean considering the cost between the two items either way that point didn't effect my review however the wilted, small, sloppy salad that I payed extra for did. I was given two options on how my burger was cooked, pink or no pink. Now anytime my wife gives me that option I use a play on words and it's PINK please! However that night I opted for no pink. Ordered take out at this Applebee's. Got back to hotel and spinach artichoke dip was cold. Not room temp cold but like it had been in a cooler all day. The oriental salad had no dressing in it. I ordered from this applebees through Grubhub. When I started the order it was a 20 dollar minimum. when I tried to order it, it had increased to 30 dollars. That wouldn't have been that bad if it didn't take them over an hour to make the food. Once my food finally arrived it was already cold. Which I in no way blame the driver for this. I blame their poor time management from the company as you can track where your food is on the app. Also, when I got my order it was wrong. I ordered mashed potatoes and green beans with my steak and got mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. A horrible combo that Id be terrified if anyone asked for. Then I ordered two brownie bites, only received one, and there was no scoop of ice cream like the description states. Literally a horrible place to order. I wont even be going to the restaurant physically after this. Applebees wonders why people don't eat there anymore, it would help if they sent out accurate orders in a timely manner to avoid their food getting cold before arrival. Don't order from here. Its a waste of money and I wish I had looked at reviews before I placed my order and just got food elsewhere. I don't expect a refund for not getting some of the items I ordered. I placed an order for car side pick up yesterday September 29th, 2019 and then called the store after placing the order to let them know that I was parked in a disabled parking space and gave them my reason why. Not only did they get my order correct that day but they actually came to the spot I was parked to bring me my order. Everything was hot well packaged and the bag contained utensils napkins and condiments. Thank you to the staff at this Applebee's for making my night a little better. read more

I'm in town for work , this place is right across the street, very convenient. The steak was prepared medium as I requested . Tasted great , no A1 or other sauce needed. The Food was GREAT!!!! The Service was HORRIBLE and our sever SAM was rude! When we had first arrived and hadn't even sat down yet, she was already asking for drinks when we hadn't even gotten a chance to look at the menu. She then only asked 3 members of our party ( there were 6 of us) for drinks and then left. We then had to wait 5 more minutes for the rest of our party get drink orders. After we had got our appetizers she already asked us if we were ready for our entrees, as if we were being rushed through our service. Luckily we already knew what we wanted so we just ordered. After the entrees arrived, our server checked on us once and disappeared for about 30min, didn't come back to offer no kind of refills on drinks, didn't offer dessert, nothing. We had to flag her down about getting boxes for our food and about our military discount. This place was once great but is now being drug down to nothing. We will not be back. read more

Saturday evening with 30 people in entire restaurant and 20 employees standing around bar and counter talking to themselves, couldn't get attention either bar tender, finally got a refill for my vodka club soda... And she used the same glass and the leftover lemon( should have been lime) and seeds and I and straw I threw in the drink. Brought back the brand-new drink in same glass without even dumping out old remnants. All I can say is wow, unfortunately I was so pissed off I didn't say anything because I just wanted to get out of there. If you go here be more vocal! Although, okay, one or two/few of the complaints could be valid. I hear ya. What I have to say: very delicious. Food was very good! Service was awesome & friendly. Staying right across the way at Hampton Inn, so I walked over despite the bad reviews. It's open til 12am so that's good for the "long hours" worker. Steak quesadillas appetizer was really, really good. Packed with meat! Salads are delish too. And when I went in the first night, the place was packed...so it can't be that bad. read more
