Very good food, but they've taken out the fried green bean appetizer - boo... :) But they've added garlicky green beans as a side, which we didn't try. The hamburgers are always good, and this time I had the French onion soup, which was fine. We will be back! Our server was ok, our regular one must not be here on her shift - she is great! I go here almost every year for my birthday and i enjoy it every time, food is severed fast with great costumer service but last time i was in there i asked for a lemonade and he never came back so at the end when we were paying i said "thanks for the lemonade" and he said oh yeah for sure, it may have just been a busy day. The worst dining in any restaurant in a long time. The ribs were dry and tasteless. My sons burger was over cooked with no condiments and the bread was like toast. My daughters pasta was dry and over cooked. And they served the wife's spinach with blue cheese crumble salad with no blue cheese, only to say they ran out after we asked about it. read more

The food isn't that great, but decent for the price. 90% of my visits were during their happy hour. They have some good half price appetizers to choose from. The nachos are decent, but once you dig in it is easy to notice the low quality (they get pretty soggy and some of the ingredients don't taste quite right). Their best appetizer has to be the buffalo wings. There are several different glazes to choose from. The main reason for going here was that I had a friend under 21 and this place is the only one that has happy hour outside of the bar as well. They used to serve Mac and Jacks, but dropped it. That pretty much killed any slightly good beer selection. Their selection now is horrible. Overall, the food is decent, but there are much better places to get similar style food. Mostly we order Car Side To Go. Rarely has there been an issue. Staff is friendly and the takeout is consistent and the 2 for $20 is a great go-to for days we're both too tired to cook. Food was delicious. Service was fine. The glass in my food, not so much. I found two pieces of glass in my food and the manager tried to tell me it was rock salt. I told her if it was rock salt it would dissolve. I have plenty experience with dissolving substances - I work in science. She said "well I didn't put it in my mouth, so I don't know what it tastes like." Lady, I can differentiate salt from glass! They were very apologetic but a bit condescending when it came to what the substance actually was. I'm glad this didn't happen to a child or somebody with weaker teeth. read more

Ordered car side tonight. Paid for cheese on my broccoli. No cheese. Ordered garlic green beans with salmon, got dry broccoli. Ordered side salads and got the tiniest cup of dressing that coated about half the salad. Ordered 32oz Diet Pepsi, got a 16oz cup with a straw. Very disappointing but also very typical for this restaurant. I keep trying but they keep failing. Tried to call when we opened the order and after being transferred twice and having to re explain the messed up order each time I just hung up after my 3rd transfer. Get it together Applebee's. Not worth 60 bucks. Losing my business one mess up at a time. read more

This is by far the best Applebee's around. The servers are great with names. Every time I've walked in I have been greeted by name. The service is great, though when the restaurant is packed it can be a bit slow. The service in the bar is great. Cody and his team behind the counter are amazing. Have never had a bad drink or conversation. If something does come up they do their best to address the situation and make it right. 5 stars and 2 thumbs way up from a happy customer. read more

So, we used to like this place, especially when they had the orange chicken bowl...it was really good,but they don't have that on the menu anymore. Decided to stop there for lunch today. Wife and I got burgers and fries, because their burgers used to be good too. Mine was just OK, sat on my stomach like a rock for a long time. Wife's burger came out looking like it had been deep fried in grease, then dropped on the floor - seriously! It was missing most of the ingredients that the menu said it should have had,and the meat patty was falling apart and honestly looked like it had been on the floor, then picked up and put back on the overly greasy bun - disgusting! In mid September I stopped in with my girlfriend and her two boys. Her oldest son has CP and was in a wheel chain. First the host tried to take us down an isle with high chairs in it. I said the wheelchair won't fit he gets mad and moves us to a different table. After sitting for 10 min and service people walking by not helping us at all and the wait staff openly making fun of a disabled child, loud enough all of us could here. We got up and left. On the way out I confronted the manager and was told that people openly bashing a disabled child was not her problem and offered no apologies. read more

This place is great! It's just right for the location, fairly priced and have great "perfect margaritas". My favorite is the oriental chicken salad, but I tried the French dip Sliders yesterday and they were good too:) Reading the other reviews on how "cheap" the food is is just annoying. Yes, it's Applebees, like Red Robin, Ruby Tuesdays and TGIFridays. It's a restaurant with a bar in the middle and TV's everywhere! If people under 21 weren't allowed in and it was just a bar with a dance floor and pool table it would be the cleanest, best bar food around. If you want a "good" steak, go to a steakhouse....like El Guaucho and pay for it. I wouldn't order a steak at Applebee's but a sandwich or salad and a drink is just fine. Also, this particular restaurant is located in a parking lot with a WalMart and they're complaints about the "cheap" food? Really? I've paid a lot more for food and wish I'd have eaten at Applebee's instead. read more

I went to this restaurant with my family about 7 of us. The waitresses were rude we asked to be moved to a bigger table so we could sit together they acted as though this was a huge inconvenience , and if that wasn't the beginning to a really bad experience. Our food arrives and wasn't the greatest but than my cousin finds a curly hair in her cocktail sauce which was so gross. The staff never apologized the waitress put all of our bills on the same tab after we all asked for separate tabs and only agreed to comp my cousins meal when after being grossed out everyone was done eating it wouldn't have been as bad if the staff would have been more pleasant to deal with. I work in customer service and I would never treat my guests the way we were treated even when the hair was found we were very discrete about bringing it to their attention i just wish they could have been more discrete with there attitudes . The problems AND benefits of this Applebee's are attributable to policies of their main office and not the Restaurant #7554 known alternatively as Graham, WA Applebee's. All commentary is the opinion of the Author. First the good: Among the best French Fries I've had in years. Onion Rings were without a doubt the best I've ever eaten. Service was great, ALTHOUGH... they seem to hand off wait staff quite often as has happened on each of the last three visits. This can make the diner self concious. We asked little of our staff, though they provided a lot. Maybe we got there during shift change ? The not so great: All rib related offerings have been un satisfying due to the minuscule amount of meat provided. The Riblets are not found in nature (being a thin layer of meat over a flat bone structure) and in my opinion would be best not found in Applebee's. The half rack of ribs was frustrating in that there wasn't enough meat to be satisfying. Very thin meat Selection of meals on the 2 for $20 menu was limited. Value ( bang for the buck) is what I always look for and Applebee's is a little short in this area. Don't get me wrong...Applebee's is a positive addition to the fabric of any town or city. I love Applebee's. Usually I go to the one on 72nd but since we live in Graham we decided to go local. We weren't shown to our seats, one of the ladies at the front just pointed so we sat at the first table we came to. We sat for about 10 minutes and no one came to take our drink order so I said, "excuse me" and finally got their attention. Instead of taking our drink order she yelled across the room at someone named Jake who took our order. We never saw Jake again. Someone else brought our drinks. Finally we ordered. I got a Thai salad. It was mostly cabbage and carrots with 4 pieces of lettuce. I got the attention of a waitress and she took the salad and added more lettuce; only two more but lots more cabbage and carrots. My hubby ordered the ringlets. Talk about dry and over cooked!!!!! We ate here with my husband's elderly mother a couple weeks ago on a Sunday during lunch. I would say it the restaurant was moderately busy. The service was horrible. We waited over an hour for our food and the waitress never did stop to update us on the progress. We had to flag her down two different times, during which she gave the excuse they were terribly busy. They were not. Two different tables got their food ahead of us. When we did get our food, it was like something that had been warmed up from the day before. Didn't taste at all fresh and my husband's chicken breast was WAY overcooked, to the point of begin really dry. This used to be a good place to eat, but not anymore. We won't visit there again and spend our money on a meal that is only so-so or even borders on horrible. read more

We came in tonight to celebrate Father's Day with my father. Normally we love Applebee's but tonight our experience was far from great. First, the waitress we had wouldn't let you finish talking without interrupting and assuming what we were going to say. Then it took us over 30 minutes to get our appetizers and then another 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress didn't ask us if we wanted gift cards per the promotion going on but yet they wouldn't honor the free mozzarella sticks. She even tried to pull a fast one after I had already gotten the bill, I paid it, and said something to the hostess about the promotion by bringing me a duplicate receipt pretending it was the original one and asking me if we wanted gift cards!!! I wasn't going to throw a big fit in the restaurant over some silly mozzarella sticks, it's just the principle of it. Don't post a promotion if you're not going to stand by it. read more
