I purchased computer glasses and regular glasses. They used a frame I had with me for computer glasses, just put in new lenses. I bought a new frame and lenses for daily wear. They recommended a color frame, and I said no to that. Went back a few days later and exchanged the frames to the color frames they suggested. Lots of complements. I also found out that the drops to dilate ones eyes work in a few minutes - not over 30 as told that's the time at Gurley's! So happy to have left this practice and so is my husband. This week they were closed Monday open Tueday 2 to 6 closed Wed and Thursday Friday 2 to 6 and today Saturday they opened at 3:30 and now it's 4:46 and online says closing soon open Tuesday at 2 pm . Finally I've had to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission , the consumer division of the Mass Attorney General's office , and the customer service of my insurance company .
