I really tried to give this company a chance but after reviewing everything that occurred during my ordeal with them, I had to write a review of what I thought. This is a review of their service with my washing machine. First, it took multiple trips out of my house to diagnose the issue. They would say the problem was fixed even though the problem kept immediately returning. They ended up not diagnosing the problem until they took it to their shop. (However, they gave me a loaner machine while they did this.) Second, felt like they were guessing at times as to what the problem may be and if it began working for even a little bit of time, they assumed it was fixed... Third, once they figured out the problem, the owner seemed more interested in selling me the loaner than getting my washer fixed. I had to make it very clear that I wanted my washer fixed. Even after I told them I wanted my washer fixed, it took them multiple weeks to get the washer fixed for what seemed to be an easy fix (motherboard replacement). Finally, once I finally received my washing machine back, it was INFESTED with roaches. I counted 6 roaches that came out of the machine (that I actually saw...who knows how many were actually in there) in the span of a week. 10 more over the span of a month. I complained of this and they sent over the technician to spray some pesticides around the machine, but the infestation was so bad, that I had to call a professional exterminator to get rid of them. Their response was "it's just part of the business we're in." I find that highly unacceptable. I was desperate when I called them because it was the weekend and my washing machine wasn't working. They were the only company that picked up. In hindsight, I regret the decision to use their service so much. There was nothing good about my experience with their company and it has cost me much more than the cost of the repair. It caused me to hire a professional exterminator, which was not cheap. I would not recommend them to anyone I know and I do not plan to use them again. read more

Drain hose on washer started to leak. Contacted several business for a replace old one with a new one. Got a quote from appliance brothers and because I wanted the money I spent on this repair to go to a company in my zip. Mistake. The quotes were almost all the same. Accepted Appliance Brothers. 20 Weird text later they said "ya blocked". OK didn't know why. I accepted their bid for the right reasons. Too keep the money I spend in my neighborhood. They inappropriately treated me horribly. My hose will be installed for the same amount of money and I don't have to deal with nasty texts. read more

They both still run great They delivered and set the dryer door the right way for my laundry room, took my broken down washer/dryer and gave credit for that. Great service and reliable appliances. In September 2018 they came out to fix our microwave (turntable not working), dishwasher (not working) and refrigerator (inadequate cooling). The fixed the refrigerator, said they "couldn't fix the dishwasher" and replaced our microwave/oven combo unit. HOWEVER, they bent our screen door when bringing the unit in and it was smaller than the original unit we had before. I noticed there was a little oblong nick (?) in the very back behind the large glass turntable but didn't think much about it. Jump ahead to September 2019 when we called in again about the dishwasher (still not working) and the microwave (rotates clockwise and counterclockwise, sometimes doesn't stop running after you've removed the food, starts on its own - AND - that nick I noticed when it was installed was a chip in the interior that has now grown to bigger chips out of the back of the unit on the inside)!! A female and a male came out and the female ran a couple of cups of water through the dishwasher and it started working just fine. (Too bad they didn't know or do that in 2018)! She said when you haven't run it for a while, simply do that and it should start working again. As far as the microwave, I told him I was VERY CONCERNED about the chips that were breaking off on the inside of the unit. He agreed that nothing was hitting against the back wall to make it chip like it was doing and agreed that the turntable should NOT be turning both ways when cooking. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it to turn on "on its own" while they were here. In March 2018 I joined "Total Home Protection" which covers almost every appliance in my home and I only pay for the service call. But when I looked online at the claim they put in on their last visit, it stated: "Built-in Microwave / Turntable is not turning"??? I called the THP and talked to them about the company and expressed how unhappy I was with: (1) their appearance (she was wearing a work shirt unbuttoned over a T-shirt and he was in baggy gym shorts and a T-shirt). (2) Luckily, I wrote a check both times for the service call(s) otherwise I would have never had a record of "when" they were here or "what" was done... as I NEVER received any sort of receipt for their services or what was done! I realized after looking at their website they ONLY deal in "refurbished" appliances!! The reason I added this information, is when he looked at our microwave, it said it was a "2013" model. (Which means it wasn't new and was already "5 years old" when they replaced our original unit!!) Although the people I dealt with were nice, and they did fix (what they did) on their first visit... I don't recommend calling this company for ANY service you need to be done!! read more

Hi! I believe in giving people their flowers above the ground! Long story short I laid my fridge down and transported to my house and it wouldn't get cold. When it went into storage it worked perfectly fine and now that I need it, of course, it's broken again my fault. I actually saw Mr.Anthony's post about another product on a different website took a leap of faith and inquired about fixing my fridge. He answered my question without any strings attached. I was sold and asked him if he had any refrigerators to sell. He said yea sent me some quotes and I'll be meeting with him Friday to have my fridge delivered. I am so appreciative of how generous with knowledge he is, how attentive to my situation, and how easy he was to talk to. From now on I'll buy all my appliances from him! His genuine character makes you feel like you're in good hands. Again I am for the first time Friday will actually be able to meet him. I wish I could make a better review because they were very helpful in getting a "new" used fridge out to me same day and already cold which I appreciate. But I didn't not appreciate the fact that it came with COCKROACHES! About a week into having the fridge I started noticing them in my kitchen and thought maybe they came in with a box.. well a couple weeks later there were more, and more.. so I called a pest control company that said it was infested with German Roaches and had to do multiple treatments to rid of them.. also the seals on the freezer door have rodent damage. You can imagine how frustrating and disgusting it was having to deal with this! Just know before making any purchases from these people it will most likely come with bugs! read more

He called me 11 times in roughly 5 hours. He left insulting messages and texts. Turns out his guy scratched the floor and he wanted payment prior to correcting the scratches. If I could give a negative review, I would. My landlord called this "company" for repairs on my stove. The owner, Anthony, called me 3 times in an hour period of time. According to my landlord, he was supposed to call me to schedule an appt with me to come out and repair my stove. After 3 attempts to which I didn't answer the phone (I was at work) he sends me 2 text messages. One read "You need to answer the phone. If you dont, I won't be sending a technician out to repair your stove" So I call him back to inform him of his rude text message. First of all, I'm grown and don't need to do anything. And is this how you speak to your potential customer? He then starts yelling at me, telling me I can take my business elsewhere if I don't like how he is talking to me. So I did. I had a clogged toilet and sink/garbage disposal problem and appliance brothers did a FANTASTIC job on both of the jobs. I was a bit spectical because of the name (appliance) but boy was I wrong. The plumbers name was Ron who did an amazing job, very satisfied with the great service I received. Normally don't take time to write reviews but this deserved a bit of my time for others to try their service. The manager also was great and checked in a couple of times on how the job was going. This is a last choice service shop! They came back four times to fix our oven. They didn't even check to see if it worked the second time. We had to show them that the broiler wasn't working because the control board was faulty NOT THE BROILER MECHANISM!(they charged for a new broiler mechanism) I had to call Dacor to diagnose the problem and give them all the information, these repair people hadn't a clue! They started to put dirty oven racks on our carpet until I told them to set them outside! They were putting the double oven on our new travertine polished floor until I had to supply them with a blanket to protect the floor. They scratched a cabinet drawer and refused to repair it. A 5day repair took several weeks! The language from one of the repair woman would have made a stevedore blush! Call them when you want a repair in the worst way!! This repair was finally made by a competent repair company who was quick to point out that appliance brothers misdiagnosed, charge for work that needed not to be done, and what was done was done incorrectly. This dude is an absolute nightmare! He should get no stars! Shows up to move a refrigerator from one residence to another (about a 4 mile trip) wanted $120 to do it (no biggie) immediately is upset that my contractor won't move his truck out of the driveway so he can pull in to load it. I told him it would be easier to load it from the street. So he backs his truck on the lawn to load. Then comes in and demands the money up front. I told him absolutely not it is paid upon delivery. The gentleman you are meeting will pay you cash upon delivery. He starts cussing and ranting. I ended up throwing him and his girlfriend out. Complete and udder trash! It is hard to know where to start. This is the worst experience ( ordeal is a better word) I have ever had with a business. Scary actually. I would never advise going there. I bought a used appliance from them, it didn't work. They came out to repair & could not repair it. And in the process broke something else. Then they took the item back to their shop to repair ( huge mistake on my part) now I am out hundreds of dollars & my appliance. The part they broke was more than the item was worth so they refused to fix it but was trying to get me to buy another item from them for more money than they had it listed on craigslist for. Without taking off the money for the first item I purchased. Yes please screw me over twice... I had to turn around and spend more to replace the item after months of being patient. Worst appliance place in town. I warn you now, don't go there. I purchased a stove from these people and it was infested with cockroaches. I turned the appliance on and they all started running out. I called the owner of the store to let him know what happened and he basically told me it was not his problem. Unfortunately I can't give this business zero stars. I looked up the reviews and noticed that there is only one review and it was a 5 star, which probably came from someone they know. I had this business come out in November to check out my fridge to see why it wasn't blowing out cold air like it should have been. For starters they tried to reschedule with me and also schedule a different time once I told them no that I couldn't due to my work schedule. They were then late. I was told I would only be charged $40 for a diagnostic and then was charged $85 because he took apart the backing in the freezer to tell me the fan was damaged. I was told in taking it apart that it was probably because the fridge had been sitting for a couple years not being used. It was recommended that I order a new fan to be installed, so I did. I was home alone at the time and I consulted my boyfriend after who insisted I get my money back and that he would take a look at it later. I had paid for everything in full during the first repair call so I went to the business location to retrieve my money that my boyfriend had already spoke to them about. When I arrived to collect my money I was told then that I was going to be charged for a repair service and a restocking fee for the part they had already ordered. Needless to say, my fridge again stopped working again now in December and my boyfriend took everything apart to find that there were clear problems that they didn't fix and that I didn't need a part for either. Plus I forgot to mention that the service tech who came to my house took my fridge motor outside and did something with it I couldn't see and that's why I was charged a repair fee. These guys are scammers!!! Please be aware! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more
