Despite presenting themselves as experienced and knowledgeable, they demonstrated a lack of understanding regarding Wolf products, including compatibility requirements and code compliance issues. The customer care team, whom I was thrown over to by Jennifer and was supposed to assist with troubleshooting a damaged $7,000 range, instead focused on blaming me for not inspecting the appliance and repeatedly claimed there was no damage to the range door. Their position was ultimately contradicted by the Wolf factory-certified technician they dispatched at my insistence. The technician confirmed the damage and proceeded to repair it. Customers purchasing premium appliances deserve knowledgeable sales support, professional customer service, and accountability when issues arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
