The last two visits the tech looked at the fridge and I was under the impression that the parts were ordered and they were here to fix it today . I would like to give a negative rating but unfortunately this is the least I can give. I had requested to fix my broken dishwasher through home warranty which wouldn't clean. The technician who arrived was nice and immediately said the only way to fix this is to replace the dishwasher. also there was a another issue with the door spring being broken causing it not close smooth. He said he will put in the report for replacement. A week later I reached out to my home warranty provider as I did not hear back for a week and the agent says the service order is closed and I had no clue why. Apparently the report says they can't fix the door issue and it's not covered under home warranty and the order is closed. It's funny because my request was to fix the broken dishwasher which is not working and not the door. This is not the first time I am having this issue this is the second time with this vendor. Last year I had a tough time where I had to spend 3 months between this provider and home warranty to get my oven done trip panel fixed. Not sure who to blame the warranty or the service provider but can't believe there are still such poor customer service providers leaving the customers in a state of limbo. The only option is to stay away from such service providers who lack empathy for their customers. read more

my washer had the heating element or fuse go out the repair man replace the fuse but now the drum won't go around so he didn't put the dryer back together right again and I have no dryer. I called Appliance Guard Pro finally got an answer and the lady said she would call me back I still have not got that car. They did not give me a work order number a receipt and this morning I had to call Fidelity house warranty who hired Appliance Guard Pro. My dryer is still broken and worse shape than it was in when the repairman came. I have not gotten a call back But I did report it to Fidelity I'm not paying another $75 to have your appliance broke more than it was when they came to do the work. read more

Sean was great, fixed my dishwasher in minutes. Asked him a question about the sound in my dryer and all of a sudden he's taking my dryer apart to fix the god awful noise coming from it. I didn't ask him to fix it, was just asking what the noise was. Asked him how much, he said just pay what you feel. All I had was $40, which I think is reasonable for the time spent on fixing it. Had a refrigerator repair. 1st technician comes says thermostat issue and that they would come in two days with a new one to replace. Disappeared and no call or message. When called another technician comes says defrost for 10 hours and we did. No change. Again once more the same guy comes and says cannot be fixed and should be replaced. But his notes to his company were apparently different and no word of replacement has been mentioned but he did tell us he wrote that in his notes. We call our home insurance company believing his words and they say no such thing mentioned. We again kept calling these guys and finally the technician boss says that it's not mentioned to replace. all we wanted was a whole day waiting on calls and finally got nothing. Our appointment today came and went with no technician to do the work, but yet they changed her status to "completed" and They had this to say. This company does not communicate with customers! It is all one way. They send email messages and text, but no one monitors the replies. They change appt dates and times at their discretion! A technician came to my home to honor the home warranty I have on my home. My oven door is not opening and the technician accessed it and said he would order a new door as this is not right. He said someone would call me to schedule an appointment once the door was in their store. Well, here I am two weeks later with no word from them so I called yesterday to ask about this. The woman in the office said she'd call the technician and get right back to me. Nothing, so I called this evening and she put me on the phone with the manager. He denied that a door was being ordered and that the technician said the door was fine. He constantly spoke over me as I explained what the technician had told me when he was here. Eventually, he said I am lying and that he needs to send a senior technician out to my home to look at it again. Can you even believe this? Wow, great customer service. Wonderful attitude. It appears they are trying to get out of honoring my home warranty. read more

Then when I call the office and tell them about kids suffering with no fridge, their manager says put the milk in garage as it is cold in seattle. Then he starts abusing me for my foreign origin. Didn't say anything. Didn't tell me what was going on, and just left. I had to call the phone number for the company 8 times to finally get through to find out he didn't have the correct tools. They had already been out once to diagnose the problem and ordered parts and came back a week later, without the correct tools? Probably could have made it better by at least telling me that instead of just disappearing. read more

The work on my microwave has been going on for 4 months now. the tech never showed up for couple appointments, without bothering to call, or cancel, (you wait all day, but they never show up) I tried to call the office, they never answer. Today the tech shows up without the required part, even though he is the one who requested the part last time he was here. apparently the office never ordered the part for him. They only service my house/city only on Saturdays! Last appointment was rescheduled 4 times in one week. The company as a whole is horrible. They never answer their phones, I've left a few voicemails in about 10 days but never got a call back. When they finally scheduled an appointment, they kept changing the time. They initially scheduled to arrive between 4-8 PM, then they changed the time window to 2-6 PM right at 1:38PM and of course I couldn't get a hold of them so I went to the property to meet them and explained to them that we couldn't get in now because the tenants were not there. I had oven range install, the technician came by himself without any help and when he is trying to take out the oven range out he scratched my hardwood floor with along scratches. Calling his company in order to get cover and fixed from the insurance company. In same time he did his job and installed the new one. So I will not recommend this company. read more

Zero stars!!!!!! If I could put negative stars, I would! Jedd was schedule to be at my house between 9am-11am today for a dishwasher install. (After many other hiccups with scheduling. My entire day was planned around this appointment (and I have 3 kids - a toddler, a child attending school and a child doing online school). He was late, so I needed to leave a note for him to wait for me. My daughter ended up letting him in, so he could get started. Then he calls me back less than 2 mins later to say he was not scheduled for an install --- only to check for a leak. I was furious!!!!! As we have been waiting for this dishwasher install for WEEKS. He said he was going to call his supervisor to find out what was going on and he said he would call me back. Well, he NEVER called me back. I called him at least twice and texted him... still no response. I also called Appliance Guards main line at least 5 times today and NO ONE would ever answer. So I left several messages. Including one on a supervisors line. It is now almost 7pm and no one has yet to call me back. This company SUCKS!!!!!! Do NOT use!!!! read more

I personally had a very bad experience with Appliance Guard Pro where the tech made a mistake of giving my laundry room 1/2 inch of water on the top floor. It was an honest mistake, but if Appliance Guard Pro decides to send an unexperienced tech out, they should learn to bring in someone more Sr when performing work to guide and help. read more

It was not my choice to use Appliance Guard Pro, my home warranty program assigned my case to them. It is a nightmare experience. There was no communication at all regarding the scheduling and I was given a time, which was later moved with only a text message. On the scheduled day, Kielyn arrived on time with a text message 10 mins in advance. She is helpful and patient in answering my questions. Unfortunately, she does not have the part needed with her to make the repair, which is a bit disappointing, as I have uploaded the photo on the specific part that caused the issue and it is a very common dishwasher feed line that you can buy from anywhere. She did promise that she would come back with the part later in the week. A few days later, I did not hear anything back and called in and was told that the case has been closed because "the issue is with plumbing, not with the dishwasher" This company has zero idea what customer service should be and it is a shame they can even survive on the home warranty assigned jobs. read more
