I didn't feel that they gave me a reasonable price. They said that they would waive the service fee but $230 was a little expensive. It only took about 20 min to fix the problem, I had already told them it was the igniter switch. If it was my stove, I would just bought a new one. U can find brand new appliances for about $500.. it's a shame that they weren't a little more reasonable. They could have got a lot of business from my property management. I am kicking myself for being unbelievably stupid. These guys came on Friday and assured me that they knew what they were doing and needed a part and could come back the following day and fix my relatively new Whirlpool side by side for $435. The freezer was not keeping things cold enough suddenly. I asked them whether or not for the $1,000 for a new one I might be better off buying and knowing I could plug it in and get it cold and then transfer everything. The "guys" assured me it would be fast and easy and 100% fine to do the repair. WOW was that a line of crap. Only one of the two guys showed up (not the one who spoke English and assured me it was an easy straightforward fix) and he had to keep getting on the phone with the other guys to figure out what he was doing. He emptied everything out haphazardly and every time I asked him "how much longer" he told me "15 minutes...don't worry" while everything simply defrosted. More than three hours later he says "all fixed". I am certain I will still need to buy a new unit and that we lost everything in the freezer. These guys are the worst kind of make believe service types. They convinced me not to replace the freezer and that they knew exactly what they were doing. They were not honest and certainly not competent. I was an idiot to hire them. Read this again and maybe you will not make the same mistake. RUN AWAY AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. read more

Markos came to my home because my dryer was not heating. He was very nice, and very patient, as I tend to hover. He found the problem easily, and had the part, and my dryer was fixed. He even went above and beyond, by helping me clean out my exhaust tubing. I had another issue, which was my ice-maker on my fridge. It had stopped working some time ago, and I had someone out, but they tried to rip me off, so I did not have them fix it. Markos looked at it for me, knew right away it was the circuit board, and gave me an estimate. His number was very good, but I was not really thinking to fix it now. Well, I liked and trusted him so much, and he had the part, so I thought, why the hell not just do it now! So I did. Had a good experience before and made another appointment as my ice maker was not working. This time wasn't so great. Technician arrived in a bad mood, reluctantly answering my questions. He cleaned the water supply hose in the back of the refrigerator and charged $180. Should have asked for an estimate beforehand I guess but didn't, so that's on me. Can't say how relieved I was when I found these guys. Got home one afternoon to a broken fridge, and spent the entire day trying to find a new one. Ours is almost 10 years old and we didn't want to pay for a repair if it was just going to be a temporary fix. But with COVID, there was a shortage of fridges, and we couldn't get one that would fit for an entire MONTH!!!! We couldn't wait that long and by the time we went to all the stores, everything was closed. Went on Yelp, found these guys, and called them late, at 7pm. I was expecting to have to leave a voicemail and make an appointment, but he answered right away and said he'd be on his way in 5 mins!!! I was shocked!!! 10 mins later, he showed up, knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it and was out of the house in less than 30. I've never had a repairman come into my home and decide he would be disrespectful. It happened today and the reason seems childish. He came to repair a microwave and decided he could not. He began walking out of my home with the microwave and I asked what are you doing and he stated, "I'm going to have to rebuild it." My only question was, " Is there an option to repurchase rather that rebuild?" He then placed the microwave on the counter and walked out. Our refrigerator was no longer cooling, so I jumped on YELP to find a repair service. I messaged them and within 10 minutes he responded to schedule an appointment the same day, which we needed because our food was starting to spoil. He gave me a time frame and showed up. Upon the diagnostic he gave us several options to approach the solution. Our door was the issue! He didn't have the parts with him so we scheduled a appointment for his return the next day. He gave me a window, but his arrival kept getting pushed back due to his last appointment taking longer than anticipated. Although he didn't show up during the window, he showed up regardless without having to reschedule. He and his partner worked on it immediately! Mark came yesterday because my fridge was not cooling and my range was not turning on. I called him and he was able to discuss the possible problem with me. This was nice because I called a few places and no one even wanted to talk to me without coming. He was on time and confirmed the morning of the appointment that he was coming. Our Subzero fridge needed maintenance and our LG Dryer stopped working. When I called Appliance Guys, initially for repair of the dryer, Mark responded right away and arrived within an hour. I called at 9:28 am on a Sunday desperate to find a repairman to fix a JennAir refrigerator and was given a 10 am to 12 pm window. Mark called 15 minutes before arrival to let me know his ETA, quickly assessed the situation and fixed my fridge at a price well below what I was expecting. Not only is Mark knowledgeable but he is extremely polite and courteous. They came to look at my dryer (wasn't drying well) and told me it was bc the ducts were plugged. They also didn't charge me bc they don't perform duct cleaning.
