After looking around for a good service I was lucky to find Appliance Guys and Mark. I originally wanted my sub-zero refrigerator repaired (water dispenser leak), but he also fixed my Viking stove in a matter of minutes. When he was done, I asked if he can also replace the ice maker and water dispenser paddles. He had no problem with it. He ordered the parts and returned a week later to replace. Two minutes later I was confirmed for an appointment the very NEXT DAY! On the day of my scheduled appointment, Mark ended up calling late-morning to say he had a cancellation and could be at the house in 35 minutes...perfect! Mark quickly diagnosed our issue with our GE Monogram refrigerator and recommended the cheaper solution of short-term maintenance vs. a full repair that would have cost several thousand dollars. This is my first Yelp review ever, even though I use Yelp for everything. Mark was jut the most honest person, I felt compelled to write. He came to check my broken freezer. The diagnosis was it was going to cost a ton of money to fix. But instead of wanting to do it himself, he told me to call Samsung because the parts that needed to be fixed were under it's 5 year warranty. Then he took 1/3 off the price of the quote visit. Mark is a great guy! We have a Sub-Zero fridge that had a problem holding temperature. He came by for the initial evaluation, looked at the fridge and explained what was wrong and how he'll fix it. He stated he would order the parts needed and came back about 2 weeks later, during the scheduled time and was very pleasant the whole time! I am really glad I called the Appliance Guys. They were willing to come out the same day to check my freezer. The technician was to arrive between 5:30 and 8:30, and just about 4:30, as I moved some of the food out of it, I noticed a dial on the bottom shelf in the back..It was turned to off. I turned it on and waited an hour to see if ice cubes would freeze. When they did I called to see if I could cancel my appointment, and they very kindly allowed me to do so. I will save their number, and they will be my first call the next time I need appliance repairs..(my dryer is making odd noises, so that will most likely be the call.) read more

Mark was absolutely fantastic. I called him in a total panic at 12:23pm. yesterday. Our freezer was leaking everywhere and it was obvious that something was very wrong with our built-in Kitchenaid fridge. I explained what was going on and he asked that I text him my name, address and phone number and that he would be able to come in a couple of hours. He was at our house by 2pm. He quickly assessed the problem, set us up with a quick fix that would last us through the night and told us he would return the following day with the necessary parts to complete the job. The next day he came, he was on time, he replaced everything that needed to be fixed, and the fridge is working like new. He is a lovely man, very responsive and easy to talk to. What an amazing and ethical company that knows so much about appliances! Mark is the best! He is a Most knowledgeable genius at that! I called so many companies before him, and most didn't know how to handle a Viking Pro appliance as they are a professional series and quite complex. My Viking professional microwave wasn't heating, and the turn table wasn't turning. Most companies couldn't give me an answer whether they even could fix it. They even charged service fees to come look at it yet wouldn't tell me if they could even do the job. But Mark at Appliance Guys was very confident he could accomplish the task.
