I hired this company to clean the hood above my stove. They sent a technician over to clean the oil off the motor and the overall hood. They did a mediocre job. After the technician left, I took a look inside the hood and saw that there was oil/grease all over the ceiling and sides of the hood. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Some $400 dollars later I called the company and told them what happened. I even sent them photos of how the technician left the hood. I asked that they send him back to finish. The technician told them that he couldn't get the rest of the oil off as the grease/oil was too old. I decided to take a cloth and some 409 and see if any of it would come off. It started wiping off immediately. I texted the company back and told them, and they have never responded back. The moral of the story is be careful using this company as they don't stand behind their work. read more

Don't use this company. They came out and advised an expensive part for my refrigerator. After weeks of waiting for the part, they came to install it. They needed me to pay once the arrived. I did, however they soon realized that they had ordered the wrong part. Instead of waiting g another 2-3 weeks for the correct part, I cancelled the next day and decided to buy a new fridge. Oh did I mention that they also told me that it might not even work after they installed the correct part. Im still trying to recoup my money (over $400) for the part and service that they didn't even perform. They're shady. They wont return my calls and have ghosted me. Look elsewhere. Scammed. They even allowed me to schedule around the holidays. Once parts came in, I was offered flexible hours to do the installation. The technician values customers & was very professional and got to work, I give them 5 Stars because of the easy way they went about. My dryer is working like brand new. Speedy response on a Saturday! Artem was over at our house to diagnose the problem with our washer within an hour. Although we had to order and wait for a part, Yanee at the front office was very diligent in coordinating and updating on us on when it would arrive. They worked around our busy to schedule to come back and install the new part. Rate/part pricing was on par with other estimates. I had this company come out to repair my Fridge/Freezer. One hose that goes to the ice maker was repaired - for $1480. The reason why this company is getting a horrible review is that it bombarded me and my colleague about payment. I had made a deposit of $960 the week before, and the balance was 480. Before two hours had passed of them completing service, the office had called my colleague 5 times and emailed just as manyt. I've never had a professional company be so aggressive. I hated the experience and hate having to use companies like this. I feel gouged and harassed. I would not recommend them in a million years. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. It's fraudulent strong arm tactics. They will take your cc details to make a booking so fast it'll make your head spin. Felt like a used car salesman technique. They falsely promise you same day service and falsely advertise they have a company in LA. By the time you realize you are not getting same day service it's too late. They are based in Arizona and use multiple different vendors. So when things go wrong because it will you will not be able to get a clear answer. Do yourself a favor a stay away. read more
