Went to the Appliance Works website and filled out their scheduling request form on 07-14-25. I…read morereceived a text msg. from Lydia that same afternoon & scheduled on 07-16-25. Super easy. Super quick. Super efficient and effective communication. Let's face it. We're all busy. I don't necessarily have the luxury of stopping what I'm doing in the middle of the day or stepping away from my desk to make a call. It's much easier to respond via email or text and I suspect that's the case for most busy individuals these days. They called me ahead of time to let me know Chris was on his way to get my appliances fixed. Our Maytag washer was rockin' & rollin' even with the lightest of wash loads & our dryer has no power at all. After a quick diagnostic test, Chris has everything all figured out. It took him a couple of hours (including time he had to obtain parts) but he got our washer & dryer all fixed up! Repair cost was on par with just about any other repair network in the Valley with far better communication. Not fun paying this stuff out of pocket but still considerably less expensive than a new washer & dryer. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Appliance Works to my friends, family or fellow Yelp'ers!

Went to schedule an appliance repair. Called and was told they need a card on file. Not a problem…read more That is pretty standard. However they said they needed to email me a form that I then had to print out, fill out and send back with my credit card info. I feel like this is pretty unprofessional and quite frankly a little shady feeling. With AI and scams out there this didn't feel right. Reviews can be fabricated on a website. So it just didn't feel right. A suggestion for your company being that it's 2026. Get this to work digitally. The next company I called sent me a text and I filled out the info on their system. A lot more secure and not as much of a hassle.

This was my 3rd appliance from Great Deals. As usual I was more than pleased with their selection…read more I needed a 30" wide frig with ice maker. Other dealers wanted to sell me bigger side by sides or would charge to deliver and another change to take away the old appliance (Spencer's). They also wanted to sell me a separate (new) hook up for the water, another $15. Yanira had what I wanted and the price was right and did not charge for delivery or removal of old frig. Unfortunately, the frig that was delivered (after I had water line fixed in wall) would not work the ice maker. Yanira and Anna both arranged for a new ice maker to be installed (2nd trip). Still ice maker would not co-operate and refused to provide me with ice. Now the GOOD part comes, Not wanting to be out done, Yanira and Anna got me another 30" frig with ice maker. Keep it hooked up over two nights to make sure it would work and then at my convenience, delivered it (3rd trip) and had it installed. Now my tenant (Brother in Law) is happy and no longer refers to me as an A/H. Thanks, YANIRA AND ANNA will be using you again in the future. GOOD PRICES, GOOD DELIVERY, GOOD SERVICE! That's what keeps customers coming back !!!

She was great from the start. We usually like to browse before talking to a salesperson, and she read us perfectly, backing off until we asked for help, at which point she was as helpful and personable as could be. An excellent experience from start to finish. We get our delivery today!

All I wanted was a bigger pot for the ficus elastica, well, my kids actually and Yes, I did…read morerecently learn the Latin name for Rubber Plant / Rubber Fig. "Hey there's the nursery we got my rubber plant from!!" I heard yelled out from the backseat. "Ok, kid, let's stop in to get a bigger pot to move your plant into. I swear all I wanted was a new pot for our indoor plant, but when you're there you remember that 15 gallon planter that's been sitting empty on your front porch, the potting soil you'll need to fill the new pot to replace the old, and a plant to go into it. Sure, I looked confused and lost and that's probably what clued Gina in on asking if she can drive us around in her golf cart and show us (but mostly my kid) all the plants, the bunnies that have made the fruit bearing tree section of Moon Valley Nursery their home, the birds that flock to their trees and all the different plants you could really ever want both indoor and out. "Daaamn Gina..." (is what was replaying in my mind on a loop, but I not dared to say out loud - throwback to 1990's Martin Lawrence sitcom, Thursdays on Fox) Had I never met you Gina, I would have probably found my new pot and made my way home having only the *one thing to do, but no, you had to go answer *all of my hundred questions about what plant will be good on my porch, no I don't want to attract bees to my front door, maybe something that won't grow taller than the ceiling of my porch, so those cool looking fruitless olive bushes are out, but boy do I wish I could put one there. So yes, as you may have already surmised, I left with our new pot, a bag of potting soil, a rosemary plant (because rosemary is actually a detractor for most insects and you can get fresh rosemary for your meals to boot) as well as a jug of their moon juice fertilizer. So... It's crazy how expensive this new pot for the rubber plant was $140, but look at all this other "free" stuff that came with it, right?!?!?... right?!?!?... Please don't tell my accountant that I spent too much on plants again. Well Gina, you were certainly wonderfully helpful, you answered every question I had and a few others I didn't, you made our visit more like an adventure through the nursery and helped me finish two projects with one visit. Whomever at Moon Valley Nursery is responsible for having hired Gina, you made wonderful choice!
