We set up a re-check appointment for 2 days later, then texts me last minute and cancels, saying he couldn't get the tube. It was supposed to be a courtesy re-check but they flaked out and said to call someone else. I accepted their offer to destroy the service fee check but they still wasted my time and left me without a working stove. Very unprofessional.
