Very little accountability. Atlas replaced our ice maker, which was overflowing. Now the ice maker drawer is frozen in place and is completely non functional, but Atlas claims it was broken before or a bad design by KitchenAid. We've had the fridge for 5 years without this issue, so that doesn't make sense It was not broken before - we were certainly able to open it when the ice would overflow, which is why we called them in the first place. They now want to charge another couple hundred dollars to fix what they installed incorrectly. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere!! read more

Very disappointed in this service provider. I will start with the positives so it's not like I am totally bashing the company. They are super quick to respond and was on site the next day when I scheduled the appointment the day prior in the afternoon. was upfront about the $99 diagnostic fee but would include that in the bill if I decided to move forward. Showed up at my tenants home told me hey you should out a few parts and ti would end up costing me a few hundred dollars close to $500. However they did not tell me they reset the dishwasher and guess what the dishwasher was fixed and working that evening. I told them to cancel the appointment to install the parts since it is working. They then kept telling me i should do it etc etc trying to pressure me into it. I told them no thank you I will just buy a new one if it breaks for $500. Well then they charge me $225 for labor to reset my dishwasher?? Was the $99 diagnostic fee included? I don't know they just send me an invoice. Then this is the part where I got upset, i got a call from my tenant at 6:45am to tell me the washer is working cancel the appointment, so I text them and they try to push to change we went through that. I told them to just invoice me and be done with it, he invoices me at 7:30am i am getting ready for work getting my daughter for school and he text me why have you not paid??? It's 7:30am! I told him i would get to it today. this afternoon he text me again why have you not paid?? I told him i am at work and I will get to the invoice when I get home. I don't recommend this appliance repair service. They came out and failed to fix my dishwasher. The technician told me that the water inlet valve needed to be replaced (which was true) and that there was no replacement part available (which was not true). I called a different repair service and their technician was able to install a replacement valve in about an hour. read more

Imagine the horror of coming home from a 4 day weekend to find a puddle of some sort of liquid all over your kitchen floor, only to find that it leads to your refrigerator that now has rotting room temperature foods on both sides of the appliance. It was so stressful having to clean the floor and all that (wasted) food, and then have to call someone to come by and fix your fridge. I received several bids, but went with Atlas because the technician, Avery, said something about doing the job right for the lowest cost that really struck me. He was prompt, professional and courteous. Most importantly, he fixed my refrigerator! I will be definitely using them again in the future if my fridge starts acting up again. Do not hire this company. Was given a reasonable diagnostic fee up front and someone was quickly dispatched to my house. Aurelio showed up as promised and within 10 minutes said he was done and I owed $256 or I could pay $450 to replace the ice maker. I wasn't told what was wrong beforehand and when I asked what he repaired he said he changed no parts he just reset a switch said the work is warranted for 30 days. After I questioned why he didn't tell me what was wrong and let me decide he said it would only be the diagnostic fee I was initially told and not $256 but he wouldn't honor the 30 day warranty on his supposed work. Several hours later there's still not one cube of ice. Very deceptive practice from this company. If you hire them watch them work and verify everything in writing. I'm out the diagnostic fee and lesson learned. Unfortunately a zero rating isn't allowed. read more

My dryer stopped heating. To make a long story somewhat short...after my own attempts to repair , another company's OWNER was literally a no show , I called Atlas. Sergey was great! Very patient and thorough. It took a couple of visits , but only due to the parts not being readily available in the city via any vendors. Sergey was prompt and communicated arrival time frame. I work in an industry where an ETA means everything, so it was great to have Sergey communicate as he did. He made sure all was taken care of and got my dryer heating again. Reached out for quotes from multiple repair companies. Atlas got back to me the fastest and was able to have someone to my house in under an hour. My fridges water filter kept popping out of the housing, they were able to diagnose the issue quickly. They will be coming back out to finish the repair once the part comes in. They cleaned up after themselves, stayed professional and worked quickly and efficiently, they even pulled the fridge out and shut off the water to ensure I wouldn't accidentally fill my fridge with water in the middle of the night. My refrigerator was not cooling so I sent a request for services to Atlas and they were fast to respond. They were even able to get a technician out the same day! The technician was not able to revive my 10 year old fridge, but he tried to fix it with a couple different options. The cost of the repair to the compressor would be not worth the possible other issues that might happen due to it being so old. He gave me some good advise on what to look for in the next purchase of a fridge that will be very helpful. I really appreciated his time, his professional advice, and his calming composure. When they arrived, they were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and wearing masks. Luckily, it was a small problem, and my fridge was repaired. The tech had good ideas on how to prolong the life of the appliance and told me how to handle the problem should it reoccur. Disappointed in the service. My washing machine is not working and I called to have it serviced. I was told it was a sensor located behind the door that needs to be repaired. After spending $395.00 The machine still does not work. I called again and the technician texted me and had me perform all these different cycles for him to diagnose over the phone. I did not pay for me to run all these tests! I asked for a date and time for him to come back out, and still cannot get this. Really poor service and communication. read more
