Our LG front-loading washer (circa, 2016) was giving us an "LE" error code and was not working after one of us had tried to launder a lot of rugs, some with old rubber backings that crumbled in the wash. Bill, the "Appliance Pro," came to our rescue. It wasn't as intuitive a repair as I thoughr it would be, e.g., cleaning out the filter. Bill applied some awesome diagnostic intelligence to the problem and ordered the electronic part to, hopefully, fix a faulty load sensor. What a pleasure to meet and have service from Bill, a person who knows the true meaning of customer service! When I called last week and left a message regarding my nondraining dishwasher, I received a call back within 2 hours. Service was scheduled for the next morning as I was unavailable later that day. Bill called the morning before the scheduled arrival time, saying he might be delayed due to tire problems, but that he'd come as soon as possible. Not long after that, he called again to say he was on his way. Upon arrival, He did a very thorough inspection of my dishwasher, giving me updates throughout. The final analysis showed a poorly installed plastic drain pipe and a drain pump that probably would not last much longer. Bill said he would recommend replacing the pump and that he would redo the drain pipe when installing the pump. He said he'd call me back with costs. He also said replacing the pump might not be worth the expense and gave me the name & number of a locally owned company that he recommended I call to get price quotes for a brand new machine. Later that day, Bill called back with the parts and installation costs and we also discussed his opinion of the two brands of machines recommended by the sales company i had called. By this time, I truly valued Bill's opinion as he had proven himself honest and trustworthy.
