They diagnosed what they suspected to be the issue and said they'd order the part and come back. They honestly warned us that if this doesn't fix the issue it might be a more expensive repair, but they hoped this less expensive repair would do the trick. They offered an additional cleaning service as well for an additional fee, but we declined. He sent us a formal quote and time estimate for the part to arrive.
